人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种安神补脑红枣汁的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种安神补脑红枣汁,由以下重量份原料组成:红枣30-40、香蕉40-50、红豆汁300-320、黑米15-20、猪肝20-25、黄酒40-50、白糖30-40、酸枣5-7、知母3-5、川芎4-6、茯苓4-6、柏子仁3-5、合欢皮3-5、黄精4-6、玉竹3-5、白鲜皮2-3、香草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:金针菇10-15、海带20-25、核桃仁30-35、白醋20-30、咖啡30-40、甜菊叶2-3、煅牡蛎3-5、桂枝2-3、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:将甜菊叶、煅牡蛎、桂枝用5-10倍量的水提取,得到提取液与金针菇、海带、核桃仁一起放入锅中,加入白醋、咖啡,加热煮沸后,将所有物料打成浆汁备用。
一种安神补脑红枣汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将将红枣去核、香蕉去皮后置于锅中,加入红豆汁、食品添加剂,煮沸后,将所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得到浆液备用;

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:金针菇10-15、海带20-25、核桃仁30-35、白醋20-30、咖啡30-40、甜菊叶2-3、煅牡蛎3-5、桂枝2-3、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:将甜菊叶、煅牡蛎、桂枝用5-10倍量的水提取,得到提取液与金针菇、海带、核桃仁一起放入锅中,加入白醋、咖啡,加热煮沸后,将所有物料打成浆汁备用。
