本发明公开了一种低气味、高分散的色母粒及其制备方法,由以下重量百分比计的原料组成:低分子量聚丙烯55~94%,颜料5~40%,抗氧剂0.1~2%,其他助剂0~3%。将原料置于高速混合器中干混3~5分钟;将混合好的原料放入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,螺杆转速为180~600转/分,温度为一区180~200℃,二区190~210℃,三区210~225℃,四区210~215℃;整个挤出过程的停留时间为1~2分钟,压力为12~18MPa。本发明所制备的色母粒在改善了颜料的分散性的同时,也改善色母粒的气味。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低气味、高分散的色母粒及其制备方法,是一种工艺简单、颜料分散良好、低气味的色母粒制备方法,可用于替代传统的PE、PP基色母粒产品。
背景技术
聚丙烯是五大类通用塑料之一,由于其原料来源丰富、价格便宜、易于加工成型、产品综合性能优良,因此用途非常广泛,已成为通用树脂中发展最快的品种,广泛应用于汽车内外饰件产品中。
目前聚丙烯材料用于汽车仪表板、门板等汽车内饰时,材料需要预先染色,由于颜料的分散不均匀,很容易导致产品表面色差、局部位置存在色粉点而直接影响汽车的美观,这严重影响了汽车内饰件的合格率,而用PE蜡、PP蜡等传统分散剂来改善颜料的分散性会导致产品表面发粘、产品气味差等不良状况。同时现在汽车材料对气味等气味性能要求越来越高,因此开发一种低气味的色母粒具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低气味、高分散的色母粒及其制备方法,在实际应用中,利用低分子量聚丙烯的润滑性及与聚丙烯优良的相容性,所制备的色母粒在改善了颜料的分散性的同时,也改善色母粒的气味。可用于替代传统的PE、PP基色母粒产品。
本发明的目的主要通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种低气味、高分散的色母粒,由以下重量百分比计的原料组成:
其中,所述的低分子量聚丙烯,其分子量在10000~100000,密度在0.86~0.88g/cm3。
所述的颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、氧化铁黄等无机颜料。
所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂,其中主抗氧剂选自受阻酚或硫酯类抗氧剂。优选自3114、1010和DSTP中的一种或几种;辅抗氧剂选用亚磷酸盐或酯类抗氧剂。优选自618和168中的一种或二种。
所述的其他添加剂是各种润滑剂、抗紫外线剂。
一种制备上述低气味、高分散的色母粒的方法,其步骤如下:
⑴按重量配比称取原料;
⑵将低分子量聚丙烯、无机填料、抗氧剂和其他助剂在高速混合器中干混3~5分钟;
⑶将混合好的原料放入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,螺杆转速为180~600转/分,温度为一区180~200℃,二区190~210℃,三区210~225℃,四区210~215℃;整个挤出过程的停留时间为1~2分钟,压力为12~18MPa。
本发明所制备的色母粒在改善了颜料的分散性的同时,也改善色母粒的气味。
具体的实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
在实施例及对比例复合材料配方中,聚丙烯为上海石油化工股份有限公司生产的共聚聚丙烯,商品名为M2600R,其熔体流动速率为26g/10min(测试条件:230℃×2.16Kg);所述的低分子量聚丙烯为日本出光公司生产的L-MODUTM低分子量聚丙烯,商品名为S600,密度在0.87g/cm3;所述的无机颜料为氧化铁黄,生产公司为海名斯化学集团,商品名为FZ1000。PE蜡为青岛赛诺公司提供,型号为118C;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE为中石化镇海炼化生产的LLDPE-8320;主抗氧剂选用英国ICE公司生产的DSTP,化学名为硫代二丙酸十八酯,以及Ciba公司生产的3114,化学名为3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基磷酸二乙酯。辅抗氧剂为Ciba公司生产的168,化学名称为三(2,4-二叔丁基苄基)亚磷酸酯。
将所有组份加入高速混合器中,以高于600r/min的转速干混3~5分钟。将混合好的原料放入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,螺杆转速为180~600转/分,温度为一区190~200℃,二区200~220℃,三区220~235℃,四区215~220℃;整个挤出过程的停留时间为1~2分钟,压力为12~18MPa。
性能评价及实行标准:
颜料分散效果用测试仪美能达2500C测试b值来评价,b值相对值偏正越多分散越好;
气味性能按照大众PV3900进行,等级越低气味越好。
实施例配方及各项性能测试结果见下列各表:

将按上述方法完成造粒的粒子材料至于100℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥2~3小时,然后再将干燥好的粒料以3wt%、6wt%加入聚丙烯中,混匀后注塑样板,测试气味及b值;同时组合物G、H也打板闻气味及测b值。
从实施例1~4的对比可以看出,采用低分子量聚丙烯做基材的色母粒,其气味及色粉分散都明显好于传统的PE基材,传统的加入PE蜡的方式气味效果较差,而采用低分子量聚丙烯为基材无需加入分散剂就能达到很好的分散效果,且气味也较好;全部实验的对比可以看出,采用低分子量聚丙烯作为基材,色粉含量从高到低都能得到很好的分散效果。

1.一种低气味、高分散的色母粒,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比计的原料组成:
所述的低分子量聚丙烯,其分子量在10000~100000,密度在0.86~0.88g/cm3;所述的颜料为炭黑、钛白粉和氧化铁黄中一种和几种;所述的其他添加剂是各种润滑剂、抗紫外线剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味、高分散的色母粒,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂,其中主抗氧剂选自受阻酚或硫酯类抗氧剂;辅抗氧剂选用亚磷酸盐或酯类抗氧剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低气味、高分散的色母粒,其特征在于:主抗氧剂选自3114、1010和DSTP中的一种或几种;辅抗氧剂选自618和168中的一种或两种。
