Abstract

一种太阳能玻璃板修边机,包括机架、吸盘架、刀具系统,其特征是:机架为框架结构,切削刀片固定在切削刀片机座上,刀具系统由刀架左右进给丝杠控制在燕尾槽导轨上运动,从而带动刀具系统移动,并由刀架前后进给丝杠控制做远离-靠近玻璃板边缘的运动。上吸盘固定在吸盘架上,在上吸盘左右移动丝杠的带动下可左右移动,在上吸盘上下移动丝杠作用下可上下移动。下吸盘与下吸盘转动轴相连,在槽轮机构的带动下可实现旋转。其优点是:采用真空吸附和丝杠进给,全自动对太阳能玻璃板的胶体进行修边,大大提高了太阳能玻璃板的边缘质量和生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃加工机械领域,涉及一种太阳能玻璃板修边机,尤其涉及一种太阳能玻璃板全自动修边机。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种取之不尽、用之不竭,同时又是免费无污染的新能源,不会有地域的限制,无论陆地或海洋,无论高山或岛屿,处处皆有,可直接开发和利用,故而成为替代石化燃料的良好选择,在可预见的将来,对太阳能的开发利用必然前景广阔。在当今社会,太阳能的应用领域已拓展到热电、热水器、电池、路灯等诸多领域。在太阳能设备中,太阳能电池板必然是其设备中的重要一环,它的存在使得太阳能能够转化为我们所需要的电能。因此,太阳能电池板生产力的水平,直接影响着太阳能设备的生产力水平。
太阳能电池板的生产过程包含:电池测试→正面焊接→背面串接→层压敷设→件层压→修边→装框→焊接接线盒→高压测试→组件测试这十个工艺步骤。其中,对于修边(即:层压时EVA熔化后由于压力而向外延伸固化形成的毛边,在层压完毕后将其切除)这一工艺步骤,国内尚没有高效经济的自动修边设备,多以手持电动修边机修边为主,生产效率低下,产品质量参差不齐,阻碍了太阳能电池板的批量化生产。因此,需要一种能够参与流水作业的自动修边机器来弥补这一太阳能玻璃板生产线上的缺陷。研究可进行流水线生产的高效的自动修边机,可以大大地提高太阳能电池板的生产效率,获得较高的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用真空吸附和丝杠进给,全自动对太阳能玻璃板的胶体进行修边,可避免手工修边的质量参差不齐、效率低下等缺点、大大提高太阳能玻璃板的边缘质量和生产效率的太阳能玻璃板全自动修边机。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明包括机架、吸盘架、刀具系统,其中:机架为框架结构,在机架上横梁上通过轴承固定有上吸盘左右移动丝杠,吸盘架上设有上吸盘和上吸盘真空回路,吸盘架安装在上吸盘上下移动丝杠上,上吸盘上下移动丝杠通过丝杠座与上吸盘左右移动丝杠和上横梁连接,在上横梁上能够左右移动;在机架中部设有下吸盘支撑板,下吸盘支撑板上设有下吸盘转动轴,下吸盘转动轴端固定有下吸盘,下吸盘与下吸盘真空回路连接,在下吸盘转动轴上连接有槽轮机构,槽轮机构包括槽轮主动轮、槽轮从动轮和连接在槽轮主动轮与槽轮从动轮间的主动轮转动杆,槽轮从动轮固定在下吸盘转动轴上;刀具系统由切削刀片机座、刀具转轴、刀架、刀架座构成,刀架座通过燕尾槽连接在燕尾槽导轨上,同时刀架座与连接在机架上的刀架左右进给丝杠连接,刀架设在刀架座上,在刀架座上设有与刀架连接的刀架前后进给丝杠。
本发明的优点是:采用真空吸附和丝杠进给,全自动对太阳能玻璃板的胶体进行修边,可避免手工修边的质量参差不齐、效率低下等缺点、大大提高了太阳能玻璃板的边缘质量和生产效率。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本发明包括机架、吸盘架、刀具系统,机架包括侧横梁4,立柱5、上横梁10,机架各部分通过焊接连在一起,燕尾槽导轨1通过焊接与机架连在一起,上吸盘左右移动丝杠3和刀架左右进给丝杠20通过轴承与机架部分相连,槽轮机构2通过转动轴连接下吸盘13和下吸盘支撑板16,上吸盘6通过吸盘架8和上吸盘上下移动丝杠9、上吸盘左右移动丝杠与上横梁10连接,刀具系统由切削刀片机座17、刀具转轴18、刀架19、刀架座构成,在切削刀片机座17上固定有切削刀片;刀具系统则直接与燕尾槽导轨1相连,并通过轴承与刀架左右进给丝杠20相连。
工作时,在伺服电机的作用下,丝杠转动轴承11带动上吸盘左右移动丝杠3旋转,将被上吸盘6吸紧的太阳能玻璃板从修边机的一侧运送到修边机的内部中心,放置在下吸盘支撑板16上的的下吸盘13上,通过下吸盘真空回路15的作用,吸盘紧紧地吸住太阳能玻璃板。此时刀架前后进给丝杠12转动,带动刀架19平稳地靠近太阳能玻璃板的边缘,刀架左右进给丝杠20通过伺服电机的带动沿左右方向运动,使刀架19沿着燕尾槽导轨1运动,从而使得刀片同时沿着玻璃板边缘移动,如此即可完成玻璃板两侧的修边操作。
然后,刀架19沿着燕尾槽导轨1反向运动,回到初始位置,并在刀架前后进给丝杠12的带动下向两侧远离太阳能玻璃板的边缘,与槽轮机构2相连的伺服电机开始工作,将运动传至槽轮主动轮23,从而由主动轮转动杆22带动从动轮21转动,由于下吸盘13与槽轮从动轮21由同一传动轴相连,从而带动下吸盘13连同玻璃板一起作旋转运动,由于槽轮机构2的运动特性,在槽轮主动轮旋转并非严格360°的情况下,仍然能够保证从动轮严格旋转90°。然后刀架19再次靠紧玻璃板边缘进行玻璃板另外两边的修边操作。此次的修边操作完成后,整块太阳能玻璃板的修边操作即已完成,再由上吸盘6将修好的玻璃板移到工作台的另一侧,然后进行下一个工作循环。

1.一种太阳能玻璃板修边机,包括机架、吸盘架、刀具系统,其特征是:机架为框架结构,在机架上横梁上通过轴承固定有上吸盘左右移动丝杠,吸盘架上设有上吸盘和上吸盘真空回路,吸盘架安装在上吸盘上下移动丝杠上,上吸盘上下移动丝杠通过丝杠座与上吸盘左右移动丝杠和上横梁连接,在上横梁上能够左右移动;在机架中部设有下吸盘支撑板,下吸盘支撑板上设有下吸盘转动轴,下吸盘转动轴端固定有下吸盘,下吸盘与下吸盘真空回路连接,在下吸盘转动轴上连接有槽轮机构,槽轮机构包括槽轮主动轮、槽轮从动轮和连接在槽轮主动轮与槽轮从动轮间的主动轮转动杆,槽轮从动轮固定在下吸盘转动轴上;刀具系统由切削刀片机座、刀具转轴、刀架、刀架座构成,刀架座通过燕尾槽连接在燕尾槽导轨上,同时刀架座与连接在机架上的刀架左右进给丝杠连接,刀架设在刀架座上,在刀架座上设有与刀架连接的刀架前后进给丝杠。
