黄瓜香味饮料由黄瓜提取液及其他中药成分浸提液混合制成,饮用方便,适于大规模生产。因为其独特的口味和清凉解暑的功效而备受消费者青睐。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黄瓜香味饮料,得到的黄瓜香味饮料自然感和天然感好,在实践应用和市场推广中得到了客户的一致好评。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种黄瓜香味饮料,其特征在于:该黄瓜香味饮料的配方构成为:黄瓜浓缩液80-90份,丁酸乙酯2-4份,乳糖20-40份,乙缩醛1.2-1.3份,杜松籽油0.6-0.7份,红没药烯0.3-0.4份,对-异丙基甲苯0.08-0.09份,莰烯0.1-0.2份,乙醇90-100份。
本发明中,所述黄瓜浓缩液由黄瓜为原材料,通过酶解技术分离出有效的组份,然后经离心机离心去除可见的固形物,清液通过过柱浓缩技术再用乙醇洗脱得到。
本发明所用原材料均取自天然茶叶,得到的黄瓜香味饮料自然感和天然感好,风味纯正,安全性有保障。在实践应用和市场推广中得到了客户的一致好评。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种黄瓜香味饮料,该黄瓜香味饮料的配方构成为:黄瓜浓缩液80份,丁酸乙酯2份,乳糖20份,乙缩醛1.2份,杜松籽油0.6份,红没药烯0.3份,对-异丙基甲苯0.08份,莰烯0.1份,乙醇90份。
黄瓜浓缩液由黄瓜为原材料,通过酶解技术分离出有效的组份,然后经离心机离心去除可见的固形物,清液通过过柱浓缩技术再用乙醇洗脱得到。具体方法如下:
将市售黄瓜洗净,用榨汁机把肉压榨成汁,再由滤布过滤去除杂质,得到黄瓜汁。
黄瓜汁经酶解处理,再经离心分离,得到澄清液;根据不同酶解的条件对瓜汁进行酶解,对不同酶解产物进行沉淀实验,记录时间以及通明度,以及产物香气的初评定,由最佳的组合条件确定最佳的水解酶类。所述的酶为:纤维素酶和果胶酶,添加量在1.5%--0.15%,反应温度在35℃ -  55℃,反应时间在8---24小时。离心机转速在3000-5000转/分。
将收集到的澄清液倒入大孔树脂层吸柱,吸附黄瓜澄清液有效成分,再由乙醇洗脱得到有天然黄瓜香味的黄瓜浓缩液。大孔树脂为化学改性的苯乙烯类吸附树脂,或为丙烯酸酯类树脂。
实施例2
一种黄瓜香味饮料,该黄瓜香味饮料的配方构成为:黄瓜浓缩液85份,丁酸乙酯3份,乳糖30份,乙缩醛1.2份,杜松籽油0.6份,红没药烯0.4份,对-异丙基甲苯0.09份,莰烯0.1份,乙醇95份。
黄瓜浓缩液的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种黄瓜香味饮料,该黄瓜香味饮料的配方构成为:黄瓜浓缩液90份,丁酸乙酯4份,乳糖40份,乙缩醛1.3份,杜松籽油-0.7份,红没药烯0.4份,对-异丙基甲苯0.09份,莰烯0.2份,乙醇100份。
