Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机,由滚轴输送带、定位机构、伺服马达、真空吸盘、检测开关等组成,滚轴输送带带动硅片运动,输送到定位机构处并定位,真空吸盘工作,由检测开关检测真空吸稳后,伺服电机转动,实现自动平稳安全地高精度翻转。本发明在实现效率提升、降低人工成本的基础上,更好地解决了半成品在人工翻转操作过程中擦伤/划伤、及碰撞引起电池片裂纹、破损,从而导致产品质量下降的隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能晶体电池片制造领域,特别涉及一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机。
背景技术
太阳能光伏晶体电池片生产制造后道工序中,对于半成品在工序间翻转采用人工多次翻转,这样直接增加产品制造中人工成本,影响生产效率;而且由此易引发产品的擦伤、划伤裂纹、破损,从而影响外观质量及内在性能,严重的可直接影响产品工作寿命,给企业带来经济损失及影响品牌。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机由滚轴输送带、定位机构、伺服马达、真空吸盘、检测开关等组成,滚轴输送带带动硅片运动,输送到定位机构处并定位,真空吸盘工作,由检测开关检测真空吸稳后,伺服电机转动,实现自动平稳安全地高精度翻转。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,采用滚轴输送线,震动小,运行平稳,提升了硅片的质量和性能。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,真空吸盘与定位机构的相互配合,将硅片轻巧吸放,保证硅片的合格率。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,伺服马达旋转,响应快,精度高
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著特点:
1、采用方管底座支架,配以滚轴输送带,伺服马达高精度定位,真空吸盘强力吸附,平稳安全地高精度翻转;
2、彻底杜绝了由于人工翻转而引起的擦伤、划伤、裂纹、破损等现象,根据实际产量情况,所有厂家均采用人工翻转方式,但由此经常带来光伏晶体电池片报废率高;本自动翻转设备很好地解决了这个难题;
3、自动翻转设完全实现了产品在各生产工序间的安全翻转,解决了电池片的擦伤、划伤、裂纹、破损等,提高成品率,直接提升企业经济效益,并很好解决了质量隐患。
4、便于与丝网印刷等配套使用,实现工艺提升;
5、减少人工成本投入,提升管理效益。

具体实施方式
下面对结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例作详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图一所示方管底座支架1,在支架上1配有滚轴输送线2。滚轴输送线2通过链轮3传动。伺服电机4带动链轮3,步进式运行,将太阳能晶体电池片精确的送到旋转机构下面,与固定在滚轴输送带内部的旋转机构配合,实现输送与翻转的无缝连接。翻转机构采用伺服旋转,每次旋转固定的角度,在翻转机构上面加装了真空吸盘5。由滚轴输送线输送过来的太阳能晶体电池片到位,吸盘动作,真空度达到预设时开始旋转。在旋转过程中,滚轴输送线停止,以保证翻转的安全性。生产节拍、真空度等各种技术参数可在人机界面6上设置。在人机界面上可保存一个月内的生产数据,方便查询。

1.一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机,由滚轴输送带、定位机构、伺服马达、真空吸盘、检测开关等组成,其特征在于滚轴输送带带动硅片运动,输送到定位机构处并定位,真空吸盘工作,由检测开关检测真空吸稳后,伺服电机转动,实现自动平稳安全地高精度翻转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机,其特征在于,采用滚轴输送线,震动小,运行平稳,提升了硅片的质量和性能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于太阳能晶体电池片180°自动翻转机,其特征在于,真空吸盘与定位机构的相互配合,将硅片轻巧吸放,保证硅片的合格率。
