Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹紧装置,主要用于汽车白车身焊装零件的固定定位,具有简单实用,适用范围广的特点。本发明的夹紧装置,包括基座、导轨、第一机械臂和第二机械臂,第一机械臂和第二机械臂均与导轨滑动连接,在所述第一机械臂和第二机械臂下方固接有结构相同的紧固件,紧固件由下至上依次为气缸、固定块和连接杆;在所述基座上设有滑轨,滑轨通过连接杆与紧固件滑动连接。当第一机械臂与第二机械臂通将构件夹紧后,压紧装置推动固定块使其与滑轨压紧,固定块和滑轨之间的摩擦力会使两个机械臂固定。采用这种结构的夹紧装置相较于普通自动和人工夹紧装置无需固定的动力源和较大的操作空间,简单实用,适合用于各类汽车白车身加工生产线。

本发明涉及汽车白车身焊装设备领域,尤其是一种白车身零件夹紧装置。
背景技术
现有汽车白车身零件焊装设备的夹紧装置,要么采用自动方式夹紧,要么采用手动方式夹紧。这两种夹紧方式都需要有一个独立的夹紧动力源,在自动方式夹紧装置中,一般采用气缸作为其动力源;在手动方式夹紧装置中,操作人员作为动力源对手动夹钳中的手柄施加力来完成夹紧装置的夹紧。
在一些如输送设备等需要夹紧装置循环往复运动的工作环境中,由于气缸需要布置气管,因此采用气缸等作动力源的自动夹紧装置不能满足要求;手动夹紧装置因为需要操作人员去操作,需要较大的人员操作空间并满足人机工程学要求,当空间受限或不能满足人机工程学要求时,手动方式夹紧装置亦无法满足需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不需要气缸等自动动力源和较大操作空间的夹紧装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:夹紧装置,包括基座、导轨、第一机械臂和第二机械臂,第一机械臂和第二机械臂均与导轨滑动连接,在所述第一机械臂和第二机械臂下方固接有结构相同的紧固件,紧固件由压紧装置和固定块组成;在所述基座上设有滑轨,滑轨通过连接杆与紧固件滑动连接。
进一步的,所述第一机械臂和第二机械臂的后侧设有挡块。
本发明的有益效果是:使用时无需自动夹紧装置中的动力源和人工夹紧装置所需的操作空间和人机工程学要求,消除了传统夹紧装置所带来的种种限制,为汽车白车身焊装设备提供了一种简便实用的夹紧装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的夹紧装置,包括基座1、导轨2、第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4,第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4均与导轨2滑动连接,在所述第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4下方固接有结构相同的紧固件5,紧固件5由压紧装置51和固定块52组成,在所述基座1上设有滑轨6,滑轨6通过连接杆53与紧固件5滑动连接。在工作时,紧固件5跟随第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4在滑轨6上滑动,当第一机械臂3与第二机械臂4通过导轨2滑动至被加工构件的两侧将构件夹紧后,压紧装置51推动固定块52使其与滑轨6压紧,固定块52和滑轨6之间的摩擦力会使第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4固定。采用这种结构的夹紧装置相较于普通自动和人工夹紧装置无需固定的动力源和较大的操作空间,简单实用,适合用于各类汽车白车身加工生产线。
如图2所示,为了使夹紧装置和和汽车白车身零件定位更加精确,所述第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4的后侧设有挡块7。增设挡块7后,可以使用拨叉装置通过拨动挡块7来控制第一机械臂3和第二机械臂4至和汽车白车身零件至固定位置。这样可以消除常规的人工操作所造成的定位精度低、效率低等缺陷,使夹紧装置和汽车白车身零件的重复定位更为精确。

1.夹紧装置,包括基座(1)、导轨(2)、第一机械臂(3)和第二机械臂(4),第一机械臂(3)和第二机械臂(4)均与导轨(2)滑动连接,在所述第一机械臂(3)和第二机械臂(4)下方固接有结构相同的紧固件(5),紧固件(5)由压紧装置(51)和固定块(52)组成;包括连接杆(53),固定块(52)安装于连接杆(53)且与连接杆(53)滑动连接,压紧装置(51)安装于连接杆(53)一端并顶靠固定块(52);连接杆(53)另一端与第一机械臂(3)或第二机械臂(4)连接;在所述基座(1)上设有滑轨(6),滑轨(6)与连接杆(53)滑动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述第一机械臂(3)和第二机械臂(4)的后侧设有挡块(7)。
