一种插拔式电子烟,包括烟管(1)和烟嘴(2),所述烟管(1)内设有电池(14),所述烟嘴(2)内设有雾化器组件,所述烟管(1)和烟嘴(2)通过可插拔接触片连接安装。该插拔式电子烟的烟管(1)和烟嘴(2)连接处通过可插拔接触片来实现结构及电路的连接,在生产和使用时,通过简单的插拔操作即可实现安装或者拆分,提高了装配和更换部件的便利性,另外烟管(1)和烟嘴(2)可以分离更换,降低了用户的使用成本。

Description

插拔式电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟,尤其是一种插拔式电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种通过雾化器燃烧烟油产生烟雾以替代传统香烟的产品,由于其使用方便、口味可通过烟油的调配而改变,而且对人体的健康伤害远低于传统香烟,所以近几年在国内外市场得到了广泛而迅速的推广。现有的电子烟一般由位于烟嘴部位的雾化器和位于烟管部位的电池及指示灯组成,在烟嘴与烟管的连接处的连接方式一般有螺纹配合、挤压配合等形式,在使用过程中需要更换部件或者补充烟油时需要拆开烟嘴和烟管进行操作,由于烟嘴和烟管的连接处不仅是物理结构的连接,还有电路连接,现有的连接方式不仅不方便拆开,而且容易损坏电路,造成电子烟不能使用。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种便于进行雾化器和电子烟电池的安装于拆分、电子烟电池充电方便性、结构及电路的稳定性好的插拔式电子烟。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是:它包括烟管及烟嘴,所述的烟管内设有电池,所述的烟嘴内设有雾化器组件,其特殊之处在于:所述的烟管和烟嘴通过可插拔接触片连接安装。
作为优选:所述的烟管包括烟管外壳及设于烟管外壳两端的灯帽及母端子固定座,所述的烟管外壳内设有电池,所述的烟管外壳灯帽端内侧设有控制器,母端子固定座中设有与电池相连的负极公接触片和正极母接触片。
作为优选:所述的控制器设于一控制器固定座内。
作为优选:所述的烟嘴包括雾化管及设于雾化管两端的吸嘴盖和公端子固定座,雾化管上设有进气孔,所述的雾化器组件设于雾化管中,雾化器组件包括一玻纤管,玻纤管侧壁开设通孔,通孔内穿过一发热丝,玻纤管外部包裹有吸油棉,公端子固定座上设有与发热丝相连的正极公端子和负极母端子。
作为优选:所述的公端子固定座包括固定座本体及导通进气孔和玻纤管的导通管。
作为优选:所述的公端子固定座上设有密封圈。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:由于采用了上述结构,该插拔式电子烟的烟管和烟嘴连接处通过可插拔接触片来实现结构及电路的连接,在生产和使用时,通过简单的插拔操作即可实现安装或者拆分,大幅提高了装配和更换部件的便利性,另外烟管和烟嘴可以分离更换,降低了用户的使用成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
如图1-4所示,本实施例的插拔式电子烟包括烟管1及烟嘴2,所述的烟管1内设有电池,所述的烟嘴2内设有雾化器组件,所述的烟管和烟嘴通过可插拔接触片连接安装。
具体地,本实施例中所述的烟管1包括烟管外壳11及设于烟管外壳11两端的灯帽12及母端子固定座13,所述的烟管外壳11内设有电池14,所述的烟管外壳11灯帽端内侧设有控制器15,母端子固定座13中设有与电池相连的负极公接触片16和正极母接触片17。
为了进一步实现控制器的稳定安装,本实施例中,所述的控制器15设于一控制器固定座18内。
本发明的实施方式
本实施例中,所述的烟嘴2包括雾化管21及设于雾化管21两端的吸嘴盖22和公端子固定座23,雾化管21上设有进气孔24,所述的雾化器组件设于雾化管21中,雾化器组件包括一玻纤管25,玻纤管25侧壁开设通孔,通孔内穿过一发热丝26,玻纤管25外部包裹有吸油棉27,公端子固定座23上设有与发热丝相连的正极公端子28和负极母端子29。
本实施例中,所述的公端子固定座23包括固定座本体231及导通进气孔24和玻纤管25的导通管232。图4中的箭头为使用时的气流方向,空气由进气孔24进入,经过导通管232进入玻纤管,经发热丝26加热雾化后由吸嘴盖22排出。
为了增强烟嘴部分的密封性,本实施例中,在所述的公端子固定座23上设有密封圈3。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种插拔式电子烟,包括烟管及烟嘴,所述的烟管内设有电池,所述的烟嘴内设有雾化器组件,其特征在于:所述的烟管和烟嘴通过可插拔接触片连接安装。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的插拔式电子烟,其特征在于:所述的烟管包括烟管外壳及设于烟管外壳两端的灯帽及母端子固定座,所述的烟管外壳内设有电池,所述的烟管外壳灯帽端内侧设有控制器,母端子固定座中设有与电池相连的负极公接触片和正极母接触片。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的插拔式电子烟,其特征在于:所述的控制器设于一控制器固定座内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的插拔式电子烟,其特征在于:所述的烟嘴包括雾化管及设于雾化管两端的吸嘴盖和公端子固定座,雾化管上设有进气孔,所述的雾化器组件设于雾化管中,雾化器组件包括一玻纤管,玻纤管侧壁开设通孔,通孔内穿过一发热丝,玻纤管外部包裹有吸油棉,公端子固定座上设有与发热丝相连的正极公端子和负极母端子。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的插拔式电子烟,其特征在于:所述的公端子固定座包括固定座本体及导通进气孔和玻纤管的导通管。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的插拔式电子烟,其特征在于:所述的公端子固定座上设有密封圈。
