Description

电子烟吸嘴及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体的说,本发明涉及一种电子烟吸嘴及其制造方法。
背景技术
电子烟因其环保及对人体无害已逐步取代香烟得到消费者青睐。电子烟通常设有烟嘴或吸嘴,现有的电子烟烟嘴或吸嘴一般包括吮吸部和连接部,连接部一般通过螺纹与雾化管或雾化器连接在一起,由于金属材料制成吸嘴会给用户在吸烟时造成冰凉的口感,所以现有吸嘴的吮吸部一般采用软质材料制成,而连接部需要采用硬质材料制成以防止螺纹的松动。现有的电子烟吸嘴,其吮吸部与连接部的连接通常是采用过盈配合的方式压套在一起,由于两种材质的部件在不同环境中收缩不均匀,在使用中加上旋转螺纹产生的外力作用,极易造成两者松动,使用中一旦吸嘴松动,使吸烟通道密封不良导致漏气而无法吸烟、或导致烟液泄漏被吸入口中,还可导致吸嘴脱落现象,都给用户造成不良的使用体验,且吸嘴脱落不仅造成电子烟故障,还容易使儿童不慎误吞食造成危害。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于为克服上述技术的不足而提供一种电子烟吸嘴,该电子烟吸嘴避免了吮吸部与连接部因过盈配合在使用中易造成松动导致漏气漏液甚至吸嘴脱落的缺点。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,该电子烟吸嘴,包括中间设有烟雾通道的吮吸部和连接部,所述连接部设有密封圈以及与电子烟雾化器连接的连接螺纹,其特殊之处在于:所述连接部与吮吸部的连接结构为所述连接部一端插套于所述吮吸部,且两者通过双色注塑工艺由不同材料注塑并热熔连接为一体。
优选地,所述连接部插套于所述吮吸部一端的连接头设置成圆锥管状,所述吮吸部一端内侧则设有与所述连接头相应配接的锥形开口。
优选地,所述连接部插套于所述吮吸部一端的连接头设置成圆锥管状,所述吮吸部一端内侧则设有与所述连接头相应配接的锥形开口。
优选地,所述连接部插套于所述吮吸部一端的连接头设有止转槽,所述吮吸部一端内侧则相应设有与所述止转槽啮合的止转凸块。
优选地,所述吮吸部烟雾通道的出口端设有烟液收集环槽。
优选地,所述吮吸部外壁设置成弧线形喇叭状。
优选地,所述吮吸部由软质塑胶或橡胶材料制成,所述连接部由硬质塑胶材料制成。
一种电子烟吸嘴的制造方法,其特殊之处在于,制造步骤如下:
1)、制造可双色注塑的所述电子烟吸嘴的模具,该模具为可旋转模具,包括所述连接部的型腔及所述吮吸部的型腔;
2)、将制造所述连接部的第一种材料热熔注入所述连接部型腔;
3)、所述连接部成型后将连接头脱模,并将其旋转至所述吮吸部型腔;
4)、将制造所述吮吸部的第二种材料热熔注入所述吮吸部型腔;
5)、冷却后脱模取出成型的所述电子烟吸嘴;
6)、在所述电子烟吸嘴的连接部装配所述密封圈。
有益效果
该吸嘴的吮吸部与连接部通过插套及双色注塑工艺热熔连接为一体,避免了过盈配合连接方式在使用中容易发生松动及松动造成的漏气漏液的缺点,给用户带来优良的吸烟口感,同时避免了吸嘴松动脱落造成电子烟故障以及儿童易误吞食吸嘴造成的危害。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示,本发明电子烟吸嘴的实施例,包括中间设有烟雾通道11的吮吸部1和连接部2,连接部2在根部设有密封圈3,连接部2上还设有与电子烟雾化器连接的连接螺纹21,该连接螺纹21为外螺纹。如图2~图4,连接部2的一端插套于吮吸部1,连接部2与吮吸部1利用双色注塑工艺由不同材料注塑并热熔连接为一体,为此,该两种不同材料的热熔点需要比较接近。
如图2~图4所示,连接部2插套于吮吸部1一端的连接头22设置成圆锥管状,该连接头22具体为外部形状为圆锥台,而内部为中空的圆形通孔即烟雾通道11的一部分。吮吸部1供连接头22插套的一端内侧则相应设有与连接头22配接的锥形开口12,此种结构的设计有助于在双色注塑制造工艺中第一次注塑后将连接部2的连接头22脱模出来,以便该连接头22进入第二次注塑的型腔。
如图2~图4所示,连接部2插套于吮吸部1一端的连接头22还设有止转槽23,该止转槽23具体即为连接头22的端部开设的凹槽或者缺口,吮吸部1供连接头22 插套的一端内侧则相应设有可与止转槽23啮合的止转凸块13,'啮合'系指两者形状可互补、配对在一起。止转槽23与止转凸块13互相紧密啮合在一起,使得连接部2与吮吸部1 在使用中不至发生周向位移及松脱。
如图2所示,吮吸部1的烟雾通道11的出口端设有烟液收集环槽14,该收集环槽14有助于分离、收集吸烟时被烟雾携带的未被雾化的烟液滴,从而改善用户的吸烟口感。
如图1~图4所示,吮吸部1的外壁设置成弧线形喇叭状,符合人体嘴唇咬合形状,使得吸烟用户感到舒适。
本实施例中,吮吸部1由软质塑胶或橡胶材料制成,连接部2由硬质塑胶材料制成。
本发明吮吸部1与连接部2双色注塑工艺连接结构可使吮吸部1与连接部2插套后热熔在一起形成紧密的粘合连接,再加上止转槽23及止转凸块13的紧密啮合以及增大了热熔面积,故当电子烟吸嘴拆装及使用时,吮吸部1与连接部2两者不会在轴向及周向发生偏移而产生松动以及松动造成漏气漏液、或松动导致电子烟吸嘴拆装困难以及用户使用时电子烟吸嘴发生脱落等。
在本实施例的基础上,本发明还可通过简单的变化予以实现。
例如,连接部2的连接头22可以加长成管状,插套于吮吸部1,使连接部2与吮吸部1内部插套的接触面积增大以增强两者的粘结性;
又如,连接部2的连接螺纹21可以改设为内螺纹;
又如,连接部2的连接螺纹21可以在吸嘴注塑后再进行车制或攻牙等加工而成。
本发明的实施方式
本发明电子烟吸嘴的特殊结构,可以通过以下制造方法实现:
本发明电子烟吸嘴的制造方法,制造步骤如下:
1) 制造可双色注塑的电子烟吸嘴的模具,该模具为可旋转模具,包括连接部2的型腔及吮吸部1的型腔;
2) 将制造连接部2的第一种材料热熔注入连接部型腔;
3) 连接部2成型后将连接头22脱模,并将其旋转至吮吸部型腔;
4) 将制造吮吸部1的第二种材料热熔注入吮吸部型腔;
5) 冷却后脱模取出成型的电子烟吸嘴;
6) 在电子烟吸嘴的连接部2装配密封圈3。
本发明电子烟吸嘴的上述制造步骤6)在电子烟吸嘴无需密封圈3的情况下可以省略,连接部2的连接螺纹21可以不在模具中成型而是吸嘴成型后再进行车制或攻牙。

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

  1. 一种电子烟吸嘴,包括中间设有烟雾通道的吮吸部和连接部,所述连接部设有密封圈以及与电子烟雾化器连接的连接螺纹,其特征在于:所述连接部与吮吸部的连接结构为所述连接部一端插套于所述吮吸部,且两者通过双色注塑工艺由不同材料注塑并热熔连接为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述连接部插套于所述吮吸部一端的连接头设置成圆锥管状,所述吮吸部一端内侧则设有与所述连接头外壁相应配接的锥形开口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述连接部插套于所述吮吸部一端的连接头设有止转槽,所述吮吸部一端内侧则相应设有与所述止转槽啮合的止转凸块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述吮吸部烟雾通道的出口端设有烟液收集环槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述吮吸部外壁设置成弧线形喇叭状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述吮吸部由软质塑胶或橡胶材料制成,所述连接部由硬质塑胶材料制成。
  7. 一种根据权利要求1~6任一项所述电子烟吸嘴的制造方法,其特征在于,
    制造步骤如下:
    1)制造可双色注塑的所述电子烟吸嘴的模具,该模具为可旋转模具,包括所述连接部的型腔及所述吮吸部的型腔;
    2)将制造所述连接部的第一种材料热熔注入所述连接部型腔;
    3)所述连接部成型后将连接头脱模,并将其旋转至所述吮吸部型腔;
    4)将制造所述吮吸部的第二种材料热熔注入所述吮吸部型腔;
    5)冷却后脱模取出成型的所述电子烟吸嘴;
    6)在所述电子烟吸嘴的连接部装配所述密封圈。
