本发明涉及充电电缆的收纳装置和车辆,尤其涉及自动收纳充电电缆的技术。
背景技术
已知能够将电动马达作为驱动源来行驶的电动汽车和混合动力车。搭载于电动汽车或混合动力车的电池等蓄电装置,利用设置于住宅等的充电站,能够通过从外部电源供给的电力进行充电。作为一例,如日本特开平8-33121号公报(专利文献1)所记载那样,使用从收纳装置取出的充电电缆将商用电源和车辆连接。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在利用了充电电缆的情况下,在充电后,利用者需要亲自将充电电缆收纳在收纳装置中。因此,有可能会损害利用者的便利性。本发明的目的在于提高充电后的利用者的便利性。
用于解决问题的手段
一个实施例是充电电缆的收纳装置,所述充电电缆设有与车辆连接的连接器,所述收纳装置具备:保持连接器的保持部;和卷线盘,其在连接器置于保持部时,自动卷取充电电缆。
根据该结构,通过利用者将连接器置于保持部,充电电缆被自动收纳。因而,提高了充电后的利用者的便利性。
在其他的实施例中,收纳装置还具备:弹簧,其使卷线盘向卷取充电电缆的方向旋转;卡止构件,其与卷线盘卡合,防止卷线盘的旋转;以及解除装置,其在连接器置于保持部时,解除卡止构件与卷线盘的卡合。
根据该结构,通过利用弹簧的弹力,使卷线盘旋转以卷取充电电缆。
进而在其他的实施例中,收纳装置还具备电动马达,该电动马达在连接器置于保持部时,使卷线盘向卷取充电电缆的方向旋转。

具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明的实施方式,参照附图进行详细说明。此外,对图中相同或相当部分标注同一标号且不重复其说明。
第1实施方式
参照图1,作为一例,经由充电站200和住宅300从商用电源500向车辆100供给电力。在本实施方式中,通过经由住宅300从商用电源500供给的交流电流对车辆100的电池110进行充电。也可以通过从设置于住宅300的电池(未图示)供给的直流电流对电池110充电。
充电站200包括充电电缆202和充电连接器204。充电电缆202的一端与充电站200连接,另一端设有充电连接器204。如图1所示,充电连接器204与车辆连接。
在充电连接器204与车辆100连接的状态下,充电站200从商用电源500向车辆供给电力。作为一例,充电站200与住宅300的配电板302电连接。配电板302与商用电源500连接。就充电站200而言,之后更加详细地进行说明。
参照图2,对车辆100进行说明。车辆100具备电池110、PCU(PowerControl Unit:功率控制单元)120、电动发电机130、减速器140以及驱动轮150。
电池110例如为锂离子电池、镍氢电池或铅蓄电池等。也可以取代电池110而使用电容器。
电池110与PCU120连接。电池110将用于产生车辆100的驱动力的电力向PCU120供给。另外,电池110蓄积由电动发电机130发电产生的电力。电池110的电压例如为200V左右。
PCU120包括用于将来自电池110的电源电压进行升压的转换器和/或用于将由转换器升压后的直流电力变换为用于驱动电动发电机130的交流电力的变换器等。
电动发电机130为交流旋转电机,例如为具备埋设有永磁体的转子的永磁体型同步电动马达。电动发电机130的输出转矩经由减速器140向驱动轮150传递。电动发电机130在车辆100的再生制动动作时,能够利用驱动轮150的旋转力进行发电。发电电力通过PCU120变换为电池110的充电电力。
此外,在图2中,示出了设置1个电动发电机的结构,但电动发电机的数量并不限定于此,也可以为设置多个电动发电机的结构。
另外,在除了电动发电机130以外还搭载有发动机的混合动力汽车中,通过使该发动机和电动发电机130协调工作来产生必要的车辆驱动力。在该情况下,也能够使用由发动机的旋转产生的发电电力对电池110充电。
即,本实施方式的车辆100表示搭载有用于产生车辆驱动力的电动马达的车辆,包括通过发动机和电动马达产生车辆驱动力的混合动力汽车或没有搭载发动机的电动汽车和燃料电池汽车等。
车辆100还具备充电装置170和接入口172。充电装置170是用于利用来自商用电源500的电力对电池110充电的装置。充电装置170将从商用电源500供给的交流电流变换为直流电流,并且将电压升压或降压至所希望的电压来供给到电池110。
充电装置170与接入口172连接。
接入口172设置在车辆100的外表面。在接入口172连接有充电电缆202的充电连接器204。因此,接入口172与商用电源500经由充电电缆202连接。
参照图3,对充电站200进一步进行说明。充电站200除了充电电缆202和充电连接器204以外,还具备保持部210、卷线盘220、螺旋弹簧230、闩240以及螺线管250。
保持部210保持充电连接器204。在车辆100的充电结束之后,利用者将充电连接器204置于保持部210。在保持部210设有开关212。当充电连接器204没有置于保持部210时,开关212断开。当充电连接器204置于保持部210时,开关212闭合。当开关212闭合时,对螺线管250通电。
在卷线盘220卷绕从取出口206向充电站200外伸出的充电电缆202以对其进行收纳。卷线盘220利用螺旋弹簧230的弹力向卷取充电电缆202的方向旋转。在卷线盘220沿周向设有闩齿222。
闩240被支撑为能够摇动,并且被设置为利用弹簧(未图示)的弹力经由闩齿222与卷线盘220卡合。在闩240与卷线盘220的闩齿222卡合的期间,闩240防止卷线盘220的旋转。在本实施方式中,作为一例,卷线盘220向卷取充电电缆202的方向的旋转由闩240进行防止。
在卷线盘220向抽出充电电缆202的方向旋转的情况下,闩240被向从闩齿222分离的方向推动。其结果,卷线盘220向抽出充电电缆202的方向旋转被允许。
螺线管250使闩240摇动。更具体地说,在对螺线管250通电的情况下,闩240被摇动以从卷线盘220的闩齿222离开。因此,在充电连接器204置于保持部210时,螺线管250解除闩240与卷线盘220的卡合。
当解除了闩240和卷线盘220的卡合时,卷线盘220利用螺旋弹簧230的弹力而旋转,从而自动卷取充电电缆202。因此,利用者无需手动将充电电缆202卷绕于卷线盘220。
当设置在充电电缆202上的挡止件208抵接于例如取出口206时,结束充电电缆202的卷取。
如图4所示,也可以取代通过螺线管250来摇动闩240而设置减慢闩240的摇动速度的阻尼252和将充电电缆202抽出预定的距离的致动器254。在该情况下,当充电连接器204置于保持部210而开关212闭合时,通过致动器254将充电电缆202抽出预定的距离,由此卷线盘220旋转,并且闩240被向从闩齿222分离的方向推动。其结果,解除了闩240与卷线盘220的卡合。利用阻尼252的衰减作用,阻碍了闩240与卷线盘220的卡合,因此,卷线盘220利用螺旋弹簧230的弹力向卷取充电电缆202的方向旋转。其结果,充电电缆202被自动卷取。
除此以外,如图5所示,也可以设置电动马达258,当充电连接器204置于保持部210而开关212闭合时,该电动马达258使卷线盘220向卷取充电电缆202的方向旋转。在该情况下,可以在电动马达258的电流超过阈值时停止电动马达258,从而停止充电电缆202的卷取。
第2实施方式
以下,针对取代充电站200而将充电电缆收纳于车辆100的实施方式进行说明。对与前述的第1实施方式相同的结构标注同一参照标号,在此不重复其说明。
参照图6,作为一例,在充电站200设有插座270。车辆包括充电电缆180和插头182。充电电缆180的一端与车辆100的充电装置170连接,另一端设有插头182。如图6所示,插头182与充电站200的插座270连接。也可以将插头182连接在设置于住宅300的插座(未图示)。
参照图7,车辆100除了充电电缆180和插头182以外,还具备保持部410、卷线盘420、螺旋弹簧430、闩440以及螺线管450。
保持部410保持插头182。在车辆100的充电结束之后,利用者将插头182置于保持部410。在保持部410设有开关412。当插头182没有置于保持部410时,开关212断开。当插头182置于保持部410时,开关412闭合。当开关412闭合时,对螺线管450通电。
在卷线盘420卷绕从取出口184向充电站200外伸出的充电电缆180以对其进行收纳。卷线盘420利用螺旋弹簧430的弹力向卷取充电电缆180的方向旋转。在卷线盘420沿周向设有闩齿422。
闩440被支撑为能够摇动,并且被设置为利用弹簧(未图示)的弹力经由闩齿422与卷线盘420卡合。在闩440与卷线盘420的闩齿422卡合的期间,闩440防止卷线盘420的旋转。在本实施方式中,作为一例,卷线盘420向卷取充电电缆180的方向的旋转由闩440进行防止。
在卷线盘420向抽出充电电缆180的方向旋转的情况下,闩440被向从闩齿422分离的方向推动。其结果,卷线盘420向抽出充电电缆180的方向旋转被允许。
螺线管450使闩440摇动。更具体地说,在对螺线管450通电的情况下,闩440被摇动以从卷线盘420的闩齿422离开。因此,在插头182置于保持部410时,螺线管450解除闩440与卷线盘420的卡合。
当闩440与卷线盘420的卡合被解除时,卷线盘420利用螺旋弹簧430的弹力而旋转,从而自动卷取充电电缆180。因此,利用者无需手动将充电电缆180卷绕在卷线盘420。
当设置在充电电缆180上的挡止件186抵接于例如取出口184时,结束充电电缆180的卷取。
如图8所示,也可以取代通过螺线管450摇动闩440而设置减慢闩440的摇动速度的阻尼452和将充电电缆180抽出预定的距离的致动器454。在该情况下,当插头182置于保持部410而开关412闭合时,通过致动器454将充电电缆180抽出预定的距离,由此卷线盘420旋转,并且闩440被向从闩齿422分离的方向推动。其结果,解除了闩440与卷线盘420的卡合。利用阻尼452的衰减作用,阻碍了闩440与卷线盘420的卡合,因此,卷线盘420利用螺旋弹簧430的弹力向卷取充电电缆180的方向旋转。其结果,充电电缆180被自动卷取。
除此以外,如图8所示,也可以设置电动马达458,当插头182置于保持部410而开关412闭合时,该电动马达458使卷线盘420向卷取充电电缆180的方向旋转。在该情况下,可以在电动马达458的电流超过阈值时停止电动马达458,从而停止充电电缆180的卷取。
应该认为本次公开的实施方式在所有方面都是举例说明的内容而并不是限制性内容。本发明的范围并不通过上述说明来限定,而是通过权利要求的范围来限定,与权利要求等同的含义以及权利要求范围内的所有变更也包含在本发明中。

Claims (6)
1.一种充电电缆的收纳装置,所述充电电缆设有与车辆连接的连接器,所述收纳装置具备:
保持所述连接器的保持部;和
卷线盘,其在所述连接器置于所述保持部时,自动卷取所述充电电缆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电电缆的收纳装置,还具备:
弹簧,其使所述卷线盘向卷取所述充电电缆的方向旋转;
卡止构件,其与所述卷线盘卡合,防止所述卷线盘的旋转;以及
解除装置,其在所述连接器置于所述保持部时,解除所述卡止构件与所述卷线盘的卡合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电电缆的收纳装置,其中,
还具备电动马达,该电动马达在所述连接器置于所述保持部时,使所述卷线盘向卷取所述充电电缆的方向旋转。
4.一种车辆,具备:
充电电缆,其设有与车辆外部的电源连接的插头;
保持所述插头的保持部;以及
卷线盘,其在所述插头置于所述保持部时,自动卷取所述充电电缆。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,还具备:
弹簧,其使所述卷线盘向卷取所述充电电缆的方向旋转;
卡止构件,其与所述卷线盘卡合,防止所述卷线盘的旋转;以及
解除装置,其在所述插头置于所述保持部时,解除所述卡止构件与所述卷线盘的卡合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,其中,
还具备电动马达,该电动马达在所述插头置于所述保持部时,使所述卷线盘向卷取所述充电电缆的方向旋转。
