Abstract

数控单柱立式车床,床身一侧安装立柱,立柱上固定安装横梁,横梁垂直方向上安装垂直刀架,床身上位于垂直刀架正下方处安装工作台,立柱上部安装可旋转操作面板。本发明的数控单柱立式车床,工作台采用静压导轨,主轴颈项回转精度高,承载能力大;采用变频电机驱动,机床运行平稳、噪音小、故障率低、加工精度高;可在不停车的状态下自动进行多次往复循环加工,直至达到设定的粗加工尺寸、加工量、加工尺寸,在触摸屏上一目了然,节省了加工部件的时间,大大的提高了工作效率;省时省工、易操作、维修方便、更省电。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种数控机床。
背景技术
数控机床通常由控制系统、伺服系统、检测系统、机械传动系统及其他辅助系统组成。控制系统用于数控机床的运算、管理和控制,通过输入介质得到数据,对这些数据进行解释和运算并对机床产生作用,伺服系统根据控制系统的指令驱动机床,使刀具和零件执行数控代码规定的运动,检测系统则是用来检测机床执行件(工作台、转台、滑板等)的位移和速度变化量,并将检测结果反馈到输入端,与输入指令进行比较,根据其差别调整机床运动。现有的用于加工外圆柱面、圆锥面、端面、切槽、切断等的数控车床结构复杂、运转不平稳、加工精度低、噪音大、故障率高,操作复杂、维修不便,不能满足高精度产品的加工需求。
发明内容
为了克服传统数控车床存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单、加工精度高的数控单柱立式车床。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:数控单柱立式车床,床身一侧安装立柱,立柱上固定安装横梁,横梁垂直方向上安装垂直刀架,床身上位于垂直刀架正下方处安装工作台,立柱上部安装可旋转操作面板。
所述工作台通过安装于床身上静压导轨带动循环往复运动。
所述操作面板为触摸屏。 
本发明的数控单柱立式车床,工作台采用静压导轨,主轴颈项回转精度高,承载能力大;采用变频电机驱动,机床运行平稳、噪音小、故障率低、加工精度高;可在不停车的状态下自动进行多次往复循环加工,直至达到设定的粗加工尺寸、加工量、加工尺寸,在触摸屏上一目了然,节省了加工部件的时间,大大的提高了工作效率;省时省工、易操作、维修方便、更省电。

具体实施方式
本发明的数控单柱立式车床结构如图1所示,床身1一侧安装立柱6,立柱6上固定安装横梁5,横梁5垂直方向上安装垂直刀架4,床身1上位于垂直刀架4正下方处安装工作台2,立柱6上部安装可旋转操作面板3,操作面板3为触摸屏,工作台2通过安装于床身1上静压导轨带动循环往复运动,主轴径向采用高精度NN30型轴承,回转精度高,承载能力大。齿轮箱采用40Cr磨齿齿轮,精度高、噪音小;导轨滑动面采用贴塑处理,提高耐磨性;机床铸件采用优质消失模树脂沙铸造工艺,铸件品质高,经实效处理,经久耐用。
机床适用于硬质合金和陶瓷刀具,对黑色金属、有色金属及部分非金属材料的零件平面、圆柱面、内圆锥面的粗、精加工,传统机械传动、手工操作的机床、主电机是三相异步电机,本发明的机床为变频电机驱动,经二档无极变速系统、由触摸屏控制,手持脉冲发生器确定加工工件的各项数据、X轴Z轴的进退数据均由触摸屏和手持脉冲发生器来完成,且操作简单、快捷、准确,免除了机械操作的停车换挡、调速。停车调整X轴Z轴的进退操作,为操作人员节省大量的工作时间,并且二档无极变速,使机床运转平稳,噪音小,故障率低。机器配备报警系统,机械故障部位显示于触摸屏上。该机床可在不停车状态下自动为已设定的加工部件平面、内孔及外圆、斜线圆弧进行多次往复加工,直至达到设定的粗加工尺寸、加工量、加工尺寸、在触摸屏上一目了然,省去多道加工、对刀、测量工序,节省加工部件的大量时间,大大提高了工作效率。变频电机、尖端伺服电机的使用,充分显示出电机功率大,耗电少,噪音小的优势;机床的不停车操作、简单的触摸屏数据输入、及简单的手续脉冲发生器的操作,特别适用于大批量部件的加工,省时省力,易操作、维修方便,省电。

1.数控单柱立式车床,其特征在于:床身(1)一侧安装立柱(6),立柱(6)上固定安装横梁(5),横梁(5)垂直方向上安装垂直刀架(4),床身(1)上位于垂直刀架(4)正下方处安装工作台(2),立柱(6)上部安装可旋转操作面板(3)。
