Abstract

本发明提供一种强度仿木塑环保装饰材料及其制备方法,制得的PVC仿木塑料拉伸强度和弯曲强度高。产品耐酸碱、耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。采用特制的滚花机在塑料板材表面高温压制出了一层木纹图案,使塑料地板具有了木材的外观和质感,美观适用。比重与木材相当,其柔性超过木材。

技术领域
本发明属于仿木塑料环保装饰材料,特别涉及高强度仿木塑料环保装饰材料。
背景技术
塑料仿木产品的材料选用韧性强、防老化进口PP,PE,PS塑胶聚合而成。塑料仿木产品具有对人体无害、无干裂变形、不发霉、无污染和经久耐用的特点,产品的硬度不比实木差,与实木质感一样,表面看上去有木纹与年轮。该产品适用于露天场所、亲水景观、户外栈道、别墅露台、景观装饰、护墙板、壁板、室外露天桌和长凳、围栏、铺板等,用途广泛,市场可观,是广大户外家具厂商的首选取代真藤的户外家具材料。
新兴的仿木塑料主要采用塑料填充共混技术,国内早就有PVC/红泥塑料板,PVC/CaCO3钙塑板,PVC/硫铁矿渣塑料装饰板,塑料/木纤维复合板等。国外,美国Mobil公司利用废塑料膜回收料与锯末掺混做挤出型材,其复合材料具有对紫外光稳定、耐湿、着色性良好、易于油漆、有木质感等特点,用于加工地板、公路护栏及柱子等。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种强度仿木塑环保装饰材料及其制备方法,制得的PVC仿木塑料拉伸强度和弯曲强度高。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 100-120份、白炭黑0.5-1.5份、碱式硫酸铜4-8份、PE蜡1-4份、碳酸钙5-10份、硬脂酸钙0.5-1份、硬脂酸锌为0.1-0.3份、AC发泡剂为0.2-0.6份、环氧大豆油5-10份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.4-0.8份、偶联剂3-6份。
所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150-200℃。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下的优点和特点:
1、冲击强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度均较高,产品耐酸碱、耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
2、采用特制的滚花机在塑料板材表面高温压制出了一层木纹图案,使塑料地板具有了木材的外观和质感,美观适用。
3、比重与木材相当,其柔性超过木材。
具体实施例
实施例1:一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 100份、白炭黑0.5份、碱式硫酸铜4份、PE蜡1份、碳酸钙5份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、硬脂酸锌为0.1份、AC发泡剂为0.2份、环氧大豆油5份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.4份、偶联剂3份。
所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150℃。
实施例2:一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 120份、白炭黑 1.5份、碱式硫酸铜8份、PE蜡4份、碳酸钙10份、硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸锌为0.3份、AC发泡剂为0.6份、环氧大豆油10份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.8份、偶联剂6份。
所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在200℃。
实施例3:一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 120份、白炭黑1.5份、碱式硫酸铜8份、PE蜡4份、碳酸钙6份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、硬脂酸锌为0.2份、AC发泡剂为0.4份、环氧大豆油9份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.7份、偶联剂4份。
所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150℃。
实施例4:一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 110份、白炭黑0.6份、碱式硫酸铜6份、PE蜡2份、碳酸钙10份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、硬脂酸锌为0.2份、AC发泡剂为0.2份、环氧大豆油5份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.8份、偶联剂3份。
所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;

实施例5:一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 120份、白炭黑0.6份、碱式硫酸铜5份、PE蜡2份、碳酸钙8份、硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸锌为0.1份、AC发泡剂为0.2份、环氧大豆油10份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.4份、偶联剂6份。

1.一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC100-120份、白炭黑0.5-1.5份、碱式硫酸铜4-8份、PE蜡1-4份、碳酸钙5-10份、硬脂酸钙0.5-1份、硬脂酸锌为0.1-0.3份、AC发泡剂为0.2-0.6份、环氧大豆油5-10份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.4-0.8份、偶联剂3-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂采用钛酸酯偶联剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,其特征在于:其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150-200℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度仿木塑环保装饰材料,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 100份、白炭黑0.5份、碱式硫酸铜4份、PE蜡1份、碳酸钙5份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、硬脂酸锌为0.1份、AC发泡剂为0.2份、环氧大豆油5份、硬脂酸单甘油醋0.4份、偶联剂3份。
