技术领域
本发明涉及具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型(inlaid type)地板板材及其制造方法,更具体而言,涉及具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型地板板材及其制造方法,其中在该具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型地板板材的底部提供平织型尺寸加固层(plain-weave type dimensionally reinforcing layer),由此提高产品的耐久性,实现产品的尺寸稳定性和平衡性,以及提高与建筑物楼板(construction floor)之间的粘合力。
背景技术
图1为常规的具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型地板板材(下文称作“地板板材)”的截面图。
如图1所示,常规地板板材10为非发泡型,包括粘合至建筑物楼板的内层11、置于内层11之上且由玻璃纤维形成的尺寸加固层12、置于尺寸加固层12之上的聚氯乙烯片层13、和覆盖于聚氯乙烯片层13之上的UV固化涂层14,其中,各层从图中的底部至顶部依序层叠。
如上所述,地板板材10具有聚氯乙烯片层13,该层提供比通常的PVC地板板材更高的耐久性,并且,即便产品的表面受到磨损,聚氯乙烯片层13仍起到尽可能保持产品表面形状的作用。因此,地板板材10用于一些因许多人频繁使用而对产品的耐久性要求高的场所。同时,随着聚氯乙烯片层13的厚度的增加,地板板材10的耐久性提高,但这种提高基本上局限于增加聚氯乙烯片层13的厚度。

如图2所示,常规地板板材20为非发泡型,包括聚氯乙烯片层21和覆盖于聚氯乙烯片层21之上的UV固化涂层22。
同时,包括图1所示的尺寸加固层12的地板板材20称作“异质均质型(Hetero homogeneous type)”,仅包括图2所示的聚氯乙烯片层21的地板板材20称作“均质型(homogeneous type)”。
在图1所示的异质均质型地板板材10的情况中,形成的聚氯乙烯片层13的厚度——其与产品的耐久性直接相关——较薄,即约1.25mm,因此,其具有约10年的耐久性。然而,由于其具有尺寸加固层12,其有利地实现产品的尺寸稳定性和平衡性,且其易处理和铺设。
在图2所示的均质型地板板材10的情况中,聚氯乙烯片层21比异质均质型地板板材10的聚氯乙烯片层厚,因此其具有更长的耐久性,约15年。然而,其尺寸稳定性低,且由于由硬质材料形成的聚氯乙烯片层21与建筑物楼板直接接触,其难以处理和铺设。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型地板板材及其制造方法,其中,在该具有聚氯乙烯片的镶嵌型地板板材的底部提供平织型尺寸加固层,由此提高产品的耐久性,实现产品的尺寸稳定性和平衡性,以及提高与建筑物楼板之间的粘合力。
本发明的目的并不仅限于此,从以下说明书中可理解本发明的其他目的。
解决问题的方案
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种具有聚氯乙烯(PVC)片的镶嵌型地板板材,所述地板板材包括:镶嵌片层,聚氯乙烯于其中形成片;UV涂层,其覆盖于所述镶嵌片层之上;和尺寸加固层,其由织物形成且于高温下压制在镶嵌片层的底面上。
尺寸加固层优选地由通过高温煮炼法(high temperature scouringprocess)制备的平织物形成。
尺寸加固层130优选地具有1x1mm的网格。
此外,本发明提供一种制造具有PVC片的镶嵌型地板板材的方法,所述方法包括:(a)传输由织物形成的尺寸加固部件;(b)在所述尺寸加固部件上覆盖PVC片;(c)对通过覆盖PVC片形成的中间模塑部件进行预热;(d)上下压制所述中间模塑部件;和(e)在通过压制中间模塑部件形成的最终模塑部件上涂覆并固化UV固化涂料。

发明的有益效果

如附图中所示,本发明的一个实施方案的具有聚氯乙烯(PVC)片的镶嵌型地板板材100(下文中,称作“地板板材”)包括:镶嵌片层110,PVC于其中形成片;UV涂层120,其覆盖于镶嵌片层110之上;和尺寸加固层130,其连接在镶嵌片层110的底面上。
如图3所示,镶嵌片层110通过在尺寸加固层130上覆盖不规则或规则形状的片材而形成。在所述实施方案中,形成的镶嵌片层110具有1.8-2.0mm的厚度,与常规片层相比,所述厚度增加了约50%。镶嵌片层110对地板板材100的耐久性具有极大影响。在所述实施方案中,地板板材100的耐久性可通过增加镶嵌片层110的厚度而显著提高。根据所述实施方案,镶嵌片层110的厚度t可以等于或大于常规均质型地板板材中的PVC片层21的厚度。
UV涂层120通过在镶嵌片层110上涂覆UV涂层形成。所述UV涂层120起到防止液体污染物渗入镶嵌片层110的作用,同时使得表面污染易于除去。
在所述实施方案中,如图3和图4所示,能够满足地板板材110的尺寸稳定性和耐久性的尺寸加固层130连接于镶嵌片层110的底面。尺寸加固层130形成为织物型,由此进一步增加地板板材100与建筑物楼板之间的粘合力。
同时,尺寸加固层130在所有方向上具有所需伸长率,从而防止地板板材100的滑动,且所述尺寸加固层130优选地由平织物形成。例如,在尺寸加固层130为由编织物(braid)形成的织物的情况下,尺寸加固层13极有可能在建筑物楼板上滑动。
此外,平织型织物因其处于热环境下的缺陷而对收缩率具有不利影响,因此优选的是尺寸加固层130形成为通过高温煮炼法制备的平织型。此外,如图4所示,形成的尺寸加固层130具有25目的密度,更具体地为lxlmm的网格。
换言之,由于尺寸加固层130形成为平织型且形成为具有约25目的密度,因此可增加地板板材100的尺寸稳定性,还可改进地板板材100在所有方向上的平衡性。此外,由于尺寸加固层130形成为平织型,与建筑物楼板之间的摩擦力增加,因此地板板材100的粘合力也增加。本文中,尺寸稳定性意指地板板材100相对于其预设尺寸的尺寸变化程度。
下文中,将参考表1比较本发明的地板板材100与常规均质地板板材20各自的尺寸稳定性和粘合强度。在本文中,为了测试尺寸稳定性,将30cmx30cm的测试样在约80℃的干燥烘箱中放置6小时,随后测量尺寸变化程度。此外,为了测试粘合强度,将25cm x25cm的测试样用水性丙烯酸类粘合剂粘附于平板上,随后用张力测试机(tensile tester)拉伸以测量剥离强度。
[实施方案]
使用地板板材100测试尺寸稳定性和粘合强度,所述地板板材100中依序层叠UV涂层120、镶嵌片层110和尺寸加固层130。

如图5所示,本发明的制造方法包括如下步骤:(a)传输由织物形成的尺寸加固部件160;(b)在所述尺寸加固部件160上覆盖PVC片;(c)对通过步骤(b)形成的中间模塑部件180进行预热;(d)上下压制所述中间模塑部件180;和(e)在通过步骤(d)形成的最终模塑部件190上涂覆并固化UV固化涂料。在步骤(e)之后,该制造方法还包括缠绕通过步骤(e)的最终模塑部件190的步骤。
本文中,优选地通过高温煮炼法制备尺寸加固部件160,以增加尺寸稳定性和粘合强度。
工业应用

尺寸加固层130,其由织物形成并在高温下压制于所述镶嵌片层110的底面上。
