背景技术
[0002] 改革开放以来,随着国民经济的高速发展,市场对模具的需求量不断增长。近年来,模具工业一直以15%左右的增长速度快速发展,模具工业企业的所有制成分也发生了巨大变化,除了国有专业模具厂外,集体、合资、独资和私营也得到了快速发展。近年许多模具企业加大了用于技术进步的投资力度,将技术进步视为企业发展的重要动力。一些国内模具企业已普及了二维CAD,并陆续开始使用UG、Pro/Engineer、1-DEAS、Euclid_IS等国际通用软件。
[0003] 模具是现代工业生产中重要的工艺装备之一,在铸造、锻造、冲压、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、粉末冶金、陶瓷等生产行业中得到广泛应用。近年来,我国的模具工业也有了较大的发展,模具制造工艺和生产装备智能化程度越来越高,极大地提高了模具的制造精度、质量和
生产率。
[0004] 现有的钣金冲压件主要是利用模具完成各种形状的加工,落料模具是冷冲压过程中最常见的一种模具,落料时用压力机推动上模进行冲压落料,传统的落料模结构复杂,操作技术水平要求较高,凹模与凸模的配合精度难以控制,由于压力过大,料板很容易损坏,落料件的废次品率高,而且容易造成凹模与凸模磨损严重,维护成本高。

[0005] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种操作简单、产品质量高和维护成本低的无导向固定卸料式落料模具。
[0006] 本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:无导向固定卸料式落料模具,它包括上模座、凸模、下模座和凹模,上模座上方中心位置连接有模柄,模柄与外部压力机相连,凸模通过螺钉固定在上模座的下方,并通过至少两颗定位销定位;下模座的上方依次从下至上固定安装有凹模和卸料板,凹模上设置有与凸模相适配的落料孔。

1、本发明的结构简单,在凹模的后侧设置挡料销,送料方向的定距通过挡料销完成,降低操作难度,对操作人员的技术水平要求较低。
[0010] 2、凸模与上模座之间通过双定位销进行定位,凹模和卸料板也固定在下模座上,凹模与凸模配合精准,落料精度高,产品的质量好。

[0014] 如图1所示,无导向固定卸料式落料模具,它包括上模座1、凸模2、下模座3和凹模5,上模座I上方中心位置连接有模柄8,模柄8与外部压力机相连,凸模2通过螺钉固定在上模座I的下方,并通过至少两颗定位销定位;下模座3的上方依次从下至上固定安装有凹模5和卸料板4,凹模5上设置有与凸模2相适配的落料孔7。

[0017] 本发明的工作过程如下:凸模2和模柄8固定连接成为一体结构,并用定位销定位。1旲柄8与外部压力机连接,在放料之如,|旲柄8提升至最闻点,凸|旲2的最低点闻于凹模5的最高点,将毛坯料放在凹模5与卸料板4之间,毛坯料的前端顶在挡料销6上,送料方向的定距由挡料销6完成,毛坯料固定后,模柄8带动凸模2下移,使凹模5与凸模2配合,完成落料,落料件从落料孔7向下落料,模柄8带动凸模2上移,毛坯料被卸料板4挡住,凸模2与毛坯料脱离。

1.无导向固定卸料式落料模具,其特征在于:它包括上模座(I)、凸模(2)、下模座(3)和凹模(5 ),上模座(I)上方中心位置连接有模柄(8 ),模柄(8 )与外部压力机相连,凸模(2 )通过螺钉固定在上模座(I)的下方,并通过至少两颗定位销定位;下模座(3)的上方依次从下至上固定安装有凹模(5)和卸料板(4),凹模(5)上设置有与凸模(2)相适配的落料孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无导向固定卸料式落料模具,其特征在于:所述的凹模(4)的后侧还设置有挡料销(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无导向固定卸料式落料模具,其特征在于:所述的挡料销(6)为回带式挡料销。
