烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种环保净化设备,尤其涉及一种用于对烧结机排放烟气进行净化处理的烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置。
背景技术
[0002] 在现有的烧结机烟气净化处理工艺中,大多采用湿法脱硫后再进行湿法脱硝,脱硝效率高,但要建一套独立的湿法脱硝系统,投资较大,占地面积大,而烧结机排烟温度,一般在100-140°C左右,达不到SCR反应器的烟气温度要求,因此不能直接采用SCR脱硝工艺,不利于对已有石灰-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统进行增加脱硝装置的改造。
[0003] 鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低、净化效果好的烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置,由塔体、进气装置、尿素溶液装置、石灰制浆装置、循环泵装置、石膏脱水装置组成。所述塔体包括:位于塔体侧面的进烟气口、位于塔体顶部的排烟气口、自上而下悬挂于塔体内的除雾反冲洗装置、循环喷淋装置、尿素溶液喷淋装置、位于塔体底部的储液槽、位于储液槽底部的石膏浆液排出管,所述塔 体与尿素溶液装置、石灰制浆装置、循环泵装置、石膏脱水装置通过管道连接。
[0006] 作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述进气装置设有烟气喷淋降温装置。
[0007] 作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述循环喷淋装置分为上下3层,每层设有若干喷嘴,上下层喷嘴错开30度。
[0008] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置将脱硫与脱硝装置组合为一体,减少了占地面积,节约了设备投资,且净化效果好,能耗低,无二次污染。

[0013] 请参阅图1-图2所示,本实用新型提供一种烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置,由塔体1、进气装置2、尿素溶液装置3、石灰制浆装置4、循环泵装置5、石膏脱水装置6组成。所述塔体包括:位于塔体侧面的进烟气口 11、位于塔体顶部的排烟气口 12、自上而下悬挂于塔体内的除雾反冲洗装置13、循环喷淋装置14、尿素溶液喷淋装置15、位于塔体底部的储液槽16、位于储液槽底部的石膏浆液排出管17,所述塔体I与尿素溶液装置3、石灰制浆装置4、循环泵装置5、石膏脱水装置6通过管道连接;所述进气装置2设有烟气喷淋降温装置21。所述循环喷淋装置14分为上下三层,每层设有若干喷嘴141,上下层喷嘴错开30度。
[0014] 本实用新型的工作过程为:烧结机烟气首先进入进气装置2,由烟气喷淋降温装置21降温后经进烟气口 11入塔体I,素溶液装置3将尿素溶液制成5%溶液,泵入塔体经尿素溶液喷淋装置15喷出,石灰制浆装置4将石灰粉加水制成浓度为10-15%的浆液,泵入塔体I底部的储液槽16,经循环泵装置5泵入循环喷淋装置14,经喷嘴15喷出,进入塔体的烧结机烟气经喷淋脱硝脱硫后,由排烟气口 12排出。储液槽16与循环泵装置5及循环喷淋装置14形成循环通路,脱硫脱销浆液可闭路循环反复使用,沉淀后的石膏经石膏脱水装置6脱水。
[0015] 本实用新型所述的烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝一体化装置,脱硫与与脱硝装置组合为一体,结构合理,同时完成脱硫与脱硝工作,脱硫率达95%以上,脱硝率达70%以上,能耗低,占地面积小,操作简单,维护方便。
