中医认为“四季脾旺不受邪”,即脾胃功能强的人抵抗力强,不易生病。脾胃虚的小儿特别容易患感冒,表现为面色萎黄,鼻梁有“青筋”,身体瘦小,食欲减退,睡眠不安,常有腹泻。目前虽然也有很多小儿脾胃功能不好的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于健脾止泻, 补充维生素C、维生素A和锌的山药薏苡仁分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种山药薏苡仁分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药200-400份、薏苡仁500-700份、维生素C 1.75-3.75份、维生素A 0.01-0.02份、葡萄糖酸锌0.15-0.35份、微晶纤维素40-60份、山楂提取物0.12-0.32份、大豆分离蛋白0.12-0.32份、大米蛋白1-2份、甘露醇100-170份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份,硬脂酸镁4-6份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
作为优选,所述的一种山药薏苡仁分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药300份、薏苡仁600份、维生素C 2.75份、维生素A 0.015份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白0.22份、大米蛋白1.5份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份,硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种山药薏苡仁分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)山药预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(2)薏苡仁预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中所得浆液搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、大米蛋白、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药薏苡仁分散片。

(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、大米蛋白、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药薏苡仁分散片。
所述的步骤(1)中山药的制备,具体包括以下步骤:
1)取新鲜山药经清洗、去皮、切段、冲洗后于80-100℃范围内预煮10-30min捞出,冷却至25-40℃范围内;
2)向冷却后的山药中添加水添加量为山药重量的5-8倍,水的温度为50-80℃,山药与水混合后入胶体磨制浆;
3)将制得的山药浆液进行过滤即可。
所述的步骤(2)中薏苡仁的制备,具体包括以下步骤:
1)取原料薏苡仁经清洗后于80-100℃范围内预煮10-30min捞出,冷却至25-40℃范围内;
2)向冷却后的薏苡仁中添加水添加量为薏苡仁重量的3-6倍,水的温度为50-80℃,薏苡仁与水混合后入胶体磨制浆;
3)将制得的薏苡仁浆液进行过滤即可。
实施例2
一种山药薏苡仁分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药300份、薏苡仁600份、维生素C 2.75份、维生素A 0.015份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白0.22份、大米蛋白1.5份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份,硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种山药薏苡仁分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)山药预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(2)薏苡仁预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中所得浆液搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、大米蛋白、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药薏苡仁分散片。
所述的步骤(1)中山药的制备,具体包括以下步骤:

一种山药薏苡仁分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药400份、薏苡仁700份、维生素C 3.75份、维生素A 0.02份、葡萄糖酸锌0.35份、微晶纤维素60份、山楂提取物0.32份、大豆分离蛋白0.32份、大米蛋白2份、甘露醇170份、三氯蔗糖15份、微粉硅胶50份、羧甲基纤维素5份、羧甲基淀粉钠80份,硬脂酸镁6份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种山药薏苡仁分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)山药预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(2)薏苡仁预处理后制浆,并将所得浆液进行过滤备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中所得浆液搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、大米蛋白、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药薏苡仁分散片。

1.一种山药薏苡仁分散片,其特征在于:其原料按重量份计由以下成分组成:山药300份、薏苡仁600份、维生素C 2.75份、维生素A 0.015份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白0.22份、大米蛋白1.5份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
