本实用新型涉及冷冲压模具，具体地说是一种可换式大落料凸模。
背景技术
现有大落料凸模的冲压面一般较大，且都做成平整的结构，这种结构，一方面耗料较多，增加成本，另一方面，当凸模发生磨损进行刃磨时的工作量较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种装拆快捷、易于刃磨、重量轻、成本低、使用寿命长的可换式大落料凸模。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型包括凸模座和凸模，在所述凸模座的下部设有倒锥形凸台，并在所述的倒锥形凸台的中间部位设有螺纹孔，在所述凸模的上部设有与倒锥形凸台相适应的锥形槽，在所述凸模的下部设有凹槽，所述凸模通过螺钉与凸模座连接。
本实用新型由于在凸模座的下部设有倒锥形凸台，并在凸模的上部设有与倒锥形凸台相适应的锥形槽，凸模通过螺钉与凸模座连接，这样，在安装凸模时可进行快速定位，并且易于拆卸凸模；又由于在凸模的下部设有凹槽，不仅可以减轻凸模的重量，节约成本，而且，可减少刃磨凸模时的工作量。本实用新型装拆快捷，易于刃磨，重量轻，成本低，使用寿命长。
