本发明涉及一种无花果饼干,由以下组分及重量份组成:面粉60,无花果25,冬葵5,野兰5,食盐2,茶籽油10,纯净水适量,选取无花果成熟的果实、新鲜的冬葵嫩茎叶、野兰嫩叶,加入适量纯净水打成浆体后,与面粉、食盐、山茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制,冲压成型后烘烤。本发明有清热润燥,利尿除湿、抗炎消肿之功。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饼干,具体地说是一种无花果饼干。
背景技术
饼干的主要原料是面粉,再添加糖类,油脂,蛋品,乳品等辅料。根据配方和生产工艺的不同,甜饼干可分为韧性饼干和酥性饼干两大类。韧性饼干的特点是印模造型多为凹花,表面有针眼。制品表面平整光滑,断面结构有层次,口嚼时有松脆感,耐嚼,松脆为其特有的特色。韧性饼干的糖和油脂的配比较酥性饼低。酥性饼干:以小麦粉、糖、油脂为主要原料,加入疏松剂和其他辅料,经冷粉工艺调粉、辊压、辊印或者冲、烘烤制成的造型多为凸花的,断面结构呈现多孔状组织,口感疏松的烘焙食品。如奶油饼干、葱香饼干、芝麻饼干、蛋酥饼干等。韧性饼干:以小麦粉、糖、油脂为主要原料,加入疏松剂、改良剂与其他辅料,经热粉工艺调粉、辊压、辊切或冲印、烘烤制成的图形多为凹花,外观光滑,表面平整,有针眼,断面有层次,口感松脆的焙烤食品。如牛奶饼、香草饼、蛋味饼等。
目前市场上常见的饼干有:发酵(苏打)饼,薄脆饼干,曲奇饼干,夹心饼干,威化饼干,蛋圆饼干,蛋卷,黏花饼干,水泡饼干等。
饼干是一种常见的点心,作为一种零食或添加饮食,食用方便又便于携带,已成为日常生活中不可或缺的一种食品。目前还没有一种含有无花果等原料的饼干。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题:本发明目的是提供一种具有保健功能的无花果饼干。
技术方案:一种无花果饼干,其特征在于由以下组分及重量份组成:面粉60,无花果25,冬葵5,野兰5,食盐2,茶籽油10,纯净水适量。
选取无花果成熟的果实、新鲜的冬葵嫩茎叶、野兰嫩叶,加入适量纯净水打成浆体后,与面粉、食盐、山茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制,冲压成型后烘烤。
本发明有如下显著效果:本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,在饼干中渗入,具有保健功能。清热润燥,利尿除湿、抗炎消肿之功
无花果:学名Ficus carica Linn。桑科Moraceae榕属亦称无花果属。别名:映日果、奶浆果、蜜果、树地瓜、文先果、明目果。性味性平,味甘。无花果含有较高的果糖、果酸、蛋白质、维生素等成分,有滋补、润肠、开胃等作用。无花果含有苹果酸、柠檬酸、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、水解酶等,能帮助人体对食物的消化,促进食欲,又因其含有多种脂类,故具有润肠通便的效果。无花果所含的脂肪酶、水解酶等有降低血脂和分解血脂的功能,可减少脂肪在血管内的沉积,进而起到降血压、预防冠心病的作用。无花果有抗炎消肿之功,可利咽消肿。
冬葵:拉丁名:Malva crispa Linn。锦葵属。又称葵菜、滑菜、冬寒菜、冬苋菜。叶甘,性寒。能清热润燥,利尿除湿,滑肠,解毒。冬葵的嫩叶或茎叶食用。
野兰:也称漏芦,英文名:RADIX RHAPONTICI,为菊科植物祁州漏Rhaponticum uni-florum(L.)DC。归经:归胃经;大肠经;肝经。功能:清热解毒。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种无花果饼干,由以下组分及重量份组成:面粉60,无花果25,冬葵5,野兰5,食盐2,茶籽油10,纯净水适量,
选取无花果成熟的果实、新鲜的冬葵嫩茎叶、野兰嫩叶,加入适量纯净水打成浆体后,与面粉、食盐、山茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制,冲压成型后烘烤。温度200-300度,烘烤4分钟。纯净水适量是指上述原料搅拌调制成浆状即可。
实施例2:一种无花果饼干,由以下组分及重量份组成:面粉50,无花果35,冬葵8,野兰8,食盐1,茶籽油8,纯净水适量,
选取无花果成熟的果实、新鲜的冬葵嫩茎叶、野兰嫩叶在90度水中加20克冰糖浸泡10分钟,取出,加入适量纯净水打成浆体后,与面粉、食盐、山茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制,冲压成型后烘烤。温度200-300度,烘烤3分钟。纯净水适量是指上述原料搅拌调制成浆状即可。浸泡作用是除苦味。
本发明供150例湿热症状人食用,每天食用2小片饼干,食用9天后,利尿除湿效果明显,如下是部分具体例子。
