针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种益气补虚,清热解毒,滋阴补脾肾、改善营养性贫血的山药党参分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种山药党参分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药300-500份、党参100-200份、太子参100-200份、金银花80-120份、黄精80-120份、微晶纤维素40-60份、黄芪提取物0.12-0.32份、云芝提取物0.12-0.32份、大豆分离蛋白4-6份、维生素C 1-2份、维生素E 0.01-0.02份、甘露醇100-170份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份、硬脂酸镁4-6份、75%浓度乙醇适量。

(1)取新鲜山药去外皮,洗净,切成小块,再通过微波加热器熟化,微波加热器的输出功率35KW,控制物料温度为75-80℃,熟化时间2-3min,将熟化后的山药放入真空度为0.08MPa的微波干燥箱55-65℃范围内干燥2-4min,将干燥后的山药用普通粉碎机粉碎成150-200目,过100目筛,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料党参、太子参、金银花、黄精混合用水浸泡洗去灰尘,加入上述原料总重量的6-10倍量水煎煮二次,每次1-3h,合并煎液,过滤,收集滤液,滤渣排出,滤液在60℃条件下减压浓缩成1.25-1.35的稠膏,得到混合物稠膏,备用。
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得混合物稠膏搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、黄芪提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药党参分散片。
