Abstract

本发明公开了一种激光方管切割机横向进给机构,包括齿轮,辅助齿轮,齿条,同步夹紧机构,旋转机构,卡盘,直线行走伺服电机和旋转伺服电机。其中所述横向进给机构由旋转轴带动方管360度旋转,且与中心架同步同向旋转。横向进给机构的卡盘将方管夹住,在中心架卡盘的辅助支撑下,由直线行走电机带动方管轴向移动。本发明结构紧凑、合理,同步旋转精度高,同步夹紧效果好,横向移动反应迅速。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种激光方管切割机横向进给机构,属于激光方管切割机设备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]目前国内广泛使用的传统切割机横向进给机构有两个液压卡盘,切割时用卡盘夹紧方管,并绕主轴旋转,由于方管旋转对切割的影响,只能采用低速运转,生产效率低下。而且还容易产生方管碰伤和弯曲现象,使切割质量也差。
[0003] 激光切割技术由于具有减少加工时间,降低加工成本,提高工件质量的优点,被广泛应用到金属和非金属材料的加工中,激光切割加工也逐渐取代传统刀具。现有的传统切割机横向进给机构不能满足激光切割中的要求,因此需要一种能够适应于激光切割加工的移动灵活、同步旋转精度高、生产效率高、切割方管质量好、能实现自动夹紧的激光方管切割机横向进给机构。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明主要的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种移动灵活、同步旋转精度高、生产效率高、切割方管质量好、能实现自动夹紧的激光方管切割机横向进给机构。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
[0006] 一种激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征在于:包括直线运动控制机构,旋转机构,同步夹紧机构,卡盘,气缸,直线行走伺服电机,旋转伺服电机;所述气缸为四个,用于驱动所述同步夹紧机构夹紧或松开方管,所述旋转伺服电机驱动所述旋转机构与方管切割机的中心架同步同向旋转,所述直线行走伺服电机通过所述直线运动控制机构驱动夹紧的方管轴向进给或后退;所述直线运动控制机构包括齿轮、辅助齿轮和齿条,所述齿轮与所述直线行走伺服电机直接相连,所述齿轮与齿条啮合,所述齿条固定在切割机上,所述辅助齿轮与所述齿条啮合。
[0007] 优选的,所述横向进给机构的旋转机构与中心架的旋转机构的机械结构一样,横向进给机构的旋转电机与中心架的旋转电机设置成同步、同向,并且设置有位置误差监控

[0016] 如图1所示,本发明的进给机构主要包括齿轮1,辅助齿轮2,旋转机构3,同步夹紧机构4,卡盘5,气缸6,直线行走伺服电机7,旋转伺服电机8。
[0017] 如图1所示,气缸6共有四个,上面两个气缸驱动同步夹紧机构4使上下卡盘夹紧或松开,而下面两个气缸驱动同步夹紧机构使左右卡盘夹紧或松开,左右卡盘与上下卡盘同步的夹紧或松开。
[0018] 旋转伺服电机8驱动旋转机构与中心架同步同向旋转,位置误差监控装置(未给出)实时检测方管的位置,并反馈给上位机以调整旋转角度。
[0019] 直线行走伺服电机7直接与齿轮I连接,齿轮I与固定在机床上的齿条啮合以驱动夹紧的方管轴向进给或后退,辅助齿轮2与所述齿条啮合以稳定横向进给。
[0020] 如图2所示,中心架的卡盘9上装有滚轮10,卡盘9夹紧方管使其周向定位,以使方管跟随中心架与横向进给机构的旋转机构同步的旋转,而滚轮则可以使方管跟随横向进给机构轴向的进给或后退。在方管横向进给过程中,中心架的卡盘起辅助支撑作用。
[0021] 工作时,上料翻转机构把方管传送到位于主轴线的位置,横向进给机构的直线行走电机工作,带动横向进给机构前进,气缸通过驱动同步夹紧机构使卡盘同步运动夹紧工件,接着直线行走伺服电机工作带动横向进给机构继续轴向前进,使工件的另一端被中心架夹紧;在激光切割工件过程中,横向进给机构和中心架上的旋转电机工作,带动工件旋转,按工艺需要方管也可以轴向移动,以得到不同加工工艺的工件。

1.一种激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征在于,包括直线运动控制机构,旋转机构(3),同步夹紧机构(4),卡盘(5),气缸(6),直线行走伺服电机(7)和旋转伺服电机⑶;其中,所述气缸(6)为四个,用于驱动所述同步夹紧机构(4)夹紧或松开方管,所述旋转伺服电机(8)驱动所述旋转机构(3)与方管切割机的中心架同步同向旋转,所述直线行走伺服电机(7)通过所述直线运动控制机构驱动夹紧的方管轴向进给或后退;其中,所述直线运动控制机构包括齿轮(I)、辅助齿轮(2)和齿条,所述齿轮(I)与所述直线行走伺服电机(7)直接相连,所述齿轮(I)与齿条啮合,所述齿条固定在切割机上,所述辅助齿轮(2)与所述齿条啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征是:所述横向进给机构的旋转机构(3)与中心架的旋转机构的机械结构一样,横向进给机构的旋转电机与中心架的旋转电机设置成同步、同向,并且设置有位置误差监控装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征是:所述直线行走伺服电机的功率为3000W。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征是:所述旋转伺服电机的功率为3000W。
5.根据权利要求4所述的激光方管切割机横向进给机构,其特征是:所述齿轮(I)与齿条啮合传动比为1:10。
