Abstract

本发明公布了高温高压球阀,减压阀、电磁阀和气缸依次连接,连接轴通过夹块与阀杆连成一体,气缸通过连接轴带动阀杆,阀杆带动阀体内的球体动作,所述球体与所述阀体内的阀座密封连接,所述阀座上设置有导向环,所述阀座上还设置有碟簧,碟簧具有特殊的斜面,碟簧可以补偿阀座在长期使用过程中的磨损,压紧阀座保证密封,球体具有切断流体介质功能和自清洁功能,同时底轴防颗粒设计保证在高温条件下密封介质。本发明的高温高压球阀由电磁阀控制,由于其设计结构独特,球体及密封环经过特殊硬化处理,适用于高温、高压、防腐蚀以及含有颗粒物、浆料、纤维等杂质的各种流体的切断;该球阀动作灵活,启闭力矩小,密封性能优异,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温高压球阀。
背景技术
目前国内市场上,选择切断阀应综合考虑泄漏率、介质种类、介质、温度、流量系数等各种参数和性价比。在如下优选秩序中,先考虑硬密封,再考虑软密封,切断阀的主要阀型如下:(1)全功能超轻型调节阀、(2)三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀、(3)双偏心球面密封蝶阀、(4)球阀、(5)偏心旋转阀、(6)单座阀、(7)单座套筒阀、(8)软密封阀。
在要求较高的应用场合都会对调节阀提出切断要求,因此切断功能是调节阀的一个重要的使用功能和内在质量指标(对切断等级的划分及标准见相关资料)。在现场使用中,往往会出现调节阀切断不好,泄漏大等故障。除因堵卡、允许压差过小而被顶开等原因造成的泄漏增加外,绝大部分都是由于调节阀的结构缺陷和选型不当造成的。
高温、高压、大压差、大口径切断是一个比较普遍的难题,主要原因是缺少同时具有允许压差大、切断好、耐高温膨胀卡的阀,如高压蒸汽调节与切断,因压差大(1~3MPa或更大),口径大(DN200~300),不得不采用平衡式的双密封结构(如双座阀或双密封套筒阀),经特殊处理,泄漏率可达10-4,再提高就困难了,而全功能超轻型调节阀综合性能好,可较好的解决这一难题,泄漏率可达10-6~10-7以上。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种高温高压球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明高温高压球阀包括减压阀、电磁阀、气缸、连接轴、阀杆和阀体,减压阀、电磁阀和气缸依次连接,连接轴通过夹块与阀杆连成一体,气缸通过连接轴带动阀杆,阀杆带动阀体内的球体动作,所述球体与所述阀体内的阀座密封连接,所述阀座上设置有导向环。阀座导向型设计,外部承接导向环,固定阀座平稳滑动,内部具有防颗粒型石墨密封,作用是密封球体。所述球体上有直通孔,上下位置为花键以及圆孔定位,转动后具有切断流体介质功能。
进一步的,所述阀座上还设置有碟簧,碟簧外设置有用于密封的石墨环,碟簧与石墨环之间设置有垫环,阀座这种定型弹簧型设计、具有特殊的斜面,保证碟簧最有效力。碟簧补偿阀座在长期使用过程中的磨损,压紧阀座保证密封。
进一步的,所述阀体的四角上分别设置有用于固定阀体门的阀体帽。阀体与阀体帽组成一体,确保阀门在管道上固定。
进一步的,所述阀杆外设置有轴套,所述轴套内装有填料,在所述轴套的靠近夹块端内设置有填料压盖,所述轴套的另一端内设置有填料垫。填料可以密封阀体内介质,使得介质不外漏。
进一步的,所述轴套外设置有填料压板,所述填料压板通过螺丝螺母固定在支架上,所述支架通过六角螺栓固定在气缸上。
进一步的,所述球体的下端设置有底轴,所述底轴通过底法兰设置在阀体底部,所述底轴的上端设置有底轴套。
进一步的,所述气缸上设置有限位开关。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的高温高压球阀,阀座导向型设计,内部具有防颗粒型石墨密封,外部承接导向环,固定阀座平稳滑动。阀座高温型设计,采用特殊材料加工,避免高温硬度降低,高温石墨密封。球体自清洁设计,内部特殊卡槽,开关具有自清洁功能。底轴防颗粒设计,特种高温密封材料,保证在高温条件下密封介质。阀座上还设置有碟簧,碟簧外设置有用于密封的高温石墨环,碟簧具有特殊的斜面,保证碟簧最有效力,碟簧可以补偿阀座在长期使用过程中的磨损,压紧阀座保证密封。球体上有直通孔,上下位置为花键以及圆孔定位,转动后具有切断流体介质功能和自清洁功能。
本发明的高温高压球阀由电磁阀控制,弥补目前国内市场上切断阀在高温高压场合的空缺,实现高温高压条件下能平稳运行。本发明由于其设计结构独特,球体及密封环经过特殊硬化处理,适用于高温、高压、防腐蚀以及含有颗粒物、浆料、纤维等杂质的各种流体的切断;该球阀动作灵活,启闭力矩小,密封性能优异,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1和图2所示,一种高温高压球阀,包括减压阀1、电磁阀3、气缸2、连接轴5、阀杆7和阀体9,其特征在于,减压阀1、电磁阀3和气缸2依次连接,连接轴5通过夹块4与阀杆7连成一体,气缸2通过连接轴5带动阀杆7,阀杆7带动阀体9内的球体8动作,所述球体8与所述阀体9内的阀座10密封连接,所述阀座10上设置有导向环11。所述阀座10上还设置有碟簧12,碟簧12外设置有用于密封的石墨环13,碟簧12与石墨环13之间设置有垫环14。所述阀体9的四角上分别设置有用于固定阀体门的阀体帽15。所述阀杆7外设置有轴套16,所述轴套16内装有填料17,在所述轴套16的靠近夹块端内设置有填料压盖18,所述轴套的另一端内设置有填料垫19。所述轴套16外设置有填料压板20,所述填料压板20通过螺丝螺母21固定在支架22上,所述支架22通过六角螺栓23固定在气缸2上。所述球体8的下端设置有底轴24,所述底轴24通过底法兰25设置在阀体9底部,所述底轴24的上端设置有底轴套26。所述气缸上设置有限位开关26。
本发明的高温高压球阀的工作原理是:
电磁阀励磁得电,减压阀的气体经过电磁阀进入气缸,气推动气缸内活塞,活塞带动连接轴,连接轴与阀杆是通过夹块连成一体。阀杆扭转带动阀体内球体相应动作。球体中间一向通,球体与阀座密封,保证介质从阀座处切断,实现对流体的切断功能与联通功能。
本发明的高温高压球阀由电磁阀控制,弥补目前国内市场上切断阀在高温高压场合的空缺,实现高温高压条件下能平稳运行。本发明由于其设计结构独特,球体及密封环经过特殊硬化处理,适用于高温、高压、防腐蚀以及含有颗粒物、浆料、纤维等杂质的各种流体的切断;该球阀动作灵活,启闭力矩小,密封性能优异,使用寿命长。

Claims (7)

1.高温高压球阀,包括减压阀、电磁阀、气缸、连接轴、阀杆和阀体,其特征在于,减压阀、电磁阀和气缸依次连接,连接轴通过夹块与阀杆连成一体,气缸通过连接轴带动阀杆,阀杆带动阀体内的球体动作,所述球体与所述阀体内的阀座密封连接,所述阀座上设置有导向环。
2.如权利要求1所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述阀座上还设置有碟簧,碟簧外设置有用于密封的石墨环,碟簧与石墨环之间设置有垫环。
3.如权利要求1所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的四角上分别设置有用于固定阀体门的阀体帽。
4.如权利要求1所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆外设置有轴套,所述轴套内装有填料,在所述轴套的靠近夹块端内设置有填料压盖,所述轴套的另一端内设置有填料垫。
5.如权利要求4所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述轴套外设置有填料压板,所述填料压板通过螺丝螺母固定在支架上,所述支架通过六角螺栓固定在气缸上。
6.如权利要求1所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述球体的下端设置有底轴,所述底轴通过底法兰设置在阀体底部,所述底轴的上端设置有底轴套。
7.如权利要求1所述的高温高压球阀,其特征在于,所述气缸上设置有限位开关。
