Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗静电高耐热三元乙丙橡胶组合物;包括三元乙丙橡胶100份、1份防老剂RD、5份聚乙二醇、20份快压出N550、30份半补强N774、50份石蜡油3912、50~100份陶土、3~5份过氧化异丙苯、0.5~2份助交联剂TAC。本发明中通过对研究发现,调整填料陶土及硫化剂过氧化异丙苯和助交联剂TAC用量,才能使产品满足抗静电、高耐热三元乙丙橡胶组合物,通过此配方生产的三元乙丙橡胶胶管能够满足上述性能要求。

Description

一种抗静电、高耐热三元乙丙橡胶组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶配方技术领域,特别是一种抗静电高耐热三元乙丙橡胶组合物。
背景技术
由于汽车在运行过程中,摩擦生成静电,作为主要是金属部件的车身,不能避免的就会是整车都会受到静电的危害。作为输送冷却液为主的三元乙丙橡胶胶管来说,当胶管本身的体积电阻低于1×10-3Ω时,摩擦生成的静电会对橡胶管本身造成一定的破坏,就会出现胶管性能下降最终导致胶管泄漏,从而丧失使用性能。
鉴于以上原因,就需要有一种相对应的三元乙丙橡胶组合物来满足顾客需求,在保证良好的耐静电性能,还要保证耐高温135℃时性能优异。
对于此类产品性能要求如下:
1、耐体积电阻达到1×10-5Ω;
2、耐热空气老化135℃下72小时拉伸强度性能
发明内容
本发明是在三元乙丙橡胶为主体材料的基础上,配以过氧化物硫化体系来实现以上要求的。
三元乙丙橡胶组合物的配方及质量份数如下:
