本发明公开了一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，属于阀门领域。该带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀包括阀体、旋塞体、阀杆，其特征在于：所述旋塞体上部设有阻止旋塞体上浮的挡块，旋塞体与阀体之间设置有与旋塞体紧密贴合的阀座；所述阀座为聚四氟乙烯材质，形状与旋塞体适配；所述阀体内进出口位子还开有环槽，环槽连通到阀体外表面，环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网，过滤网设有金属固定边框，金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内；所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。本发明结构简单，操作容易，密封性能好，并能增强旋塞体的使用寿命，节约经济成本。

技术领域
    本发明涉及阀门领域，具体是一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀。
背景技术
   旋塞阀主要用于切断、接通以及节流介质，广泛用于油田开采、输送和精炼设备中，同时也广泛用于石油化工、化工、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、暖通行业以及一般工业中。
旋塞阀常用状态为常开式，当需要对阀门进行锁闭的时候，扳动阀杆，带动上端面大、下端面小的旋塞体选装90度，强制关闭流通通道。但在长期使用过程中，普通旋塞体由于是采用面密封，其密封性能差。且在恶劣工况中的使用中，经常因为介质脏，易产生结垢，旋塞体磨损严重，使用寿命短。
发明内容     本发明旨在提供一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，旨在解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，包括阀体、旋塞体、阀杆，其特征在于：所述旋塞体上部设有阻止旋塞体上浮的挡块，旋塞体与阀体之间设置有与旋塞体紧密贴合的阀座；所述阀座为聚四氟乙烯材质，形状与旋塞体适配；所述阀体内进出口位子还开有环槽，环槽连通到阀体外表面，环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网，过滤网设有金属固定边框，金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内；所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。
进一步地，所述阀体外表面开有与环槽适配的孔格，并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖。
进一步地，所述阀座与阀体之间还设置有弹性补偿元件，包括弹簧与弹簧座，弹簧座卡在阀体内。
进一步地，所述金属固定边框设置有拉钩。
本发明的有益效果在于：
一、采用聚四氟乙烯软密封阀座，密封性能更好，解决一般旋塞阀密封性能差的问题。
二、采用阀座进行密封，将普通旋塞阀的面密封改为线密封，密封性能更好。
三、阀座与阀体之间还设有密封补偿机构，在软质阀座有所磨损，出现泄露时，能自动补偿，使其密封性能重新达到要求。
四、在介质流体通道内设置有过滤网，过滤网能够在恶劣工况中将大量残渣阻拦，避免进入旋塞体磨损过快。
五、同时在金属固定边框外包裹氟橡胶，能起到密封作用，避免介质从金属固定边框与阀体缝隙中泄露。
六、环槽连通到阀体外表面，在一段时间后，只需打开保护盖，拉起金属固定边框上的拉钩，就能将过滤网拉出清洗，清洗完后再将过滤网插入环槽内，结构简单，花费的时间少，经济实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，包括阀体1、旋塞体7、阀杆9，其特征在于：所述旋塞体7上部设有阻止旋塞体7上浮的挡块13，旋塞体7与阀体1之间设置有与旋塞体紧密贴合的阀座8；所述阀座8为聚四氟乙烯材质，形状与旋塞体7适配；所述阀体1内进出口位子设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网6，过滤网6设有金属固定边框，金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈11内，金属固定边框上还设置有拉钩10。所述氟橡胶圈11的直径大于介质流体通道的直径；所述的阀体1上还开有与氟橡胶圈11适配的环槽3，环槽3连通到阀体1外表面。所述阀体1外表面开有与环槽3适配的孔格，并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖2。所述阀座8与阀体1之间还设置有弹性补偿元件，包括弹簧4与弹簧座5，弹簧座5卡在阀体内。
在工作时，因使用聚四氟乙烯材质的软密封阀座8，将普通旋塞阀的面密封改为线密封，密封性能更好，旋塞阀适用的工况环境越宽泛。同时在阀体1的进出口设置方便取插的过滤网6，能够吸附大量的残渣，在金属固定边框外还抱过有氟橡胶圈，起到密封作用，防止介质从环槽的缝隙泄露。每经过一段时间，打开用于防尘的保护盖2，用钩子勾住拉钩即可从环槽内取出过滤网6进行清洗，简单快捷，效率高。

1.一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，包括阀体、旋塞体、阀杆，其特征在于：所述旋塞体上部设有阻止旋塞体上浮的挡块，旋塞体与阀体之间设置有与旋塞体紧密贴合的阀座；所述阀座为聚四氟乙烯材质，形状与旋塞体适配；所述阀体内进出口位子还开有环槽，环槽连通到阀体外表面，环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网，过滤网设有金属固定边框，金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内；所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，其特征在于：所述阀体外表面开有与环槽适配的孔格，并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，其特征在于：所述阀座与阀体之间还设置有弹性补偿元件，包括弹簧与弹簧座，弹簧座卡在阀体内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带过滤网的软密封旋塞阀，其特征在于：所述金属固定边框设置有拉钩。
