[0009] 本发明的数控单柱立式车床结构如图1所示,床身I 一侧安装立柱6,立柱6上固定安装横梁5,横梁5垂直方向上安装垂直刀架4,床身I上位于垂直刀架4正下方处安装工作台2,立柱6上部安装可旋转操作面板3,操作面板3为触摸屏,工作台2通过安装于床身I上静压导轨带动循环往复运动,主轴径向采用高精度NN30型轴承,回转精度高,承载能力大。齿轮箱采用40Cr磨齿齿轮,精度高、噪音小;导轨滑动面采用贴塑处理,提高耐磨性;机床铸件采用优质消失模树脂沙铸造工艺,铸件品质高,经实效处理,经久耐用。[0010] 机床适用于硬质合金和陶瓷刀具,对黑色金属、有色金属及部分非金属材料的零件平面、圆柱面、内圆锥面的粗、精加工,传统机械传动、手工操作的机床、主电机是三相异步电机,本发明的机床为变频电机驱动,经二档无极变速系统、由触摸屏控制,手持脉冲发生器确定加工工件的各项数据、X轴Z轴的进退数据均由触摸屏和手持脉冲发生器来完成,且操作简单、快捷、准确,免除了机械操作的停车换挡、调速。停车调整X轴Z轴的进退操作,为操作人员节省大量的工作时间,并且二档无极变速,使机床运转平稳,噪音小,故障率低。机器配备报警系统,机械故障部位显示于触摸屏上。该机床可在不停车状态下自动为已设定的加工部件平面、内孔及外圆、斜线圆弧进行多次往复加工,直至达到设定的粗加工尺寸、加工量、加工尺寸、在触摸屏上一目了然,省去多道加工、对刀、测量工序,节省加工部件的大量时间,大大提高了工作效率。变频电机、尖端伺服电机的使用,充分显示出电机功率大,耗电少,噪音小的优势;机床的不停车操作、简单的触摸屏数据输入、及简单的手续脉冲发生器的操作,特别适用于大批量部件的加工,省时省力,易操作、维修方便,省电。

1.数控单柱立式车床,其特征在于:床身(I)一侧安装立柱(6),立柱(6)上固定安装横梁(5),横梁(5)垂直方向上安装垂直刀架(4),床身(I)上位于垂直刀架(4)正下方处安装工作台(2 ),立柱(6 )上部安装可旋转操作面板(3 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控单柱立式车床,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)通过安装于床身(I)上静压导轨带动循环往复运动。
