一种支撑骨胳强度的装置及其组设工具,其包括一植入物,该植入物包含一外部叶片及一中央轴杆,该植入物可用一撑开器模组撑开,该撑开器模组包括:一套管与基座、一本体及一握把,该撑开器模组可接合该植入物,将植入物放置于欲医治的骨胳内部调整扩张程度;将该撑开器模组握把置换成一注射器模组,该注射器模组包含一骨水泥针筒及一注射握把,该注射器模组可将骨强化的混和物(例如骨水泥)经由出料孔、该中央轴杆的各第二轴向槽孔及该外部叶片的各第一轴向槽孔注入该骨胳内部,与已扩张的植入物结合,有效提升其支撑强度。

Description

支撑骨胳强度的装置及其组设工具
技术领域
本发明属一种骨胳植入物的技术领域,尤指其技术上提供一种支撑骨胳强度的装置及其组设工具,透过撑开器模组,可于欲医治的骨胳内部植入一可以调整不同扩张范围、多层次弧形的可扩张植入物;藉由注射器模组可将骨水泥依序沿出料孔、通道、中央轴杆的各第二轴向槽孔及外部叶片的各第一轴向槽孔注入该骨胳内部,与已扩张的植入物结合。
背景技术
骨坏死、骨肿瘤、或骨质疏松骨折,经常会合并骨缺损而导致骨塌陷缺损,因此需要接受外科手术以各种植入物或骨移植来治疗,骨移植不论是自体骨、异体骨、或是人造骨,都需要经过移行性的骨再造(creeping substitution),才能重塑(remodeling)成正常的骨组织,而在此重塑过程,移植骨的力学结构会降低,当受到外力作用,很容易就会因支撑力不足而再次塌陷,因此必须藉由其他植入物以支撑骨胳结构强度,而这些植入物又必须同时不干扰移植骨的重塑过程。
以股骨头缺血性坏死为例,目前各种的治疗方式仍然不近理想,在早期发现、早期治疗者,5年以上的成功率仍仅介于7至8成,失败的最主要原因是股骨头内的支撑力不足,而发生持续性的塌陷;以骨质疏松脊椎体压迫性骨折为例,目前常以经皮式骨水泥椎体成型术进行治疗,然而因为骨水泥可能渗漏到脊髓神经周围引起并发症,骨水泥本身硬度太高又无法被人体吸收,在复原的过程会阻碍骨胳愈合,因此又发展出佝偻成型术治疗,利用气球扩张将脊椎椎体撑开一个空洞,再用骨水泥灌入空洞内,佝偻成型术治疗虽然改良了经皮式骨水泥椎体成型术,但是仍然使用高硬度的骨水泥,在骨质疏松的病人容易合并邻近节脊椎椎体再次骨折,气球扩张的医疗费用又相对高昂,因此有必要加以改良。
是以,针对上述习知结构所存在的问题点,如何开发一种更具理想实用性的创新结构,实消费者所殷切企盼,亦系相关业者须努力研发突破的目标及方向。
有鉴于此,发明人本于多年从事相关产品的制造开发与设计经验,针对上述的目标,详加设计与审慎评估后,终得一确具实用性的本发明。
欲解决的技术问题点:习用的各种移植骨或使用大量异体骨加上去矿质化的骨基质,虽然短期的结果不错,但是因为支撑力的不足,仍然有偏高比例的失败率。
发明内容
为改善上述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种支撑骨胳强度的装置及其组设工具,其结构简单,操作方便,能有效减少应力集中现象,提供更好的支撑效果和强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种支撑骨胳强度的装置,包含有一植入物,其特征在于该植入物包括:
一外部叶片,该外部叶片一端内部设有一第一迫合孔,其外周设有一接合部,另一端内部设有一第二迫合孔与该第一迫合孔连通,该外部叶片紧临该接合部设有一扩张部,且环设多个贯穿的第一轴向槽孔;及
一中央轴杆,该中央轴杆内部呈中空状,其一端外周设有一导引部,内周设有一第一内螺纹,另一端外周设有一挡止部,紧临该挡止部设一第二迫合部,紧临该第二迫合部设一中央轴管本体,该中央轴管本体外周环设多个贯穿的第二轴向槽孔,紧临该中央轴管本体设一第一迫合部,该第一迫合部、第二迫合部分别与该第一迫合孔、第二迫合孔紧配。
其中,该接合部呈多边形且边缘倒角的断面设置。
其中,该扩张部轴向呈中央与二端厚薄不一的曲面设置。
其中,各该第一轴向槽孔及各该第二轴向槽孔皆呈等角距设置。
其中,应用于脊椎骨、股骨头及骨质疏松的骨胳的重塑工程。
还公开了一种组设上述支撑骨胳强度的装置的工具,其特征在于,包含有一撑开器模组,该撑开器模组包括:
一外套管,该外套管内部轴向贯设一通孔,其一端内周设有一接合孔,该接合孔与该接合部相套合,另一端固设一基座,并于该基座端面设一第一迫紧面;
一迫紧块,该迫紧块一端的端面形成一第二迫紧面,另一端设一凹槽,该第二迫紧面抵靠该第一迫紧面,该凹槽二侧形成一第三迫紧面,其轴向贯设一第一套合孔,其外周设一外挡缘及一套合部;
一本体,该本体呈中空状,其一端内周依序设一第二套合孔及一第三套合孔,另一端内周设有一第二内螺纹,该第三套合孔固设一内套管,该内套管内部轴向贯设一通道,其一端设一卡合部,另一端外周设有一第一外螺纹,该第一外螺纹与该植入物的该第一内螺纹相螺合,该内套管依序穿套该第一套合孔及该通孔,将该套合部套入该第三套合孔,该外挡缘套入该第二套合孔,并使该卡合部嵌入该凹槽,限制该迫紧块仅能于该本体上轴向位移并挡止于该外挡缘;及
一握把,该握把外周设一第二外螺纹,其一端枢接一转动件,另一端设有一扭转部,该第二外螺纹螺合于该第二内螺纹,该转动件端面形成一第四迫紧面;
藉此,持续对该握把施加扭力,使该外套管挤压该植入物,透过螺纹的扭转力矩迫使该植入物的该扩张部挤压变形,藉以形成一调整不同扩张范围、多层次弧形的可扩张植入物。
其中,该扩张部于扩张后轴向呈不同梯度的曲面设置。
其中,该接合孔对应该接合部呈多边形且边缘倒角的断面设置。

藉此,扭转该注射握把,使该容置部底部推动该推进杆,让该容置空间中的该流体依序沿该出料孔、该通道、该中央轴杆的各该第二轴向槽孔及该外部叶片的各该第一轴向槽孔流出。
其中,该扭转部呈翼形设置,利于使用者扭转施力。
其中,该流体为骨强化的混合物。
其中,该流体为骨水泥,该针筒为骨水泥针筒。
通过上述结构,本发明对照先前技术实现了如下功效:
一、本发明的支撑骨胳强度的装置,该撑开器模组透过该握把施加不同力矩,藉由螺纹的扭转力矩迫使该扩张部均匀地扩张变形,形成一可以调整不同扩张范围、多层次弧形的可扩张植入物,藉此弹性的扩张构造使植入物和骨胳内部接触面积增加,因此能够有效的减少应力集中的现象,并且提供更广泛的支撑效果。
二、本发明的支撑骨胳强度的装置,该注射器模组可将骨强化的混和物(例如骨水泥)依序沿出料孔、通道、中央轴杆的各第二轴向槽孔及外部叶片的各第一轴向槽孔流出至骨胳内部,与已扩张的植入物结合,有效提升其支撑强度。
三、本发明的支撑骨胳强度的装置,藉由植入物结合骨强化的混和物(例如骨水泥)的支撑效果,配合各种骨移植策略,可提供骨修补愈合期间的生物力学支撑结构。
有关本发明所采用的技术、手段及其功效,兹举一较佳实施例并配合图式详细说明于后,相信本发明上述的目的、构造及特征,当可由之得一深入而具体的了解。

一外套管300,该外套管300内部轴向贯设一通孔302,其一端内周设有一接合孔303(参见图2和图2A),该接合孔303对应该接合部103呈多边形且边缘倒角的断面设置,该接合孔303与该接合部103相套合,另一端固设一基座305,并于该基座305端面设一第一迫紧面306;
一迫紧块400,该迫紧块400一端的端面形成一第二迫紧面401,另一端设一凹槽402,该第二迫紧面401抵靠该第一迫紧面306,该凹槽402的二侧形成第三迫紧面403,其轴向贯设一第一套合孔404,其外周设一外挡缘405及一套合部406;
一本体500,该本体500呈中空状,其一端内周依序设一第二套合孔501及第三套合孔502,另一端内周设有一第二内螺纹503,该第三套合孔502固设一内套管510,该内套管510内部轴向贯设一通道511,其一端设一卡合部512,另一端外周设有一第一外螺纹513,该第一外螺纹513与该植入物10的该第一内螺纹204相螺合,该内套管510依序穿套该第一套合孔404及该通孔302,将该套合部406套入该第三套合孔502,该外挡缘405套入该第二套合孔501,并使该卡合部512嵌入该凹槽402,限制该迫紧块400仅能于该本体500上轴向位移并挡止于该外挡缘405;及
一握把600,该握把600外周设一第二外螺纹601,其一端枢接一转动件610,该转动件610为一轴承,另一端设有一扭转部602,该扭转部602呈翼形设置,俾利于使用者扭转施力,该第二外螺纹601螺合于该第二内螺纹503,该转动件610端面形成一第四迫紧面611。
前述该撑开器模组1的使用方法,其步骤为:
(a)以该外套管300的该接合孔303套入该植入物10的该接合部103;
(b)转动该本体500,使该第一外螺纹513与该植入物10的该第一内螺纹204相螺合,让该植入物10组设于该撑开器模组1上;
(c)将该植入物10连同该撑开器模组1穿套一外套筒710并定位于一欲医治的骨胳内部(例如脊椎椎体)700(如图5所示);
(d)一方面紧握该本体500,另方面扭转该握把600的扭转部602,使该转动件610的第四迫紧面611推动该迫紧块400的第三迫紧面403,连动该迫紧块400的第二迫紧面401推动该外套管300的第一迫紧面306;
(e)持续对该握把600的扭转部602施加扭力,使该外套管300挤压该植入物10,藉由螺纹的扭转力矩迫使该植入物10的该扩张部106挤压变形(如图6所示),使第一迫合孔102与第一迫合部207紧配,固定形成一可以调整不同扩张范围、多层次弧形的可扩张植入物。
前述,该扩张部于扩张后轴向可呈不同梯度的曲面设置。
前述的该撑开器模组1的该握把600可以用一骨水泥针筒800及一注射握把900置换,可组成一注射器模组3(参见图3-5),该骨水泥针筒800包含一推进杆810及一外壳820,该推进杆810可轴向滑移的装设于该外壳820内部,该外壳820一端设一出料孔821,其内部设有一容置空间822和该出料孔821相连通,该容置空间822用于盛装流体830,该流体830为骨强化的混合物(例如骨水泥);该注射握把900外周设一第二外螺纹901,其一端内部凹设一容置部902,另一端设有一扭转部903,该扭转部903呈翼形设置,利于使用者扭转施力,该第二外螺纹901螺合于该第二内螺纹503,该骨水泥针筒800套设于该容置部902,使该推进杆810抵靠该容置部902底部,该出料孔821和该通道511连通。
前述,该注射器模组3的使用方法,其步骤为:
(a)一方面紧握该本体500,另方面扭转该注射握把900的扭转部903,使该容置部902底部推动该推进杆810,让该容置空间822中的该流体830依序沿该出料孔821、该通道511、该中央轴杆200的各该第二轴向槽孔202及该外部叶片100的各该第一轴向槽孔101流出至该骨胳(例如脊椎椎体)700内部(如图7所示);
(b)放松该注射握把900,一方面紧握该外套管300的该基座305,另方面反方向扭转该本体500,退出该注射器模组3,参阅图8所示完成该植入物10的植入及该流体830的注入作业。
前述,本发明的支撑骨胳强度的装置,其具支撑骨胳结构强度特性,非常适合应用在骨质疏松所造成的椎体压迫性骨折,及其他骨缺损状况,除了提供骨胳(例如椎体)的机械强度支撑外,亦可结合使用生物可吸收性的人造骨,如此不需要担心因为骨水泥溢出而造成的并发症,同时也不会阻碍骨折的愈合,或也不至于造成后续邻近脊椎因为受力过大而再发生骨折。
前述,本发明的支撑骨胳强度的装置可应用于脊椎骨、股骨头及骨质疏松的骨胳的重塑工程。
前文针对本发明的较佳实施例为本发明的技术特征进行具体的说明;惟,熟悉此项技术的人士当可在不脱离本发明的精神与原则下对本发明进行变更与修改,而该等变更与修改,皆应涵盖于如下申请专利范围所界定的范畴中。

Claims (14)

1.一种支撑骨胳强度的装置,包含有一植入物,其特征在于该植入物包括:
一外部叶片,该外部叶片一端内部设有一第一迫合孔,其外周设有一接合部,另一端内部设有一第二迫合孔与该第一迫合孔连通,该外部叶片紧临该接合部设有一扩张部,且环设多个贯穿的第一轴向槽孔;及
一中央轴杆,该中央轴杆内部呈中空状,其一端外周设有一导引部,内周设有一第一内螺纹,另一端外周设有一挡止部,紧临该挡止部设一第二迫合部,紧临该第二迫合部设一中央轴管本体,该中央轴管本体外周环设多个贯穿的第二轴向槽孔,紧临该中央轴管本体设一第一迫合部,该第一迫合部、第二迫合部分别与该第一迫合孔、第二迫合孔紧配。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置,其特征在于,该接合部呈多边形且边缘倒角的断面设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置,其特征在于,该扩张部轴向呈中央与二端厚薄不一的曲面设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置,其特征在于,各该第一轴向槽孔及各该第二轴向槽孔皆呈等角距设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置,其特征在于,应用于脊椎骨、股骨头及骨质疏松的骨胳的重塑工程。
6.一种组设如权利要求1所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置的工具,其特征在于,包含有一撑开器模组,该撑开器模组包括:
一外套管,该外套管内部轴向贯设一通孔,其一端内周设有一接合孔,该接合孔与该接合部相套合,另一端固设一基座,并于该基座端面设一第一迫紧面;
一迫紧块,该迫紧块一端的端面形成一第二迫紧面,另一端设一凹槽,该第二迫紧面抵靠该第一迫紧面,该凹槽二侧形成一第三迫紧面,其轴向贯设一第一套合孔,其外周设一外挡缘及一套合部;
一本体,该本体呈中空状,其一端内周依序设一第二套合孔及一第三套合孔,另一端内周设有一第二内螺纹,该第三套合孔固设一内套管,该内套管内部轴向贯设一通道,其一端设一卡合部,另一端外周设有一第一外螺纹,该第一外螺纹与该植入物的该第一内螺纹相螺合,该内套管依序穿套该第一套合孔及该通孔,将该套合部套入该第三套合孔,该外挡缘套入该第二套合孔,并使该卡合部嵌入该凹槽,限制该迫紧块仅能于该本体上轴向位移并挡止于该外挡缘;及
一握把,该握把外周设一第二外螺纹,其一端枢接一转动件,另一端设有一扭转部,该第二外螺纹螺合于该第二内螺纹,该转动件端面形成一第四迫紧面;
藉此,持续对该握把施加扭力,使该外套管挤压该植入物,透过螺纹的扭转力矩迫使该植入物的该扩张部挤压变形,藉以形成一调整不同扩张范围、多层次弧形的可扩张植入物。
7.如权利要求6所述的支撑骨胳强度的装置的工具,其特征在于,该扩张部于扩张后轴向呈不同梯度的曲面设置。
8.如权利要求6所述的工具,其特征在于,该接合孔对应该接合部呈多边形且边缘倒角的断面设置。
9.如权利要求6所述的工具,其特征在于,该转动件为一轴承。
10.如权利要求6所述的工具,其特征在于,该扭转部呈翼形设置,利于使用者扭转施力。
11.如权利要求6所述的工具,其特征在于,包含有一注射器模组,该注射器模组将该撑开器模组的该握把以一针筒及一注射握把置换而成,该针筒包含一推进杆及一外壳,该推进杆可轴向滑移的装设于该外壳内部,该外壳一端设一出料孔,其内部设有一容置空间和该出料孔相连通,该容置空间用于盛装流体;该注射握把外周设一第二外螺纹,其一端内部凹设一容置部,另一端设有一扭转部,该第二外螺纹螺合于该第二内螺纹,该针筒套设于该容置部,使该推进杆抵靠该容置部底部,该出料孔和该通道连通;
藉此,扭转该注射握把,使该容置部底部推动该推进杆,让该容置空间中的该流体依序沿该出料孔、该通道、该中央轴杆的各该第二轴向槽孔及该外部叶片的各该第一轴向槽孔流出。
12.如权利要求11所述的工具,其特征在于,该扭转部呈翼形设置,利于使用者扭转施力。
13.如权利要求11所述的工具,其特征在于,该流体为骨强化的混合物。
14.如权利要求11所述的工具,其特征在于,该流体为骨水泥,该针筒为骨水泥针筒。
