Abstract
本发明提供了一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀,在阀体上固定连接有吹扫装置以及清洗装置,阀杆轴颈处、上下轴承套内圈,均喷涂WC和Ni60,阀体衬套表面、阀座表面、球体内壁,均喷涂碳化钨WC。本发明可以对轴承套与阀杆之间的间隙进行吹扫,还能对阀体腔进行清洗,避免了阀门卡死现象的发生,且有更好的耐磨性,耐腐蚀性,延长了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀阀门,特别是涉及一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀。
背景技术
目前,现有锁渣、锁斗阀,在阀门开启或关闭时,煤粉、煤渣进入阀体腔中,吸附在阀体壁、球体表面以及阀座密封面上,日积月累,造成阀体腔堵塞、密封面拉痕甚至失效;高压差煤粉也会进入轴承套与阀杆的配合处,造成阀门开关不灵活或卡塞现象;阀杆轴颈与轴承套内圈硬度只能达到HRC32左右,易磨损,且阀门流道,包括阀体衬套流道、阀座流道以及球体流道,长时间高速冲刷引起流道穿孔,从而造成阀门密封失效。
发明内容
为了克服现有锁渣、锁斗阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆、阀座、阀体衬套、填料、填料压盖,球体安装在阀体内部,两者之间形成阀体腔,球体与阀座形成密封副,阀杆穿过阀体上部,贯穿球体,下端伸入阀体下部的盲孔内,阀杆与球体焊接,阀杆轴颈处设有上轴承套与阀体配合,阀杆位于阀体盲孔内部分设有下轴承套与阀体配合,阀杆位于上轴承套上部段与阀体之间设置有填料,填料通过填料压盖固定,填料压盖通过紧固件与阀体固定连接,填料压盖与上轴承套之间留有间隙,阀体位于流道处,内壁设置有阀体衬套,阀体上固定连接有吹扫装置以及清洗装置,吹扫装置与上轴承套和填料压盖之间的间隙相通,清洗装置与阀体腔相通。
吹扫装置为无缝管,其一端带有NPN螺纹,另一端带有焊接坡口,无缝管数量至少一根。
清洗装置为连通组件,连通组件为一带有焊接坡口的无缝管与一对焊法兰焊接形成,连通组件数量至少一件。
阀杆轴颈处、上下轴承套内圈,均喷涂WC和Ni60。
阀体衬套表面、阀座表面、球体内壁,均喷涂碳化钨WC。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、阀体上设置有吹扫装置,通过外接气源进入上轴承套与填料压盖之间的间隙,来实现吹扫进入上轴承套与阀杆间隙处的细小煤粉,避免了阀门开关不灵活或卡塞现象,延长了使用寿命。
2、阀体上设置清洗装置,清洗装置与阀体腔连通,通过外接介质(水)间断性冲洗,保证煤渣不会在阀体腔内堆积,有效的保护了阀门的密封面,同时避免了阀门卡死现象的发生。
3、在阀杆轴颈处、上下轴承套内圈喷涂WC和Ni60,使之表面硬度达到HRC60-HRC65,提高了耐磨性,延长了使用寿命。
4、在阀体衬套表面、阀座表面、球体内壁,均喷涂碳化钨WC,提高了表面硬度,使之更加耐冲蚀、耐磨损、耐腐蚀,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀,包括阀体6、球体7、阀杆1、阀座9、阀体衬套8、填料2、填料压盖3,球体7安装在阀体6内部,两者之间形成阀体腔10,球体7与阀座9形成密封副,阀杆1穿过阀体6上部,贯穿球体7,下端伸入阀体6下部的盲孔12内,阀杆1与球体7焊接,阀杆1轴颈处设有上轴承套5与阀体6配合,阀杆1位于阀体6盲孔12内部分设有下轴承套11与阀体6配合,阀杆1位于上轴承套5上部段与阀体6之间设置有填料2,填料2通过填料压盖3固定,填料压盖3通过螺栓与阀体6固定连接,填料压盖6与上轴承套5之间留有间隙,阀体6位于流道处,内壁设置有阀体衬套8,阀体6上固定连接有吹扫装置4以及清洗装置13,吹扫装置4与上轴承套5和填料压盖3之间的间隙相通,清洗装置13与阀体腔10相通。吹扫装置4为无缝管,其一端带有NPN螺纹,另一端带有焊接坡口,无缝管数量至少一根,无缝管外接气源,使气体进入上轴承套与填料压盖之间的间隙,来实现吹扫进入上轴承套与阀杆间隙处的细小煤粉,避免了阀门开关不灵活或卡塞现象;清洗装置13为连通组件,连通组件为一带有焊接坡口的无缝管15与一对焊法兰14焊接形成,连通组件数量至少一件,连通组件外接介质(水)进行间断性冲洗,保证煤渣不会在阀体腔内堆积,有效的保护了阀门的密封面,同时避免了阀门卡死现象的发生。阀杆1轴颈处、上轴承套5内圈、下轴承套11内圈,均喷涂WC和Ni60,使之表面硬度达到HRC60-HRC65,提高了耐磨性;阀体衬套8表面、阀座9表面、球体7内壁,均喷涂碳化钨WC,提高了表面硬度,使之更加耐冲蚀、耐磨损、耐腐蚀,延长了使用寿命。

1.一种煤化工用带吹扫、冲洗装置的锁渣、锁斗阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆、阀座、阀体衬套、填料、填料压盖,球体安装在阀体内部,两者之间形成阀体腔,球体与阀座形成密封副,阀杆穿过阀体上部,贯穿球体,下端伸入阀体下部的盲孔内,所述阀杆与球体焊接,阀杆轴颈处设有上轴承套与阀体配合,阀杆位于阀体盲孔内部分设有下轴承套与阀体配合,阀杆位于上轴承套上部段与阀体之间设置有填料,填料通过填料压盖固定,填料压盖通过紧固件与阀体固定连接,所述填料压盖与上轴承套之间留有间隙,所述阀体位于流道处,内壁设置有阀体衬套,其特征在于:所述阀体上固定连接有吹扫装置以及清洗装置,所述吹扫装置与上轴承套和填料压盖之间的间隙相通,所述清洗装置与阀体腔相通,所述吹扫装置为无缝管,其一端带有NPN螺纹,另一端带有焊接坡口,所述无缝管数量至少一根,所述清洗装置为连通组件,所述连通组件为一带有焊接坡口的无缝管与一对焊法兰焊接形成,所述连通组件数量至少一件,所述阀杆轴颈处、上下轴承套内圈,均喷涂WC和Ni60,所述阀体衬套表面、阀座表面、球体内壁,均喷涂碳化钨WC。
