技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对(扁平)物品、尤其是卫生用品如纸尿裤进行分组的设备,其中,待分组的物品在供应输送机上被逐个且依次地运输并被供应给分组输送机。另外,本发明还涉及一种相应的方法。
背景技术
在实践中常见的是,待分组的物品在供应输送机上被逐个且彼此隔开距离地运输并由供应输送机转移到随后的具有用于物品的隔室的(分组)输送机中。分组输送机例如可以是隔室输送机,其具有多个分别用于一个物品的隔室。然后在接下来的过程中多个物品被推出隔室输送机以便形成一组物品。
这种解决方案的缺点是,隔室输送机的空间需求极大。隔室输送机的大尺寸不利地影响包装线的相应适配的总布局。
另一缺点在于,由于隔室输送机的大尺寸,在故障时难以接近包装线中的各个工位。此外,只能高投入地改装已知的隔室输送机,使得隔室输送机仅可受限地用于不同尺寸的物品。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所基于的任务在于尤其是在尽可能减少空间需求方面改进开头所提类型的设备和方法。
为了解决该任务,根据本发明的设备规定,分组输送机具有多个分别用于一组物品的隔室,物品优选直立地、尤其是紧密邻接地设置在所述隔室中,并且物品可通过供应输送机相对于分组输送机的输送方向成角度地、尤其是大致横向于分组输送机的输送方向被供应并且可借助大致锥形的输送机沿分组输送机的运输方向被输送以便在一个隔室中形成一组物品。
本发明的一个特征可在于使用具有大致(截)锥形形状的特殊的输送机。所述输送机可被旋转驱动,其中,物品在通过输送机运输期间贴靠在输送机外周面的区域中。
另一特征可在于该输送机的空间设置,即,该输送机可围绕直立的旋转轴线被旋转驱动,其中,所述旋转轴线围绕两个轴线倾斜于垂线,使得外周面的为运输而贴靠物品的区域大致横向于物品的运输轨迹、尤其是垂直于该运输轨迹地定向,并且物品的运输轨迹大致与输送机的外周面相切地延伸。通过这种方式待运输的物品和输送机的圆周面彼此最佳地定向。
根据本发明的一种有利的扩展方案规定,所述旋转轴线偏心设置和/或输送机的半径在圆周上变化,使得物品在输送机旋转时可相对于供应输送机的输送方向成角度地、尤其是横向于供应输送机的输送方向或者说大致沿分组输送机的运输方向被输送。
输送机基于结构特殊性不仅沿供应输送机的运输方向继续输送物品,而且也相对于分组输送机的输送方向成角度地、尤其是横向于分组输送机的运输方向输送物品。输送机因此用于在两个方向上将物品运输到分组输送机的(水平)平面中。
本发明的另一特征可在于,在输送机的工作区域中定位有用于发出沿分组输送机的输送方向侧向作用于物品的空气流的装置、尤其是鼓风装置。鼓风装置可满足多个目的。一方面,鼓风装置可帮助将物品沿分组输送机的输送方向运输。另一方面,鼓风装置可抑制已位于隔室中的物品的倾倒。此类事件尤其是在隔室尚未完全填满、即在填充过程期间或只能或只应部分填充隔室时容易发生。
同样有利的是,分组输送机设有一些元件用于以负压加载物品。通过这种方式可防止或至少抑制物品在于分组输送机上运输时不保持在分组输送机上规定的位置中。
在结构方面的一个特征在于,构造在分组输送机上的隔室通过输送回行段的带动器限定,其中,物品突出于带动器的上侧并且输送机设置在带动器上方以便运输物品。此外优选规定,所述带动器的上侧逆着物品在分组输送机上的供应方向构造成倾斜下降的。通过这种方式可防止物品与带动器碰撞并且因此阻断供应。

具体实施方式
下面借助一种用于对物品10进行分组的设备来说明本发明。物品10可以是(已包装的)卫生用品,如纸尿裤、卫生巾或擦净布。
在当前情况下,物品10具有扁平形状并且借助所述设备被合并成产品组11。在产品组11内,物品10以大面积的正面或背面相互贴靠并且优选紧密邻接地贴靠。
接下来说明的设备可以是物品10的包装线或生产线的一部分。但仅说明该线的对于分组过程而言重要的区域。
该设备的核心机构是分组输送机12。该分组输送机12具有接连的多个分别用于接纳一个由物品10构成的产品组11的隔室13。
在当前情况下,分组输送机12构造成具有输送回行段14的循环输送机,该输送回行段经由导向辊15引导。一个或多个所述导向辊15可借助相应的驱动装置22驱动。驱动装置22优选连续工作。
在输送回行段14上彼此隔开距离地设置带动器16,所述带动器垂直或者说径向于输送回行段14设置。带动器16横向于分组输送机12的输送方向限定隔室13,在此两个接连的隔室13通过一个共同的带动器16彼此分开。分组输送机12的输送方向用箭头17表示。
两个带动器16之间的沿分组输送机12输送方向的距离对应于产品组11的相应宽度。所述带动器16之间的距离也可选择为使得产品组11被稍微压缩。
物品10的分组在分组输送机12的上回行段18的区域中进行。设有供应输送机19,借助该供应输送机逐个且沿运输方向彼此隔开距离地运输物品10。供应输送机19的运输方向相对于分组输送机12成角度地、尤其是横向于分组输送机定向,从而物品10可被送入侧面开口的隔室13中。
在当前情况下,物品10在供应输送机19的区域中以相同的相对位置被运输,这些物品也以该相对位置设置在分组输送机12的隔室13中。物品10以一个窄面支承在或者说站立在分组输送机12的上回行段18上。相应地,物品10以相同的相对位置并且大致等高地通过供应输送机19供应。

止挡装置23在当前情况下构造为循环输送机,该循环输送机的输送回行段15沿上回行段18的相应边缘延伸并且用作物品10的侧面止挡。特别之处在于,可在输送回行段15的区域中以负压加载物品10。为此在输送回行段15的背离物品10的一侧上沿输送回行段15延伸有抽风箱22。该抽风箱22可与负压源连接并且构造用于在输送回行段15的相应长度上在输送回行段15的朝向物品10的一侧上生成负压。输送回行段15为此可被相应构造。通过这种方式防止物品10因过于猛烈地撞击侧面的止挡装置而被撞回到输送路径中。
一个特征在于设有特殊的输送机24,用于在将物品供应给分组输送机12的供应区域中运输物品10。
所述输送机24可借助驱动装置27围绕直立轴线25被旋转驱动并且具有外周面26,该外周面为了运输物品10而根据物品的供应被定向。
在当前情况下,物品10被直立地供应并且相切地贴靠在输送机24的外周面26上,由此物品可沿供应输送机19的运输方向被继续运输。此外输送机24同时构造用于沿分组输送机12的输送方向侧向运输物品10。为此目的,输送机24构造成锥形的、尤其是截锥形的且具有大致直立环绕的外周面26。为了侧向运输被供应的物品10,输送机24的横截面构造成不规则的,即,在横截面圆周上具有变化的半径。通过这种方式,物品10在贴靠到外周面26上时通过增加的半径侧向于分组输送机12的输送方向运动。在此,可选择这样设置输送机24,使得已位于分组输送机12隔室13中的产品组11沿输送方向被压缩。
输送机24的轴线25在当前情况下在两个方向上倾斜于垂线地构造,从而外周面26在与待被直立运输的物品10的接触区域中平行于物品定向以便使物品10与输送机24的圆周相切定向。
如上所述,输送机24的半径在其圆周上变化。半径可连续变化,即首先连续增加并且之后再次减小到初始半径。作为替换方案,半径可如在当前情况中那样连续增加,以便随后在凸台区域中跳跃式或者说突然地减小。通过这种方式可在外周面26中形成凸台28。该凸台28可用作被供应的物品10的止挡。作为替换方案也可想到,凸台28用于帮助使物品10侧向于分组输送机12的输送方向输出。在前一种情况下,可想到使输送机24的旋转速度小于物品10的供应速度,从而物品10在由凸台28构成的边缘上受控地被引导(图4)。在后一种情况下,可想到使输送机24的旋转速度大于物品10的供应速度,从而物品10不碰撞到凸台28上,而是通过凸台侧向于分组输送机10的输送方向被加速(图5)。
代替所描述的输送机24的(截)锥形形状也可想到输送机的圆筒形形状,在此通过偏心的旋转轴线也可侧向运输物品10。
如图2可见,输送机24设置在带动器16上方。在此带动器16在其构造上特别适配于输送机24的定向。一方面带动器16的上侧朝向供应输送机19的方向下降。通过这种方式考虑了旋转轴线25的倾斜。另一方面,通过这种方式带动器16的高度在物品10的供应区域中很小,从而物品10与带动器16的意外碰撞不引起该区域中的供应阻断。而且,带动器16总是构成如此小的止挡边缘,使得物品10从侧面滑过带动器16。
此外,图2示出带动器16的高度(显著)小于物品10的高度,从而物品可通过带动器16上方的输送机24被运输。
在止挡装置23的区域中,带动器16还具有凹部29,在该凹部的区域中延伸有输送回行段15或抽风箱22。止挡装置23距分组输送机12的纵向中轴线的距离构造成根据双向箭头30(图2)可调节的。
作为另一特征,可通过压缩空气帮助将物品10在分组输送机12的至少一个隔室13中分组。为此在输送机24的工作区域中设置鼓风装置31。该鼓风装置31具有喷嘴,通过该喷嘴可将压缩空气侧向吹到位于隔室13中的物品10上(图1)。通过这种方式例如在产品组11未填满隔室13时防止物品10倾倒。倾倒原因例如可想到的有产品组11比计划小或在供应物品10时发生故障。此外,鼓风装置31也可帮助将被供应的物品10通过输送机24侧向运输(图5)。
为了将物品10位置固定在分组输送机12的上回行段18上,一方面带动器16做出贡献,所述带动器横向于分组输送机12的运输方向限定隔室13。另一方面,在止挡装置23的区域中向物品10的端面施加的负压对此做出贡献。另一贡献由在分组输送机12的区域中的相应的负压装置做出。为此,分组输送机在上回行段18的区域中具有通孔32,经由所述通孔通过设置在上回行段18下方的抽风箱33将物品吸附到上回行段18上。
在当前情况下,分组输送机12构造为小型链式输送机其也设有带动器16。小型链式驱动装置34在上回行段18下方被引导,其中,抽风箱33在该驱动装置两侧沿分组输送机12的纵向方向延伸。
在结构上,供应输送机19、输送机24和鼓风装置31连接成一个共同的可移动的单元。所述单元支承于滑座35上,该滑座35可侧向、即平行于分组输送机12的输送方向移动地支承在轨道36上。具有驱动装置27的输送机24通过弓形件37与滑座35连接。在物品10被错误地供应给分组输送机12时,该单元可侧向移动,以便补偿输送流中的空缺。
在于隔室13中形成产品组11后,产品组11可通过未示出的推出装置被输出分组输送机12的隔室13。为此,推出装置30可具有推板,该推板可相对于分组输送机的输送方向成角度地、优选横向于分组输送机12的输送方向移动,以便在两个带动器16之间穿过接触到产品组11并将其横向于分组输送机12推出。由于分组输送机12连续被驱动,所以推板的推出运动可与朝向分组输送机12的输送方向的运动叠加。
借助未示出的控制装置使输送机24的驱动装置27和/或分组输送机12的驱动装置34和/或滑座的驱动装置(未示出)和/或推出装置的驱动装置协调一致。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于对扁平物品(10)进行分组的设备,其中,待分组的物品(10)能够在供应输送机(19)上被逐个且依次地运输并能够被供应给分组输送机(12),其中,所述分组输送机(12)具有多个分别用于一组(11)物品(10)的隔室(13),物品(10)设置在所述隔室中,其中,物品(10)能够通过供应输送机(19)相对于分组输送机(12)的输送方向成角度地被供应并且能够借助大致锥形的输送机(24)沿分组输送机(12)的运输方向被输送以便在一个隔室(13)中形成一组(11)物品(10),
其特征在于,所述输送机(24)能够被旋转驱动,并且物品(10)在通过该输送机(24)运输期间贴靠在该输送机(24)外周面(26)的区域中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述输送机(24)能够围绕直立的旋转轴线(25)被旋转驱动,其中,所述旋转轴线(25)围绕两个轴线倾斜于垂线,使得外周面(26)的为运输而贴靠物品(10)的区域大致横向于物品(10)的运输轨迹定向,并且物品(10)的运输轨迹大致与输送机(24)的外周面(26)相切地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述旋转轴线(25)偏心设置和/或输送机(24)的半径在圆周上变化,使得物品(10)在输送机(24)旋转时能够相对于供应输送机(19)的输送方向成角度地或者说大致沿分组输送机(12)的运输方向被输送。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,在输送机(24)外周面(26)的区域中构造有用于物品(10)的凸台(28),用于在物品被供应给分组输送机(12)时贴靠物品(10)的沿输送方向位于前方的边缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述被旋转驱动的输送机(24)的圆周速度大于物品(10)的供应速度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,在输送机(24)的工作区域中定位有用于发出沿分组输送机(12)的输送方向侧向作用于物品(10)的空气流的鼓风装置(31)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述物品(10)能够在分组输送机(12)的输送回行段(18)上被固定不动地运输,其中,所述输送回行段(18)构造用于以负压加载所述物品(10)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分组输送机(12)至少在物品(10)的供应区域中具有横向于物品(10)在供应输送机(19)上的运输方向定向的止挡装置(23),其中,该止挡装置(23)构造用于以负压加载所述物品(10)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述供应输送机(19)的输出侧的端部、输送机(24)和鼓风装置(31)连接成一个共同的可移动的单元,所述单元能够平行于分组输送机(12)侧向移动。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,构造在分组输送机(12)上的隔室(13)通过输送回行段(18)的带动器(16)限定,其中,物品(10)突出于带动器(16)的上侧并且输送机(24)设置在带动器(16)上方以便运输所述物品(10)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述带动器(16)的上侧构造成逆着物品(10)的供应方向在分组输送机(12)上倾斜下降。
12.一种用于对扁平物品(10)进行分组的方法,其中,待分组的物品(10)在供应输送机(19)上被逐个且依次地运输并被供应给分组输送机(12),其中,所述分组输送机(12)具有多个分别用于一组(11)物品(10)的隔室(13),物品(10)设置在所述隔室中,其中,物品(10)通过供应输送机(19)相对于分组输送机(12)的输送方向成角度地被供应并且借助大致锥形的输送机(24)沿分组输送机(12)的运输方向被输送以便在一个隔室(13)中形成一组(11)物品(10),
其特征在于,所述输送机被旋转驱动,并且物品在被运输期间贴靠在该输送机(24)外周面(26)的区域中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,被供应给分组输送机(12)的物品(10)在输送机(24)的工作区域中被空气流加载,所述空气流沿分组输送机(12)的输送方向侧向作用于物品(10)。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物品(10)在分组输送机(12)的区域中借助负压保持在分组输送机(12)的输送回行段(18)和/或侧面的止挡装置(23)上。
