[0003] 白喉可分为四种类型,按其发生率依次为咽白喉、喉白喉、鼻白喉和其他部位的白喉。成人和年长儿童以咽白喉居多,其他类型的白喉较多见于幼儿;本病可能一直保持症状轻微,恶化时,吞咽困难、毒血症体征和虚脱开始明显,咽喉水肿会妨碍呼吸,如果假膜侵犯到喉,气管和支气管,可能使呼吸道部分阻塞,或者突然脱落而引起完全性梗阻。颈部淋巴腺肿大,在严重病例,外毒素弥散到颈部组织引起严重的水肿,如果鼻咽部受侵犯,鼻腔流出浆液血性鼻涕,常为单侧。皮肤白喉损害无特异形态,损伤多发生于四肢,如果未经治疗,可能由于局部毒素浸润而逐渐出现感觉麻木,也可有典型的局部疼痛,压痛,红斑和渗出,皮肤白喉损害处通常也藏匿着A组β-溶血性链球菌或/和金黄色葡萄球菌,假膜少见,有20%~40%的病例合并同一生物型白喉杆菌鼻咽部感染;眼部白喉杆菌感染罕见,并可能发生或不发生其他皮肤损害,可能会在耳朵,生殖道化脓性和溃疡性会阴阴道炎等皮肤粘膜处产生感染。

[0016] (I)将瓜子金和钓兰放入容器内,进行粉碎处理,研末,过180目细粉,备用;
[0017] (2)将小贯众、海蕴、余甘子、白牛膝、栝楼、莱菔缨和海金沙洗净,放入容器内,加入8~10倍量的蒸馏水,浸泡5~6小时后,煮沸3~4小时,提取;再次加入6~8倍量蒸馏水,煮沸2~3小时,提取;最后,加入4~6倍量蒸馏水,加热煮沸I~2小时,提取;合并三次提取液,过滤,得滤液,浓缩成60°C下相对密度为1.10~1.13的稠膏,备用;
[0018] (3)将酸浆、卤地菊、墨旱莲和鬼针草洗净,切碎,放入容器内,绞汁,滤杂质,留汁液备用;

[0022] 瓜子金:味微辛,性微温。活血散瘀,祛痰镇咳,解毒止痛。用于咽炎,扁桃体炎,口腔炎,咳嗽,小儿肺炎,小儿疳积,泌尿系结石,乳腺炎,骨髓炎;外用治毒蛇咬伤,疔疮疖肿。《江西草药》载:“清热解毒,活血止血。治牙痛,下肢溃疡,白喉,子宫出血,便血,毒蛇咬伤,白膜遮睛,流脑,风湿性关节炎,痢疾。”[0023] 小贯众:味苦、涩,性寒;归肝、肺、大肠经。清热平肝,解毒杀虫,止血。用于预防麻疹,流行性感冒,感冒,流行性脑脊髓膜炎,头晕目眩,高血压病,痢疾,尿血,便血,崩漏,白带,钩虫病。
[0024] 酸浆:味酸、苦,性寒;归肺、脾经。清热,解毒,利尿。治热咳,咽痛,黄疸,痢疾,水肿,疔疮,丹毒。《嘉祜本草》载:“主腹内热结眉黄,不下食,大小便涩,骨热咳嗽,多睡劳乏,呕逆痰壅,痃癖痞满,小儿疬子寒热,大腹,杀虫,落胎,并煮汁服,亦生捣绞汁服。亦研敷小儿闪癖。”

1.一种治疗白喉的中药制剂,其特征在于:制成所述中药制剂有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为: 瓜子金58~82份小贯众57~81份酸浆57~81份豆叶七53~77份 卤地菊52~76份墨旱莲51~75份钓兰51~75份海蕴47~71份 余甘子43~67份络石藤38~62份鬼针草35~59份荔枝33~57份 白牛膝33~57份栝楼32~56份莱菔缨28~52份海金沙13~37份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白喉的中药制剂,其特征在于:制成所述中药制剂有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为: 瓜子金62~78份小贯众61~77份酸浆61~77份豆叶七57~73份 卤地菊56~72份墨旱莲55~71份钓兰55~71份海蕴51~67份 余甘子47~63份络石藤42~58份鬼针草39~55份荔枝37~53份 白牛膝37~53份栝楼36~52份莱菔缨32~48份海金沙17~33份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白喉的中药制剂,其特征在于:制成所述中药制剂有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为: 瓜子金66~74份小贯众65~73份酸浆65~73份豆叶七61~69份 卤地菊60~68份墨旱莲59~67份钓兰59~67份海蕴55~63份 余甘子51~59份络石藤46~54份鬼针草43~51份荔枝41~49份 白牛膝41~49份栝楼40~48份莱菔缨36~44份海金沙21~29份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白喉的中药制剂,其特征在于:制成所述中药制剂有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为: 瓜子金70份小贯众69份酸浆69份豆叶七65份 卤地菊64份墨旱莲63份钓兰63份 海蕴59份 余甘子55份络石藤50份鬼针草47份蒸枝45份 白牛膝45份栝楼44份莱菔缨40份海金沙25份。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述治疗白喉的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤: (1)将瓜子金和钓兰放入容器内,进行粉碎处理,研末,过180目细粉,备用; (2)将小贯众、海蕴、余甘子、白牛膝、栝楼、莱菔缨和海金沙洗净,放入容器内,加入8~10倍量的蒸馏水,浸泡5~6小时后,煮沸3~4小时,提取;再次加入6~8倍量蒸馏水,煮沸2~3小时,提取;最后,加入4~6倍量蒸馏水,加热煮沸I~2小时,提取;合并三次提取液,过滤,得滤液,浓缩成60°C下相对密度为1.10~1.13的稠膏,备用; (3)将酸浆、卤地菊、墨旱莲和鬼针草洗净,切碎,放入容器内,绞汁,滤杂质,留汁液备用; (4)将豆叶七、络石藤和荔枝洗净,浸入5倍量的80%的乙醇溶液浸泡I~2小时,加热提取3小时,回收乙醇,滤过,得滤液,浓缩为65°C下相对密度为1.12~1.16的稠膏,备用; (5)将上述步骤(1)~(4)所制得的细粉、稠膏以及汁液混合,制成胶囊,即得本发明所述的治疗白喉的中药制剂。
