放量明显降低,脱除相对容易而且成本较低;而针对SO2的排放,富氧燃烧技术中沿用了常规空气燃烧中技术成熟且应用广泛的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术。石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术采用廉价的石灰石作为脱硫吸收剂,石灰石经破碎研磨成粉状与水混合搅拌制成吸收浆液;然后在吸收塔内,吸收浆液与烟气逆流接触,烟气中的SO2与浆液中的CaCO3以及底部通入的氧化空气发生化学反应,最终生成石膏副产品;脱硫后的烟气依次经过除雾器除去雾滴,烟气换热器加热升温后经烟囱排放。石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术具有反应速度快、脱硫效率高、设备简单及副产品便于回收利用等优点,但同时也面临石灰石溶解度小、腐蚀严重、投资和运行维护费用高、二次污染及占地面积大等局限性。尤其在富氧燃烧技术中,烟气再循环造成的302累积及烟气排放总量的明显减少致使烟气中502的浓度显著提高,如果仅从气体停留时间、Ca / S摩尔比及液气比等方面去调整,会造成运行费用及能耗的增加和副产物品质的降低;而且原有的在吸收塔浆池内鼓入氧化空气对脱硫浆液进行氧化的工艺,会造成大量空气混入高浓度的CO2烟气中,破坏高浓度0)2的捕集。所以,在富氧燃烧过程中如何对传统石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术进行优化,尽可能降低污染物排放是目前所面临的关键问题。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明提供一种石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置,解决现有烟气脱硫装置中存在的石灰石溶解度小的问题,用于富氧燃烧。
[0004] 本发明所提供的一种石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置,包括引风机、烟气换热器、吸收塔、浆液循环泵、氧化池、氧化风机、石灰石浆液罐、石灰石浆液泵、石灰石粉仓、石膏排出泵、石膏旋流器、皮带脱水机、滤液水箱、滤液水泵;其特征在于:
[0005] 所述引风机将富氧燃烧锅炉排出的尾部烟气引入烟气换热器的高温进气口,再从烟气换热器的低温出气口排入吸收塔的进气口,吸收塔内自下而上依次设有浆池、喷淋装置和除雾器,吸收塔的出气口排出的烟气分成两路:一路烟气直接用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;另一路烟气进入烟气换热器的低温进气口,加热后再从烟气换热器的高温出气口排入石灰石浆液罐底部的0)2气体管网,石灰石浆液罐顶部开有石灰石粉入口和工艺水入口,石灰石粉仓通过管路连接所述石灰石粉入口,石灰石浆液罐通过石灰石浆液泵和管路连接氧化池,石灰石浆液罐的排气口溢出的烟气用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;
[0006] 所述吸收塔的浆池通过管路连接氧化池,氧化池内设置有空气管网,氧化风机通过管路连接所述空气管网;氧化池通过浆液循环泵和管路连接所述喷淋装置,氧化池底部通过石膏排出泵和管路连接石膏旋流器的进口,石膏旋流器上部的液体出口通过管路连接滤液水箱,石膏旋流器下部的浆液出口通过管路连接皮带脱水机,皮带脱水机脱出的滤液通过管路汇入滤液水箱,滤液水箱通过滤液水泵和管路分别连接氧化池和石灰石浆液罐。
[0007] 所述的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置,其进一步特征在于:
[0008] 所述吸收塔的浆池内设有浆池搅拌器,防止浆液中的固体在浆池内沉积、结垢和堵塞;
[0009] 所述石灰石浆液罐内设有浆液罐搅拌器,防止浆液沉淀,保证浆液的均匀和增强石灰石的活化效果;
[0010] 所述氧化池内空气管网下方设有氧化池搅拌器,防止固体在氧化池中沉积、结垢和堵塞,提尚空气的氧化效果。
[0011] 本发明工作时,富氧燃烧锅炉排出的尾部烟气经过引风机后进入烟气换热器,在烟气换热器内烟气温度由130°c〜150°C降到最佳脱硫温度50°C左右,然后进入吸收塔,烟气中的SO2与吸收塔中喷淋装置喷出的石灰石浆液逆流接触发生化学吸收反应,脱硫浆液落入吸收塔的浆池,脱硫后的烟气经过除雾器去除夹带的液滴后分成两路:一路烟气直接用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;另一路烟气再经烟气换热器加热后进入石灰石浆液罐中的CO2气体管网对石灰石浆液进行活化,加热后烟气温度可达85〜95°C,活化效果明显提升;活化后溢出的0)2用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;两路烟气的流量比例根据烟气的总处理量来调节,当烟气总处理量大时,浆液用量大,活化时间短,需要较多的高浓度0)2烟气对石灰石浆液进行活化。
[0012] 本发明使用富氧燃烧锅炉中燃烧本身所产生的高浓度0)2烟气来对石灰石浆液进行活化,以增加石灰石的溶解度。石灰石浆液罐中的主要反应如下:
[0013] CaC03+H20 □ Ca2++HC03>0r,
[0014] CaC03+C02+H20 □ Ca2++2HC03_
[0015] 石灰石粉仓中的石灰石粉根据系统需求随时加入到石灰石浆液罐,并同时注入工艺水,混合搅拌制成石灰石浆液,石灰石浆液通过石灰石浆液泵被及时的补充到氧化池内。
[0016] 为了有效避免脱硫浆液空气氧化工艺中大量空气进入烟道影响高浓度CO2的捕集,氧化工艺单独设置在吸收塔外进行,即在吸收塔外另设氧化池。吸收塔浆池中的脱硫浆液溢流到氧化池后,与鼓入氧化池空气管网的空气进行氧化反应,没有被利用的空气直接排空;而氧化池中的脱硫浆液需要通过浆液循环泵打到吸收塔的喷淋装置循环利用;氧化池中的石膏浆液通过石膏排出泵送到石膏旋流器和皮带脱水机完成两级脱水,最后得到优质石膏,脱出的滤液汇入滤液水箱,然后通过滤液水泵分别送往氧化池和石灰石浆液罐作为补水使用。氧化池中通入的氧化空气量需要根据302的浓度及时调整,否者造成氧化不足,CaCO3的溶解度降低,脱硫效率下降,石膏质量下降。
[0017] 综上所述,本发明借助富氧燃烧所产生的高浓度0)2烟气对石灰石浆液进行活化,达到了节能减排的效果,并且不会产生二次污染,具有良好的经济和环境效益;石灰石浆液经过高浓度CO2烟气活化后,溶解速率加快,溶解度增加,脱硫效率提高,液气比降低,水的用量减小,浆液循环泵使用数量减少或功率降低,能耗降低,副产品石膏的品质好。氧化池与吸收塔分开,在不影响脱硫效率的同时,避免了氧化空气进入烟气中影响高浓度CO2的捕集;将引风机与脱硫增压风机合二为一,增加了运行的安全可靠性,明显降低投资、运行费用及能耗。

2-1,再从烟气换热器2的低温出气口 2-2排入吸收塔3的进气口 3-1,吸收塔3内自下而上依次设有浆池3-2、喷淋装置3-3和除雾器3-4,吸收塔3的出气口 3_5排出的烟气分成两路:一路烟气直接用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;另一路烟气进入烟气换热器2的低温进气口 2-3,加热后再从烟气换热器2的高温出气口 2-4排入石灰石浆液罐7底部的0)2气体管网7-1,石灰石浆液罐7顶部开有石灰石粉入口 7-2和工艺水入口 7-3,石灰石粉仓9通过管路连接所述石灰石粉入口 7-2,石灰石浆液罐7通过石灰石浆液泵8和管路连接氧化池,石灰石浆液罐7的排气口 7-4溢出的烟气用于进行CO2的净化及压缩处理;
[0021] 所述吸收塔的浆池3-2通过管路连接氧化池5,氧化池5内设置有空气管网5-1,氧化风机6通过管路连接所述空气管网5-1 ;氧化池5通过浆液循环泵4和管路连接所述喷淋装置3-3,氧化池5底部通过石膏排出泵10和管路连接石膏旋流器11的进口 11-1,石膏旋流器11上部的液体出口 11-2通过管路连接滤液水箱13,石膏旋流器11下部的浆液出口 11-3通过管路连接皮带脱水机12,皮带脱水机12脱出的滤液通过管路汇入滤液水箱13,滤液水箱13通过滤液水泵14和管路分别连接氧化池5和石灰石浆液罐7。
[0022] 本实施例中,吸收塔的浆池3-2内设有浆池搅拌器3-6 ;石灰石浆液罐7内设有浆液罐搅拌器7-5 ;氧化池5内空气管网5-1下方设有氧化池搅拌器5-2。
[0023] 本实施例中,引风机I采用离心式风机,风量为250000Nm3 / h,风压为5300Pa,共2台,其中I台备用;

[0033] 石膏旋流器11采用FX-150水力旋流器,处理能力为11〜20m3 / h ;
