本发明涉及一种椭圆形电子烟及其制造工艺。
CN201220287142.7公开了一种椭圆形电子烟,它的目的是提供一种雾化器的烟嘴、铜件以及雾化杆均可以拆卸,方便携带和更换。该技术方案:

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
- 一种椭圆形的电子烟,包括电池组件及其椭圆形的电池组件外壳、控制组件及其椭圆形的控制组件外壳、雾化组件及其椭圆形的雾化组件外壳和椭圆形的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述雾化组件外壳内还包括雾化组件内壳,所述雾化组件内壳套装雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化器部分与烟液杯部分,其中雾化器部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁紧密配合,烟液杯部分外壁与雾化组件内壳内壁之间留有间隙形成烟道;所述雾化组件内壳一端设烟雾出气口,所述烟雾出气口的外围与烟嘴上用软性材料制成的喇叭口结构以压紧的方式密封连接;所述雾化组件外壳上开设的进气孔,与所述雾化组件在与控制组件连接的一端开设的进气口、烟液杯与雾化器连接处的外壁开设的出烟孔、雾化组件内壳与烟液杯外壁之间的间隙形成的烟道、烟雾出气口、烟嘴内通道共同构成吸烟的连贯通道;所述雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳以套筒结构紧密连接,以保证所述喇叭口结构与烟雾出气口的外围可压紧密封连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器与控制组件以螺纹方式电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳套筒外壁设置的凸位轴向配对并抵扣连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述套筒结构紧密连接方式为雾化组件外壳内壁设置的凸位与控制组件外壳外壁设置的凸位径向配对并旋转连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述椭圆形的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件外壳由邻近控制组件一端向烟嘴一端呈缩减状延伸的结构。
- 一种椭圆形电子烟的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工序:(1)组装控制组件;(1.1)控制板装入控制组件内的支架;(1.2)装入控制板固定件;(1.3)输出正负、极接到控制板输出端;(2)组装电池组件;(2.1)控制组件连接电池正、负极;(2.2)将电池装入电池组件的外壳;(2.3)装尾盖;(3)组装雾化组件;(3.1)组装雾化器;(3.2)组装烟液杯;(3.3)烟液杯与雾化器组装成雾化组件;(3.4)将装好的雾化组件装入雾化组件内壳;(4)组装烟嘴和雾化组件外壳;(4.1)将两种不同材料制成的雾化组件外壳和烟嘴通过二次成型工艺或双色模注塑工艺注塑成型;(5)总装;(5.1)电池组件外壳与控制组件外壳套接后,用超声波工艺紧密配合成型;(5.2)将装好烟嘴的雾化组件外壳与控制组件外壳轴向套接,两者套筒结构上配对的凸位相互卡住,形成紧密连接。
