Abstract
本发明的目的,就是提供一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料及其制备方法。在配方中加入了芳纶纤维和中碱玻璃纤维,使塑料制品具有了纤维增强的效果,弥补了普通U‑PVC材料的各种弱点,不仅达到了木材的各种优点,同时又保持了U‑PVC的强大优势,使其成为一个具有木材、塑料综合优点的全新材料。产品耐候性能好,特别适合在室外使用,不怕风吹雨淋,不需要油漆、维护。

技术领域
本发明属于仿木塑环保装饰材料,特别涉及高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料。
背景技术
近年来随着改革开放的不断深入,人们的生活水平不断提高,尤其是居住条件改善迅速,出现了建筑、装修蓬勃发展的可喜局面。
传统的木塑结合材料如保利板、密度板、纤维板等复合板由于存在性能上的诸多缺点而逐渐被淘汰。近年来兴起了木塑复合技术(WPC技术),即将木材浸渍于可聚合体、预(齐)聚物或二者的混合物后,在外部能量作用下使浸渍组分在木材空隙中聚合固化,得到聚合物(塑料)改性木材。这种材料保持了木材原有的纹理和色泽,硬度、压缩强度和耐磨性等得到大幅度提高,消除了木材的许多固有缺点,但这种木塑浸渍复合材成本过高,且木材的需要量很大,今后发展受到限制。
新兴的仿木塑料主要采用塑料填充共混技术,国内早就有PVC/红泥塑料板,PVC/CaCO3钙塑板,PVC/硫铁矿渣塑料装饰板,塑料/木纤维复合板等。国外,美国Mobil公司利用废塑料膜回收料与锯末掺混做挤出型材,其复合材料具有对紫外光稳定、耐湿、着色性良好、易于油漆、有木质感等特点,用于加工地板、公路护栏及柱子等。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是提供一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 60-80份、芳纶纤维5-10份、中碱玻璃纤维3-6份,稳定剂1-3份,发泡剂1-5份,润滑剂2-6份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530,PE蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或几种;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150-200℃。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下的优点和特点:
1、由于在配方中加入了芳纶纤维和中碱玻璃纤维,使塑料制品具有了纤维增强的效果,弥补了普通U-PVC材料的各种弱点,不仅达到了木材的各种优点,同时又保持了U-PVC的强大优势,使其成为一个具有木材、塑料综合优点的全新材料。
2、产品耐候性能好,特别适合在室外使用,不怕风吹雨淋,不需要油漆、维护。
具体实施例
实施例1:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 60份、芳纶纤维5份、中碱玻璃纤维3份,稳定剂1份,发泡剂1份,润滑剂2份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150℃。
实施例2:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 80份、芳纶纤维10份、中碱玻璃纤维6份,稳定剂3份,发泡剂5份,润滑剂6份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自PE蜡;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在200℃。
实施例3:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 70份、芳纶纤维8份、中碱玻璃纤维6份,稳定剂1份,发泡剂5份,润滑剂4份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在160℃。
实施例4:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 65份、芳纶纤维9份、中碱玻璃纤维5份,稳定剂2份,发泡剂1份,润滑剂6份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸中;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在170℃。
实施例5:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 75份、芳纶纤维6份、中碱玻璃纤维4份,稳定剂14份,发泡剂14份,润滑剂2份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在165℃。
实施例6:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 70份、芳纶纤维6份、中碱玻璃纤维6份,稳定剂3份,发泡剂5份,润滑剂6份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在185℃。
实施例7:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 80份、芳纶纤维10份、中碱玻璃纤维3份,稳定剂3份,发泡剂1份,润滑剂3份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在180℃。
实施例8:一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 70份、芳纶纤维7份、中碱玻璃纤维3份,稳定剂1份,发泡剂5份,润滑剂6份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530;
其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在200℃。
Claims (4)
1.一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:PVC 60-80份、芳纶纤维5-10份、中碱玻璃纤维3-6份,稳定剂1-3份,发泡剂1-5份,润滑剂2-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530,PE蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,其特征在于:其制备方法为:
(1)将原料混合后置于双螺杆挤出机中,挤出成型为设定宽度和厚度并且两侧面带有凹槽的板材;
(2)将步骤(1)所得板材切割成设定的长度后,用砂光机进行表面磨砂处理,达到表面平整无光;
(3)用特制的滚花机在经过表面处理的板材表面高温压制出一层由多个凹槽和凹坑组成的木纹图案,压制的温度控制在150-200℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性能仿木塑料环保装饰材料,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料组成:
PVC 60份、芳纶纤维5份、中碱玻璃纤维3份,稳定剂1份,发泡剂1份,润滑剂2份;
所述的稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530。
