Abstract
本发明公开了一种盖板下盒注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:原料加入烘箱烘干,设定烘干温度及时间;烘干后的原料在料筒内加热到熔融状态,射嘴温度使用调压器独立控制,使用一定电压持续加温;在模具中埋入气动针阀,收射出信号控制开启;将熔融树脂充满模具型腔,并设置射胶参数;关闭气动针阀受熔胶信号控制;注射完成后,螺杆后退完成熔胶储料;熔胶结束,产品在模具中进行冷却,冷却时间为15~20s;冷却达到设定时间后,开模;开模结束,产品顶出。本发明的注塑工艺流程简单,设计合理,操作方便,大大降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑工艺,具体涉及一种盖板下盒的注塑工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中已有多种不同的注塑工艺。一般情况下,注塑工艺是指如此一种工艺,其首先要准备需要进行模制的塑料物质,如对塑料进行塑化(增塑),然后将已塑炼(增塑)的塑料注入注塑模具的模穴内,待塑料变硬后,就可以得到想要的注塑模件。现有技术中的注塑工艺,特别是盖板的注塑工艺普遍存在流程复杂、操作不便等情况,从而提高了企业生产成本,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种大大降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率的盖板下盒注塑工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种盖板下盒注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料加入烘箱烘干,设定烘干温度及时间;
(2)烘干后的原料在料筒内加热到熔融状态,射嘴温度使用调压器独立控制,使用一定电压持续加温;
(3)在模具中埋入气动针阀,收射出信号控制开启;
(4)将熔融树脂充满模具型腔,并设置射胶参数;
(5)关闭气动针阀受熔胶信号控制;
(6)注射完成后,螺杆后退完成熔胶储料;
(7)熔胶结束,产品在模具中进行冷却,冷却时间为15~20s;
(8)冷却达到设定时间后,开模;
(9)开模结束,产品顶出。
作为优选,步骤(1)中所述烘干温度为70~90℃,时间为1.5~2小时。
作为优选,步骤(2)中料筒加热温度设定为后段190℃、中段210℃、前段220℃,射嘴采用125V电压持续加温。
作为优选,步骤(4)中射胶参数设定为:前段压力95bar、速度10%、位置130,中段压力85bar、速度40%、位置70,末段压力65bar、速度20%、位置0。
作为优选,步骤(6)中熔胶控制设定为压力85bar、速度90%、位置140。
作为优选,步骤(8)中开模控制设定:前段压力75bar、速度25%、位置35,中段压力55bar、速度75%、位置225,后段压力15bar、速度10%、位置270。
作为优选,步骤(9)中顶出油缸设定:压力55bar、速度35%、时间1.5s。
有益效果:本发明的注塑工艺流程简单,设计合理,操作方便,大大降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种盖板下盒注塑工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料加入烘箱烘干,设定烘干温度及时间,烘干温度为70~90℃,时间为1.5~2小时;
(2)烘干后的原料在料筒内加热到熔融状态,料筒加热温度设定为后段190℃、中段210℃、前段220℃,射嘴采用125V电压持续加温;射嘴温度使用调压器独立控制,使用125V电压持续加温;
(3)在模具中埋入气动针阀,收射出信号控制开启;
(4)将熔融树脂充满模具型腔,并设置射胶参数:前段压力95bar、速度10%、位置130,中段压力85bar、速度40%、位置70,末段压力65bar、速度20%、位置0;
(5)关闭气动针阀受熔胶信号控制;
(6)注射完成后,螺杆后退完成熔胶储料,熔胶控制设定为压力85bar、速度90%、位置140;
(7)熔胶结束,产品在模具中进行冷却,冷却时间为15~20s;
(8)冷却达到设定时间后,开模,前段压力75bar、速度25%、位置35,中段压力55bar、速度75%、位置225,后段压力15bar、速度10%、位置270;

Claims (1)
1.一种盖板下盒注塑工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)原料加入烘箱烘干,设定烘干温度及时间,所述烘干温度为70~90℃,时间为1.5~2小时;
(2)烘干后的原料在料筒内加热到熔融状态,射嘴温度使用调压器独立控制,使用一定电压持续加温,料筒加热温度设定为后段190℃、中段210℃、前段220℃,射嘴采用125V电压持续加温;
(3)在模具中埋入气动针阀,收射出信号控制开启;
(4)将熔融树脂充满模具型腔,并设置射胶参数,射胶参数设定为:前段压力95bar、速度10%、位置130,中段压力85bar、速度40%、位置70,末段压力65bar、速度20%、位置0;
(5)关闭气动针阀受熔胶信号控制;
(6)注射完成后,螺杆后退完成熔胶储料,熔胶控制设定为压力85bar、速度90%、位置140;
(7)熔胶结束,产品在模具中进行冷却,冷却时间为15~20s;
(8)冷却达到设定时间后,开模,开模控制设定:前段压力75bar、速度25%、位置35,中段压力55bar、速度75%、位置225,后段压力15bar、速度10%、位置270;
(9)开模结束,产品顶出,顶出油缸设定:压力55bar、速度35%、时间1.5s。
