一直以来,食用酱在每个家庭的饭桌上几乎都是可以看到的,成为了每个家庭不可缺少的调味品,深受人们的欢迎。而且桔梗具有较高药用价植和食用价值。桔梗中所含的桔梗皂苷对口腔、咽喉部位、胃粘膜的直接刺激,反射性地增加支气管粘膜分泌亢进从而使痰液稀释,易于排出;桔梗有镇咳作用,有增强抗炎和免疫作用,其抗炎强度与阿斯匹林相似。
发明内容
本发明的目的:提供一种口味独特的桔梗酱及其制作方法,改变原有食用酱口味单一的缺点,大力推广桔梗的食用范围。
技术方案:一种桔梗酱,其特征在于每500克酱各物质明组分为,桔梗380份,猪瘦肉120份,大豆酱100份,食用油80份,料酒10份,山花椒粉8份,姜8份,淀粉10份,糖20份,鸡精10份,红辣椒25份,葱10份。
具体制备方法是: 将采集好的桔梗清洗干净、然后切成碎末、蒸熟,将猪瘦肉切成碎末、过油,将油沥干后,倒入蒸好的桔梗中,搅拌均匀,再添加辅料,冷却至常温后消毒、装瓶即可。
本发明的优点:该桔梗酱的采用的原料都是天然无污染的绿色食品,含有大量的维生素和蛋白质,也有一定的药用功效,同时本发明也扩大了桔梗的食用范围,增加食用酱的种类。
