Abstract

一种危险货物运输车辆后防护装置，具有防护栏（1），其作用为防护车辆后部及两侧撞击，防护栏（1）内侧固定连接两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4），两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4）分别安装在汽车纵梁（5）上，防护栏（1）内侧和两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）之间固定连接X型吸能件（3）；防护栏（1）由空心管焊接而成，空心管截面为圆形；爪型纵向吸能件（2）和爪型横向吸能件（4）夹角为90o，可以有效防护外物从后部、侧部以及之间任意角度的冲击。

技术领域
本发明属于机械工程领域，是一种危险货物运输车辆后防护装置。
背景技术
目前国内外危险货物运输车辆后防护装置防护性能较差，发生交通事故时，很容易导致货物泄露、爆炸和燃烧。本发明牢固可靠，能够有效防护外物撞击，保护货物安全，降低交通事故中人员伤亡和经济损失。
发明内容
在交通事故中，危险货物运输车辆普通后防护装置强度不足、侧面撞击和追尾防护能力较差，容易导致危险货物燃烧和爆炸，造成更大的伤亡。
该防护装置具有两个爪型纵向吸能件、两个爪型横向吸能件和一个X型吸能件，爪型纵向吸能件和爪型横向吸能件夹角为90o，X型吸能件位于两个爪型纵向吸能件之间，可以有效防护外物从任意角度、上部和下部对车辆的撞击，从而保护运输车辆货物安全。

具体实施方式
该危险货物运输车辆后防护装置具有防护栏（1），其作用为防护车辆后部及两侧撞击，防护栏（1）内侧固定连接两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4），两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4）分别安装在汽车纵梁（5）上，防护栏（1）内侧和两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）之间固定连接X型吸能件（3）；
防护栏（1）由空心管焊接而成，空心管截面为圆形；
爪型纵向吸能件（2）和爪型横向吸能件（4）夹角为90o，可以有效防护外物从后部、侧部以及之间任意角度的冲击。

1.一种危险货物运输车辆后防护装置，具有防护栏（1），其作用为防护车辆后部及两侧撞击，防护栏（1）内侧固定连接两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4），两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）和两个爪型横向吸能件（4）分别安装在汽车纵梁（5）上，防护栏（1）内侧和两个爪型纵向吸能件（2）之间固定连接X型吸能件（3）。
2.如权利要求1所述的危险货物运输车辆后防护装置，其特征在于防护栏（1）由空心管焊接而成，空心管截面为圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的危险货物运输车辆后防护装置，其特征在于爪型纵向吸能件（2）和爪型横向吸能件（4）夹角为90o，可以有效防护外物从后部、侧部以及之间任意角度的冲击。
