Abstract
本发明涉及一种活塞泵,带有泵壳体(7),多个决定活塞泵功能的泵部件,如部分在导引带中导引的泵活塞(6)、活塞复位弹簧以及抽吸阀和压力阀,在吸入侧与活塞泵(6)相邻的、设计为用于流体的补给腔(12)的环形腔和在压力侧与泵活塞(6)相邻的输送腔,并带有弹性密封圈(1),所述弹性密封圈用于朝向活塞驱动腔(13)密封泵活塞(6)。为了避免朝向活塞驱动腔(13)的泄漏,弹性的密封圈(1)设有槽(3),在所述槽中插入有将密封圈(1)压紧到泵活塞(6)上的弹簧元件(2)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的活塞泵,尤其是用于在带有防滑控制(Schlupfregelung)的液压制动设备中输送压力介质。
背景技术
由DE10 2010 028 539A1已经公开了一种这样的活塞泵,带有泵壳体,其包围多个决定活塞泵的功能的泵部件,如泵活塞、活塞复位弹簧以及吸入阀和压出阀,以及带有在吸入侧与活塞泵相邻的、设计为用于流体的补给腔/跟随腔(nachlaufraum)的环形腔和在压力侧与泵活塞邻接的输送腔。为了在低压侧密封泵活塞,在衬套和阶梯孔之间在轴向预紧的状态下设置有弹性密封圈,从而能够可靠地避免由于泵活塞的滑动运动导致的密封圈的轴向运动,从而防止密封圈的磨损增大。在衬套和密封圈之间还设有一支承环,而在泵壳体的端部上设置有用于泵活塞的导引带/导引箍圈,另一支承环设置在该导引带之前,使得密封圈的两侧都由支承环限定。因此,通过弹簧加载的衬套、两个支承环以及导引带位于密封圈的区域内,因此产生了巨大的构件成本,此外还增大了泵的结构长度。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,这样改进所述类型的活塞泵,即,需要更少、尽可能紧凑的部件,并同时确保沿着泵活塞的周面具有改进的密封性。
该技术问题按照本发明通过所述类型的、具有权利要求1所述特征的活塞泵解决。

图1在纵向截面图中示出了设置在泵活塞上的、重要的导引和密封元件,包括在压入到泵壳体中的止挡部的导引带和在导引带之前固定在泵壳体中的密封圈,该密封圈通过环形间隙与固定在泵壳体中的支承环隔开限定,
图2与图1不同,在纵向截面中示出了直接压入到泵壳体中的止挡部的密封圈,带有设置在其前面的导引带,该导引带通过环形间隙与密封圈分开。
具体实施方式
图1以局部视图示出了活塞泵的纵向截面图,该活塞泵优选在带有防滑控制的液压制动设备中用于压力介质输送。部分示出了活塞泵的泵壳体7,该泵壳体具有多个决定活塞泵的功能的泵部件,如活塞6的部分在环形的导向带8中导引的端部、与导引带8相对的、设计为用于流体的补给腔12的环形腔以及抵靠在泵活塞6的周面上的弹性密封圈1,该密封圈用于朝活塞驱动腔13的方向上无泄漏地密封活塞端部,该活塞驱动腔接纳带有偏心支承装置的偏心装置作为用于泵活塞的驱动装置。泵活塞6以及补给腔12同样分别仅在与本发明有关的区域示出,因此图1中能看到的细节限于必要部件。
泵活塞6左边未示出的活塞泵区域主要包括输送腔、活塞复位弹簧和带有相应的吸入接口和压出接口的吸入阀和压出阀。
为了在泵运转过程中实现泵活塞6朝活塞驱动腔13方向尽可能一致/保持不变的无泄漏的密封,本发明规定,弹性的密封圈1配设有轴向定向的、环形延伸的槽3(所谓的环形槽),该槽因此从侧面插入地接纳弹簧元件2,该弹簧元件将密封圈1的密封唇压紧到泵活塞6上。为了产生密封圈1在泵活塞6的周面上的恒定压紧力,弹簧元件2设计为产生径向力的推力元件/撑开元件。
为了能够干式地检查,也就是在不使用液压流体的情况下检查活塞泵的运转性能,而使弹性的密封圈1由具有对于检查目的足够好的干运行特性的材料制成,对此尤其适用的是聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。
按照图1,密封圈1直接固定在导引带8和压入到泵壳体7的阶梯孔10中的支承环4之间,其中,有利地在支承环4和密封圈1之间设置环形间隙5,用于通过由泵活塞6经由补给腔12吸入的压力介质无阻碍地润滑泵活塞6并因此也用于润滑密封圈1的密封唇。为了润滑活塞,通过布置在支承环4和活塞泵6之间的轴向间隙9设置有液压连接,该轴向间隙一直延伸到环形间隙5,使得在活塞泵运行中以简单、可靠的方式通过轴向间隙9和环形间隙5建立从补给腔12直至密封圈1的润滑剂连接。在此,在液压制动设备中经常使用的以及由活塞泵输送的制动流体用作润滑剂。
开头所述技术问题的一种备选解决方案可由图2得出,据此密封圈1直接固定在泵壳体7中与活塞驱动腔13相邻的孔阶梯11和压入到泵壳体7的阶梯孔10中的导引带8之间,该导引带面对补给腔12。与图1类似,在图2中为了润滑泵活塞6,在密封圈1的区域中在环形导引带8和密封圈1之间设置有环形间隙5以及在导引带8和阶梯孔10之间设置有轴向间隙9,该轴向间隙一直延伸至环形间隙5,因此以可靠的方式建立了在活塞泵运行时以液压流体填充的补给腔12和由密封圈1包围的泵活塞6之间的压力介质连接。在最简单的实施形式中,轴向间隙9作为纵向缺口构造在环状导向带8的周部上。
类似于图1,也在按图2的实施例中,槽3设计为侧向通入到密封圈1中以及在密封圈3的侧面上环绕的环形槽,其槽开口面对环形间隙5,该环形间隙被有利地暴露于运行介质,通常是待输送的制动流体中。
概括来说,因此在泵活塞6面对活塞驱动腔13的低压侧获得了特别简单、功能可靠的活塞导引以及活塞密封,其通过密封圈1、导引带8和/或支承环4的上述设计和布置具有以下优点:
-更长的无泄漏泵运行时间,
-密封圈1在所有温度范围内更好的密封效果,
-显著减少了零部件,
-零部件装配更容易并且更廉价,
-由于减少了零部件数量(对于减少泵磨损和改善泵效率重要),密封元件1的安装空间的轴向公差更小,
–不必为了进行干运行泵检测而给封元件1使用额外的脂/油。

1.一种活塞泵,所述活塞泵尤其是用于在带有防滑控制的液压制动设备中输送压力介质,所述活塞泵具有泵壳体,多个决定活塞泵功能的泵部件,如部分在导引带中导引的泵活塞,所述泵活塞压入到泵壳体中,在吸入侧与泵活塞相邻的、设计为用于流体的补给腔的环形腔和在压力侧与泵活塞相邻的输送腔,并带有设置在环形的导引带与泵壳体中的阶梯孔之间的弹性的密封圈,所述密封圈用于朝向构造在泵壳体中的活塞驱动腔无泄漏地密封泵活塞,
其特征在于,
弹性的密封圈(1)具有槽(3),在所述槽中插置有将密封圈(1)压紧到泵活塞(6)上的弹簧元件(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,
其特征在于,
弹性的密封圈(1)由具有不受限制的干运行特性的材料制成,尤其是由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的活塞泵,
其特征在于,
密封圈(1)在泵壳体(7)中直接固定在导引带(8)与压紧在阶梯孔(10)中的支承环(4)之间,其中,在支承环(4)与密封圈(1)之间设有环形间隙(5)。
