一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;HDPE40-60份;滑石粉10-15份;碳酸钙10-20份;改性剂3-6份;AC发泡剂1-5份;二氧化钛1-3份;三碱式硫酸铅为1.5-3.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为1-3份;DCP0.1-0.5份;硬脂酸钡0.5-1份;硬脂酸锌1.5-3份;硬脂酸铅1-2份;产品相对密度0.8-0.9,弯曲强度12-15MPa;冲击强度15-30kJ/m2,布氏硬度4.05;拉伸强度10-15MPa,吸水率0.0003kg/m3;产品耐压、弯曲模量高,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

本申请属于塑料材料领域,尤其涉及一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材。
背景技术
异型材是一种根据建筑物设计要求,制作成不是平板形而是各种形状,或俱各种表面雕饰的石材;是一种根据建筑物设计要求,制作成不是平板形而是各种形状,或俱各种表面雕饰的石材。其厚度、形状、表面是磨光、烧毛或雕刻都是按用户的设计要求来生产的。生产时先锯割制成坯料,再以手持电动、风动工具或用异型的切割机、铣床、铣磨机、钻孔机进行加工,还有用自动控制的石材雕刻机按设计图纸进行雕琢的。花岗石和大理石都可用来作异型材。
聚烯烃烯烃的聚合物。由乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等α-烯烃以及某些环烯烃单独聚合或共聚合而得到的一类热塑性树脂的总称,随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种弯曲强度高、冲击强度和压缩强度高的PVC型材以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

本申请针对现有低发泡聚烯烃异型材弯曲强度、压缩强度和冲击强度低等技术问题,提供一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材。
技术方案:
一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;HDPE40-60份;滑石粉10-15份;碳酸钙10-20份;改性剂3-6份;AC发泡剂1-5份;二氧化钛1-3份;三碱式硫酸铅为1.5-3.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为1-3份;DCP0.1-0.5份;硬脂酸钡0.5-1份;硬脂酸锌1.5-3份;硬脂酸铅1-2份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述低发泡聚烯烃异型材,其组成成分,以质量份数表示法为:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;HDPE50份;滑石粉12.5份;碳酸钙15份;改性剂4.5份;AC发泡剂3份;二氧化钛2份;三碱式硫酸铅为2.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为2份;DCP0.3份;硬脂酸钡0.75份;硬脂酸锌2份;硬脂酸铅1.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述改性剂采用ACR。
 有益效果:
本发明所述一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品相对密度0.8-0.9,弯曲强度12-15MPa;2、冲击强度15-30kJ/m2,布氏硬度4.05;3、拉伸强度10-15MPa,吸水率0.0003kg/m3;4、产品耐压、弯曲模量高,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
 一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;HDPE40份;滑石粉10份;碳酸钙10份;ACR改性剂3份;AC发泡剂1份;二氧化钛1份;三碱式硫酸铅为1.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为1份;DCP0.1份;硬脂酸钡0.5份;硬脂酸锌1.5份;硬脂酸铅1份。
产品相对密度0.8,弯曲强度12MPa;冲击强度15kJ/m2,布氏硬度4.05;拉伸强度10MPa,吸水率0.0003kg/m3

 一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;HDPE60份;滑石粉15份;碳酸钙20份;ACR改性剂6份;AC发泡剂5份;二氧化钛3份;三碱式硫酸铅为3.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为3份;DCP0.5份;硬脂酸钡1份;硬脂酸锌3份;硬脂酸铅2份。
产品相对密度0.85,弯曲强度14MPa;冲击强度18kJ/m2,布氏硬度4.05;拉伸强度13MPa,吸水率0.0003kg/m3
 实施例3:
一种低发泡聚烯烃异型材,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:DPE100份;HDPE50份;滑石粉12.5份;碳酸钙15份;ACR改性剂4.5份;AC发泡剂3份;二氧化钛2份;三碱式硫酸铅为2.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为2份;DCP0.3份;硬脂酸钡0.75份;硬脂酸锌2份;硬脂酸铅1.5份。
产产品相对密度0.9,弯曲强度15MPa;冲击强度30kJ/m2,布氏硬度4.05;拉伸强度15MPa,吸水率0.0003kg/m3
