    本发明涉及一种即食紫菜制品,属于海洋食品技术领域。
背景技术
紫菜是一种营养丰富的海洋食品,其具有如下优点:1.营养丰富,含碘量很高,可用于治疗因缺碘引起的“甲状腺肿大”,紫菜有软坚散结功能,对其他郁结积块也有用途;2. 富含胆碱和钙、铁、能增强记忆、治疗妇幼贫血、促进骨骼、牙齿的生长和保健;含有一定量的甘露醇,可作为治疗水肿的辅助食品;3. 紫菜所含的多糖具有明显增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,可促进淋巴细胞转化,提高机体的免疫力;可显著降低进血清胆固醇的总含量;4. 紫菜的有效成分对艾氏癌的抑制率53.2%,有助于脑肿瘤、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤等肿瘤的防治。
现有的紫菜制品口味单一,不利于紫菜的大规模推广。

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种即食紫菜制品。
本发明的即食紫菜制品,包括第一紫菜层、第二紫菜层和第三紫菜层,所述的第一紫菜层和第二紫菜层之间设有果仁层,所述的第二紫菜层和第三紫菜层之间设有肉松层。
所述的果仁层为杏仁、腰果或核桃。
所述的第一紫菜层、第二紫菜层和第三紫菜层形状相同、均为圆形、椭圆形或长方形。
本发明的即食紫菜制品,具有如下技术效果:食用方便、口味独特,适合各个年龄人群的口味。
