优选地,所有的曲率中心都位于与y轴平行的中心点线上。半径垂直于该中心点线延伸。在具有两个导轨的纵向导引装置的情形中,两个导轨的曲率中心位于相同的中心线上,但是位于该中心线上的不同点。在导轨的每个单个轨道中,边缘的曲率半径的中心位于中心点线上。此处,当边缘的曲率半径中心在y方向上在导轨本身中间隔开时,它们彼此之间具有相同的间隔。轨道的不同部分的区域的曲率半径是不同的。它们相对于彼此同心延伸。

具体实施方式
图1中所示出的机动车座椅被以两个不同的极限位置、即以实线形式的最后面位置和以虚线形式的最前面位置示出。两个位置都沿着在圆弧上延伸的偏移路径到达。
通过已知的方式,机动车座椅具有至少一对轨道,所述这对轨道包括底面轨道22、座椅轨道24和导引装置26。在所示出的示例性实施例中,提供了彼此平行设置的两个导轨。在示例的实施例中,所述两个导轨在结构上是一致的。导引装置26被构造为球/珠;其它结构是可能的。底面轨道22基本为C形的。所述底面轨道形成为夹紧轨道。所述轨道包括用于紧固到未以另外的方式更详细示出的机动车的底面总成28上的紧固装置。座椅轨道24为被夹紧的轨道;它也基本上为C形的。所述座椅轨道包括在该情形中被构造为孔的装置30;所述装置用于为每一座椅侧部连接前连接件32和后连接件34。这些连接件32、34支撑座椅区域36。该座椅区域被刚性连接到座椅轨道24。提供靠背38。如附图中所示的,不提供用于座椅倾斜度调节、座椅高度调节和靠背38倾斜度调节的装置。
右手系x-y-z坐标系统被用于本说明。x轴和y轴位于水平面。x轴指向机动车正常直线行进的方向。Z轴平行于竖直方向延伸。
每个导轨的两个轨道22、24限定通道形的容腔40。所述容腔仅在x方向打开。
底面轨道22和座椅轨道24是弯曲的,各自具有相同的圆曲率半径。偏移路径20具有至少150毫米的长度和至多350毫米的长度。优选地,偏移路径20处于250毫米至300毫米的范围。曲率半径R42是在1500毫米与3000毫米之间,尤其是在1800毫米与2500毫米之间。曲率中心44位于平行于y轴的中心点线46上。轨道22或24的各个边缘的曲率半径42具有不同的长度和不同的曲率中心。所有的曲率中心位于中心点线46上。半径的每一个垂直于中心点线46延伸;在图2中,由相应的符号表示。轨道22或24的两个不同的纵向边缘的曲率中心44,在导轨本身上,在y向上具有与在中心点线46上相同的间隔。
两个轨道22、24每一个都具有基底凸缘48。该基底凸缘在平行于x-z平面的平面中延伸。基底凸缘48具有圆盘扇区的形状。
两对机动车座椅轨道仅仅在y方向上被偏移;在x方向和z方向上,所述轨道具有匹配的坐标。y方向上的偏移等于座椅区域的宽度的至少一半,并且为座椅区域y方向宽度的至多120%。
图1示出了安装在机动车(未示出)上的机动车座椅的状态。在该安装状态,轨道20、22的后端为最下面的点。标示的前部相应于x方向的正向,而顶部相应于z轴的正向。
导轨设置在机动车中,以致向前提升。标示到底面轨道22的最前面区域的切线基本平行于x-y平面延伸。所述切线从该平面优选仅仅偏离±5°,尤其仅仅偏离±3°。
在最前面的位置,座椅区域36相对于水平x-y平面向后倾斜大约3°的角度。角度范围可为0°至6°。在偏移路径20的范围内,获得了大约10°的角度变化50。该角度变化可位于4°与12°之间。
在示例的实施例中,前连接件32的长度比后连接件34的长度稍微少例如5%至30%。每个座椅侧的前连接件32和每一座椅侧的后连接件34在纵向上具有相等的长度,该长度基本上与z向匹配。
中心点线46处于曲率中心44的位置。所述曲率中心位于导轨下方并因此位于导轨的离开座椅区域36和靠背38的另一侧上。
提供电机操作的调节装置,其能够在偏移路径20内调节机动车座椅。以本身已知的方式,所述调节装置包括心轴52,所述心轴在其端部经由支架不可旋转地连接到底面轨道22。与现有技术相比,心轴52沿着圆形线弯曲。该圆形线具有与轨道22、24的曲率半径相等的曲率半径。曲率中心位于中心点线46上。采用具有6毫米至10毫米直径的心轴52,例如具有M8螺纹的心轴52。以本身已知的方式,心轴52由心轴螺母54夹紧。该心轴螺母54是直纹的。该心轴螺母具有10毫米至20毫米的长度。优选地,该心轴螺母被选择成短的。10毫米至15毫米长度是优选的。心轴螺母54为根据现有技术的螺母。然而,优选地,心轴螺母54在每个轴向侧上具有开始区域56,所述开始区域被以锥形的方式或者以另一种向外扩张的方式构成。由于开始区域56,心轴螺母54的干扰被抵消了。
以本身已知的方式,外部蜗轮被形成在心轴螺母54上,所述外部蜗轮与蜗杆58接合。所述蜗杆经由弹性输出轴70连接到电机60上。电机60负责座椅的两侧;所述电机经由另一个弹性轴连接到另一座椅侧的导轨上。这是现有技术。
在优选的可替换实施例中,手动驱动器代替电机60被使用;在该情形中,例如可采用曲柄。所述曲柄可被设置在座椅的前部边缘的下方,并具有基本上沿x方向延伸的旋转轴线。所述曲柄经由弹性轴连接到两个座椅侧。
心轴螺母54和蜗杆58被容纳在壳体62中。壳体62由基本上为U形的夹子64夹紧。夹子具有紧固区域;所述紧固区域被连接到座椅轨道24;为此,座椅轨道24包括紧固孔。用于弹性输出轴70的座椅轨道24的通道设置在两个紧固孔之间的中央。
下面将描述用于生产座椅轨道22、24的方法。
图4示出了香蕉形或佩刀形的坯料6。所述坯料从金属板材上切下。采用如现有技术中的钢板等级和厚度。与现有技术相比,坯料66由如下的圆弧限定,所述圆弧具有与加工后的轨道相等的曲率半径。坯料由以半径线形式的纵向边缘67在横向上限定。如图4中所示,曲率中心44位于在纸平面中延伸、与随后的中心点线46相应的线上。曲率中心44在与坯料66的厚度相应的长度上分布。纵向边缘67的半径从曲率半径偏离至少3%。坯料具有短的横向边缘69。如所示的,所述横向边缘可相对于彼此成角度延伸;所述横向边缘也可平行于彼此延伸(未示出)。
图5示出了一部分冲压模具68;仅仅示出了示意图。该冲压模具68与相应的底模相关联;所述底模未示出。对坯料66冲压可在单个冲压模具68中进行;然而,也可在不同冲压模具68中执行数个冲压步骤。坯料66被插入到冲压模具68中,随后底模被添加且冲压过程被执行。冲压模具具有容腔72。
通过沿着曲率轮廓逐渐形成轨道22、24的生产不是优选的;这种过程例如将为轧制过程。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车座椅的纵向调节机构的导轨的致动驱动器,其具有旋转驱动单元和齿轮单元,所述旋转驱动单元具有输出轴(70),所述旋转驱动单元特别为电机(60),所述齿轮单元包括旋转地连接到输出轴(70)的心轴螺母(54)和心轴(52),心轴(52)包括心轴螺纹,心轴螺母(54)与所述心轴螺纹接合,其特征在于,心轴(52)以圆形曲率半径(42)弯曲,曲率半径(42)是在1500毫米与3000毫米之间,特别地是在1800毫米与2500毫米之间,而且心轴螺母(54)为直纹螺母。
2.根据权利要求1的致动驱动器,其特征在于,心轴螺母(54)具有小于20毫米、尤其小于15毫米的轴向长度。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项的致动驱动器,其特征在于,曲率半径(42)的曲率中心(44)位于与x-z平面平行并穿过心轴(52)的纵向中心延伸的平面上。
4.一种具有根据前述权利要求中任一项的致动驱动器的导轨,其特征在于,该导轨包括至少一对轨道,所述这对轨道具有底面轨道(22)、座椅轨道(24)和设置在这两个轨道(22、24)之间的导引装置(26),所述这对轨道的底面和座椅轨道(22、24)可以在大体上平行于x轴的纵向上沿着偏移路径(20)相对于彼此偏移,座椅轨道(24)包括紧固装置(30),所述紧固装置用于紧固在所述这对轨道上方设置的座椅框架,底面轨道(22)和座椅轨道(24)的每一个都以与心轴(52)相同的圆形曲率半径(42)弯曲,曲率中心(44)设置在所述这对轨道的背离座椅框架的那侧,并且心轴(52)不可旋转地连接到轨道、尤其连接到底面轨道(22)。
5.根据前述权利要求的导轨,其特征在于,底面轨道(22)和座椅轨道(24)限定仅仅在x方向上可进出的通道形容腔(40),且心轴(52)设置于该容腔(40)中。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的导轨,其特征在于,所述导轨包括两对轨道,所述两对轨道彼此平行设置,所述两对轨道在y方向上彼此相距一距离设置,且所述两对轨道在结构上基本上是一致的,优选地,所述两对轨道在结构上是一致的。
7.一种具有根据前述权利要求中任一项的导轨的机动车座椅,其特征在于,所述机动车座椅具有座椅框架、座椅区域(36)和靠背(38),且座椅框架被连接到紧固装置(30)。
8.一种具有根据权利要求1至3中任一项的致动驱动器和/或具有根据权利要求4至6中任一项的导轨和/或具有根据权利要求7的机动车座椅的机动车,其特征在于,底面轨道(22)被连接到机动车的底面总成,并且相对于位于水平面的车辆,机动车座椅、尤其靠背(38)在纵向调节机构的最后面位置以自竖直方向测得的10°至20°角向后倾斜,并且在纵向调节机构的最前面位置以自竖直方向测得的5°至15°角向后倾斜,这两个位置之间的角度变化(50)至少为3°,优选约为6°。
