本发明涉及椭圆形电子烟及其制造工艺。该椭圆形电子烟的雾化组件外壳内还包括雾化组件内壳,雾化组件内壳套装雾化组件,雾化组件包括雾化器部分与烟液杯部分,其中雾化器部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁紧密配合,烟液杯部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁之间留有间隙形成烟道;雾化组件内壳一端设烟雾出气口,烟雾出气口的外围与烟嘴上用软性材料制成的喇叭口结构以压紧的方式密封连接;雾化组件外壳上开设的进气孔,与雾化组件在与控制组件连接的一端开设的进气口、烟液杯与雾化器连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔、雾化组件内壳与烟液杯外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道、烟雾出气口、烟嘴内通道共同构成吸烟的连贯通道。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种椭圆形电子烟及其制造工艺。
背景技术
CN201220287142.7公开了一种椭圆形电子烟,它的目的是提供一种雾化器的烟嘴、铜件以及雾化杆均可以拆卸,方便携带和更换。该技术方案: 该椭圆形电子烟,由电池部分、储油部分、雾化部分及烟嘴部分组成,所述电池部分内置一椭圆形电池;所述储油部分包括透明外壳;所述雾化部分包括雾化器,雾化器置于储油部分的内部;所述吸烟部分包括符合食品级标准的塑胶烟嘴,置于此电子烟装置的顶端。其不足之处是:由于该椭圆形电子烟雾化器置于储油部分的内部靠烟嘴一端,高温雾化后的烟气直接到达吸烟者的口腔,容易灼伤口腔;雾化后烟道较短,不易分离杂质和部分水汽,影响烟雾口感;雾化器、铜件以及雾化杆需多次拆装,用户使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通过在控制组件外壳套筒与雾化组件外壳套筒上设置轴向配对的凸位扣接结构,可快速实现二者间的连接与定位的椭圆形电子烟。本发明的另一目的是提供一种通过烟嘴的喇叭口结构以压紧方式密封在雾化组件的烟雾出气口外围的椭圆形电子烟。本发明的再一目的是提供一种雾化器远离吸嘴构成的较长烟道,便于分离杂质和水蒸汽的椭圆形电子烟。本发明的又一目的是提供椭圆形电子烟的制造工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是所述椭圆形的电子烟,包括电池组件及其椭圆形的电池组件外壳、控制组件及其椭圆形的控制组件外壳、雾化组件及其椭圆形的雾化组件外壳和椭圆形的烟嘴,其特殊之处在于:
所述雾化组件外壳内还包括雾化组件内壳,所述雾化组件内壳套装雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化器部分与烟液杯部分,其中雾化器部分内壁与雾化组件内壳外壁紧密配合,烟液杯部分内壁与雾化组件内壳外壁之间留有间隙形成烟道;
所述雾化组件内壳一端设烟雾出气口,所述烟雾出气口的外围与烟嘴上用软性材料制成的喇叭口结构以压紧的方式密封连接;
所述雾化组件外壳上开设的进气孔,与所述雾化组件在与控制组件连接的一端开设的进气口、烟液杯与雾化器连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔、雾化组件内壳与烟液杯外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道、烟雾出气口、烟嘴内通道共同构成吸烟的连贯通道;
所述雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳以套筒结构紧密连接,以保证所述喇叭口结构与烟雾出气口可压紧密封连接。
作为优选:所述雾化器与控制组件以螺纹方式电连接。
作为优选:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳套筒外壁设置的凸位轴向配对并抵扣连接。
作为优选:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳外壁设置的凸位径向配对并旋转连接。
作为优选:所述雾化组件外壳由邻近控制组件一端向烟嘴一端呈缩减状延伸的结构。
本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述椭圆形电子烟的制造工艺,其特殊之处在于,包括以下工序:
⑴组装控制组件;
(1.1)控制板装入控制组件内的支架;
(1.2)装入控制板固定件;
(1.3)输出正负、极接到控制板输出端;
⑵组装电池组件;
(2.1)控制组件连接电池正、负极;
(2.2)将电池装入电池组件的外壳;
(2.3)装尾盖;
⑶组装雾化组件;
(3.1)组装雾化器;
(3.2)组装烟液杯;
(3.3)烟液杯与雾化器组装成雾化组件;
(3.4)将装好的雾化组件装入雾化组件内壳;
⑷组装烟嘴和雾化组件外壳;
(4.1)将两种不同材料制成的雾化组件外壳和烟嘴通过二次成型工艺或双色模注塑工艺注塑成型;
⑸总装;
(5.1)电池组件外壳与控制组件外壳套接后,用超声波工艺紧密配合成型;
(5.2)将装好烟嘴的雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳轴向套接,两者套筒结构上配对的凸位相互卡住,形成紧密连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:在提供椭圆形美观造型的同时,使雾化器远离烟嘴端,加长烟道,分离部分杂质和水汽,避免灼伤用户口腔,增强用户吸烟口感;雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳凸位套筒连接方式,既保证紧密配合,又易于装配和拆卸;雾化组件可以整体更换,方便装配,成本低廉、节约材料;雾化组件内壳可以和雾化组件分离,以方便用户进行清洁。

本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
请参阅图1所示,该椭圆形的电子烟,包括电池组件及其椭圆形的电池组件外壳11、控制组件5及其椭圆形的控制组件外壳12、雾化组件及其椭圆形的雾化组件外壳13和椭圆形的烟嘴14。该雾化器31与控制组件5以螺纹方式电连接。
请参阅图1和图4所示,该雾化组件外壳13上开设的进气孔131,与该雾化组件3在与控制组件5连接的一端开设的进气口310、烟液杯32与雾化器31连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔311、雾化组件内壳2与烟液杯32外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道4、烟雾出气口21、烟嘴14内通道共同构成吸烟的连贯通道。雾化组件外壳13内还包括雾化组件内壳2,所述雾化组件内壳2套装雾化组件3,该雾化组件3包括雾化器31部分与烟液杯32部分,其中雾化器31部分与雾化组件内壳2紧密配合,烟液杯32部分与雾化组件内壳2之间留有间隙形成烟道4。所述雾化组件外壳13由邻近控制组件5一端向烟嘴14一端呈缩减状延伸的结构。
请参阅图7所示,该雾化组件内壳2一端设烟雾出气口21,该烟雾出气口21的外围与烟嘴14上用软性材料制成的喇叭口结构141以压紧的方式密封连接;
请参阅图6所示,该雾化组件外壳13上设有的进气孔131,与该雾化组件3在与控制组件5连接的一端开设的进气口310、烟液杯32与雾化器31连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔311、雾化组件内壳2与烟液杯32外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道4、烟雾出气口21、烟嘴内通道构成吸烟的烟雾通道。
请参阅图2、图3和图6所示,该雾化组件外壳13与控制组件外壳12以套筒结构紧密连接,以保证所述喇叭口结构141与烟雾出气口21可压紧密封连接。
请参阅图3所示,该套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳13内壁设置的凸位132与控制组件外壳12套筒外壁设置的凸位121轴向抵扣连接。
作为替代方案,该套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳13内壁设置的凸位132与控制组件外壳12外壁设置的凸位121径向旋转连接。
该椭圆形电子烟的制造工艺,包括以下工序:
⑴组装控制组件5;
(1.1)控制板装入控制组件5内的支架(图中未示);
(1.2)装入控制板固定件(图中未示);
(1.3)输出正负、极接到控制板输出端;
⑵组装电池组件;
(2.1)控制组件5连接电池正、负极;

1.一种椭圆形的电子烟,包括电池组件及其椭圆形的电池组件外壳、控制组件及其椭圆形的控制组件外壳、雾化组件及其椭圆形的雾化组件外壳和椭圆形的烟嘴,其特征在于:
所述雾化组件外壳内还包括雾化组件内壳,所述雾化组件内壳套装雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化器部分与烟液杯部分,其中雾化器部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁紧密配合,烟液杯部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁之间留有间隙形成烟道;
所述雾化组件内壳一端设烟雾出气口,所述烟雾出气口的外围与烟嘴上用软性材料制成的喇叭口结构以压紧的方式密封连接;
所述雾化组件外壳上开设的进气孔,与所述雾化组件在与控制组件连接的一端开设的进气口、烟液杯与雾化器连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔、雾化组件内壳与烟液杯外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道、烟雾出气口、烟嘴内通道共同构成吸烟的连贯通道;
所述雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳以套筒结构紧密连接,以保证所述喇叭口结构与烟雾出气口的外围可压紧密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器与控制组件以螺纹方式电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳套筒外壁设置的凸位轴向配对并抵扣连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳外壁设置的凸位径向配对并旋转连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件外壳由邻近控制组件一端向烟嘴一端呈缩减状延伸的结构。
6.一种椭圆形电子烟的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
⑴组装控制组件;
(1.1)控制板装入控制组件内的支架;
(1.2)装入控制板固定件;
(1.3)输出正负、极接到控制板输出端;
⑵组装电池组件;
(2.1)控制组件连接电池正、负极;
(2.2)将电池装入电池组件的外壳;
