技术领域
本发明属于营养保健食品领域,具体为一种薏苡仁山药分散片及制备方法。
背景技术
小儿泄泻病证名。指小儿大便稀薄,甚至水样,次数增多,或呈水样带有不消化乳食及粘液。多因外感风寒或暑热,内伤乳食,而致脾胃运化失常;也有素体虚弱或久病脾虚,中焦运化无力等均可发病。一般分风寒泻、暑热泻、伤食泻、脾虚泻、脾肾阳虚泻,详见各条。若病情恶化,可致伤阴、伤阳、或阴阳俱伤,治当敛阴、固阳,若两者兼施。目前虽然也有很多小儿泄泻疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种补脾止泻的薏苡仁山药分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种薏苡仁山药分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药100-200份、薏苡仁80-120份、维生素C 1.75-3.75份、维生素A 0.01-0.02份、葡萄糖酸锌0.15-0.35份、微晶纤维素40-60份、山楂提取物0.12-0.32份、西洋参提取物0.12-0.32份、甘露醇100-170份、壳寡糖1.2-3.2份、粗多糖1.2-3.2份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份,硬脂酸镁4-6份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
作为优选,所述的一种薏苡仁山药分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药300份、薏苡仁600份、维生素C 2.75份、维生素A 0.015份、葡萄糖酸锌0.25份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、西洋参提取物0.22份、甘露醇135份、壳寡糖2.2份、粗多糖2.2份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份,硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种薏苡仁山药分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药洗净,去皮并冲洗干净,将预处理后的山药加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2-5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的山药沉淀3-8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在50-70℃范围内烘干至水含量为2-5%,再进行粉碎至100-150目,得山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,用高火蒸煮0.5-lh后,冷却,将预处理后的薏苡仁加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2-5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的薏苡仁沉淀3-8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在50-70℃范围内烘干至水含量为2-5%,再粉碎至150-200目,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得薏苡仁粉搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、西洋参提取物、甘露醇、壳寡糖、粗多糖、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得薏苡仁山药分散片。
所述的步骤(1)中取新鲜山药洗净,去皮并冲洗干净,将预处理后的山药加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的山药沉淀8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在70℃条件下烘干至水含量为5%,再进行粉碎至100目,得山药粉。
所述的步骤(2)中取原料薏苡仁洗净,用高火蒸煮0.5h后,冷却,将预处理后的薏苡仁加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的薏苡仁沉淀8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在70℃条件下烘干至水含量为5%,再粉碎至150目,得到薏苡仁粉。
综上所述,本发明有益效果:
本发明具有补脾止泻。适用于小儿泄泻。

一种薏苡仁山药分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药100份、薏苡仁80份、维生素C 1.75份、维生素A 0.01份、葡萄糖酸锌0.15份、微晶纤维素40份、山楂提取物0.12份、西洋参提取物0.12份、甘露醇100份、壳寡糖1.2份、粗多糖1.2份、三氯蔗糖10份、微粉硅胶10份、羧甲基纤维素3份、羧甲基淀粉钠55份,硬脂酸镁4份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种薏苡仁山药分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药洗净,去皮并冲洗干净,将预处理后的山药加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2-5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的山药沉淀3-8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在50-70℃范围内烘干至水含量为2-5%,再进行粉碎至100-150目,得山药粉,备用;

(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、西洋参提取物、甘露醇、壳寡糖、粗多糖、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得薏苡仁山药分散片。
实施例2

(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得薏苡仁山药分散片。

一种薏苡仁山药分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药200份、薏苡仁120份、维生素C 3.75份、维生素A 0.02份、葡萄糖酸锌0.35份、微晶纤维素60份、山楂提取物0.32份、西洋参提取物0.32份、甘露醇170份、壳寡糖3.2份、粗多糖3.2份、三氯蔗糖15份、微粉硅胶50份、羧甲基纤维素5份、羧甲基淀粉钠80份,硬脂酸镁6份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
一种薏苡仁山药分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药洗净,去皮并冲洗干净,将预处理后的山药加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2-5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的山药沉淀3-8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在50-70℃范围内烘干至水含量为2-5%,再进行粉碎至100-150目,得山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,用高火蒸煮0.5-lh后,冷却,将预处理后的薏苡仁加入质量浓度0.2%的维生素C水溶液浸泡2-5h,再用搅拌磨搅磨至粒径为2-10μm,将搅磨后的薏苡仁沉淀3-8h,再经排水后移进烘箱,在50-70℃范围内烘干至水含量为2-5%,再粉碎至150-200目,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得薏苡仁粉搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、西洋参提取物、甘露醇、壳寡糖、粗多糖、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得薏苡仁山药分散片。
