发明内容
本发明公开了一种桂花元宵制作方法,目的在于提供一种气味芬芳且营养成分保留充分的桂花元宵。本发明所采取的技术方案是用新鲜桂花作为元宵的馅料。
本发明公开的一种桂花元宵制作方法,是按下列步骤操作的:(1)选取新鲜桂花;(2)向新鲜桂花中加入白糖,搅拌均匀,得元宵馅料;(3)选取糯米粉和籼米粉加水制作元宵粉;(4)用元宵粉包裹元宵馅料,搓成桂花元宵;(5)速冻桂花元宵;(6)包装经过速冻的桂花元宵;(7)冷冻贮藏包装后的桂花元宵。选取新鲜桂花。新鲜桂花中含挥发油,挥发油中有罗勒烯、蒎烯、紫罗兰酮、芳樟醇、β-水芹烯、橙花醇等成分,有散寒破结結,化痰生津作用。将新鲜桂花放入和面机料缸中,向新鲜桂花中加入白糖,搅拌均匀,得元宵馅料。选取糯米粉和籼米粉放入和面机料缸中,向糯米粉和籼米粉中加水,搅拌均匀,制作元宵粉。用元宵粉包裹元宵馅料,搓成桂花元宵。将桂花元宵排放在托盘中,送入速冻机中,速冻桂花元宵。用食品包装用具包装经过速冻的桂花元宵。桂花元宵包装后,送入冷冻室中贮藏。这种桂花元宵煮熟后,芳香浓郁,入口甜美,营养丰富。

具体实施方式
