本发明公开一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,所述无醛零碳防火环保板材包括最上层的玻纤树脂层,中间层的高纤维树脂粉层,最下层的再生植物纤维板材层。本发明提供一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保、阻燃和耐侯性好等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无醛零碳防火环保板材。
背景技术
世环无醛零碳防水防火环保装饰板材和其它人造板中密度板、高密度板、抗倍特板、多层板等装饰材料有诸多本质区别,具有独特的功能和优势。
1、用材区别:无醛零碳防水防火环保装饰板材主要是利用再生资源强化树脂玻璃纤 维粉与农作物秸秆粉、工业木粉等再生循环原料与自行研发的无醛环保粘压剂配比进行先进的新型技术压制而成的产品,而其它板材主要是用木材为主要原料与含有 醛、胺、苯等成分的三聚氰胺脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂等进行加工而成的。2、工艺区别:无醛零碳防水防火环保装饰板材的制作工艺是根据国际专利技术进行 先进的连续性板材生产工艺及国际最先进的电脑监控高速混合系统,保证后期产品可再回收利用功能,带有自主知识产权电脑微机伺服追踪监控铺装工艺以及先进的 国际首创板材合成无醛配方,从而达到更高的产品级别:无醛、零碳、防水、防火、可再生回收再次循环利用。3、用途区别:无醛零碳防水防火环保装饰板材与传统板材相比较用途更广泛。可以应用到防水功能区域、防火功能区域、户外功能区域、耐酸耐碱区域等特殊场所。4、产品标准区别:无醛零碳防水防火环保装饰板材完全采用国际专利技术工艺和环保标准进行设计和生产,在无醛、防水、防火等工艺技术标准方面标准更高,并且可具备板材可持续再循环加工使用功能,这是与传统意义上的人造中密度板、刨花板、高密度板、多层板、抗倍特板等最本质的区别。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保、阻燃和耐侯性好等特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,所述无醛零碳防火环保板材包括最上层的玻纤树脂层,中间层的高纤维树脂粉层,最下层的再生植物纤维板材层,所述玻纤树脂层的厚度为4mm,所述高纤维树脂粉层的厚度为1mm,所述再生植物纤维板材层的厚度为10mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述再生植物纤维板材层是木粉或竹粉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述玻纤树脂层是RTM树脂或BMC树脂。
本发明的一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保、阻燃和耐侯性好等特点。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1是本发明一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,所述无醛零碳防火环保板材包括最上层1的玻纤树脂层,中间层2的高纤维树脂粉层,最下层3的再生植物纤维板材层,所述玻纤树脂层的厚度为4mm,所述高纤维树脂粉层的厚度为1mm,所述再生植物纤维板材层的厚度为10mm,所述再生植物纤维板材层是木粉或竹粉,所述玻纤树脂层是RTM树脂或BMC树脂。经高科技红外光电筛选机提取精华强化玻纤树脂,进行高分子式原理还原专用新型环保板材工程类级别纳米WEP高纤维树脂粉原料与再生资源秸秆、木粉、竹粉等再生植物纤维物质添加特制无醛环保安全食品级混合剂配方,经新型环保连续压板设备,经高温高压重型设备复合而成。产品平整光滑、内外结构均匀,具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保、阻燃和耐侯性好等特点,还具有优良的加工性能和表面装饰性能,适用于各种表面处理和机械加工,可广泛代替木质人造板和天然木材的使用。无醛零碳防火环保装饰材料与传统板材相比较用途更广泛。可以应用到防水功能区域、防火功能区域、户外功能区域、耐酸耐碱区域等特殊场所。 例:地板基材、复合地板基材、复合大理石板基材、复合瓷砖基材、室内外墙挂板、门板、橱柜板、卫浴柜板、家具板材、装饰板材、集装箱地板等本发明提供一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保、阻燃和耐侯性好等特点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种无醛零碳防火环保板材,其特征在于:所述无醛零碳防火环保板材包括最上层的玻纤树脂层,中间层的高纤维树脂粉层,最下层的再生植物纤维板材层,所述玻纤树脂层的厚度为4mm,所述高纤维树脂粉层的厚度为1mm,所述再生植物纤维板材层的厚度为10mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无醛零碳防火环保板材,其特征在于:所述再生植物纤维板材层是木粉或竹粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无醛零碳防火环保板材,其特征在于:所述玻纤树脂层是RTM树脂或BMC树脂。
