本发明属于营养保健食品领域,具体为一种山药黄芪分散片及制备方法。
背景技术
子宫脱垂是指子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降,子宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下,甚至子宫全部脱出于阴道口外。临床表现:下坠感及腰酸;阴道肿物脱出,最初于腹压增加时脱出,严重者不能还纳,长期摩擦可发生糜烂;排尿或排便困难;检查发现子宫脱垂。目前虽然也有很多子宫脱垂疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种补气升阳,滋阴补虚、增强免疫力的山药黄芪分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种山药黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药500-700份、黄芪200-400份、微晶纤维素40-60份、黄芪提取物0.12-0.32份、云芝提取物0.12-0.32份、大豆分离蛋白4-6份、维生素C 1-2份、维生素E 0.01-0.02份、甘露醇100-170份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份、硬脂酸镁4-6份。
作为优选,所述的一种山药黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药600份、黄芪300份、微晶纤维素50份、黄芪提取物0.22份、云芝提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份。
一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药,除去杂质,洗净,放入0.2%的食盐水中浸泡浸泡10-20 min,在45-55℃范围内干燥后切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅内文火炒制,炒至表面焦黄,将炒制后的山药片放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度在60-90℃范围内,干燥1-3h,将干燥后的山药放入锤式粉碎机内粉碎至500-800目,粉碎机功率3kw,转1000-1500r/min,过300目筛,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料黄芪洗净,放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度40-55℃范围内,干燥0.5-1.5h,用粗粉碎机粉碎成30-50目,加乙醇提取,提取条件为乙醇浓度为60-90%,加乙醇提取1-3次,加乙醇量为黄芪质量倍的6-12倍量,每次1-2h,温度控制在70℃至沸腾,合并提取液过滤,滤液真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的黄芪浸膏,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得黄芪浸膏搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、黄芪提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E份、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药黄芪分散片。

所述的步骤(2)中取原料黄芪洗净,放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度55℃条件下干燥0.5h,用粗粉碎机粉碎成30目,加乙醇提取,提取条件为乙醇浓度为70%,加乙醇提取3次,加乙醇量为黄芪质量倍的6倍量,每次1.5h,温度控制在70℃至沸腾,合并提取液过滤,滤液真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15的黄芪浸膏。

实施例2
一种山药黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药600份、黄芪300份、微晶纤维素50份、黄芪提取物0.22份、云芝提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份。
一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
((1)取新鲜山药,除去杂质,洗净,放入0.2%的食盐水中浸泡浸泡10-20 min,在45-55℃范围内干燥后切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅内文火炒制,炒至表面焦黄,将炒制后的山药片放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度在60-90℃范围内,干燥1-3h,将干燥后的山药放入锤式粉碎机内粉碎至500-800目,粉碎机功率3kw,转1000-1500r/min,过300目筛,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料黄芪洗净,放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度40-55℃范围内,干燥0.5-1.5h,用粗粉碎机粉碎成30-50目,加乙醇提取,提取条件为乙醇浓度为60-90%,加乙醇提取1-3次,加乙醇量为黄芪质量倍的6-12倍量,每次1-2h,温度控制在70℃至沸腾,合并提取液过滤,滤液真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的黄芪浸膏,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得黄芪浸膏搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、黄芪提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E份、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药黄芪分散片。
实施例3
一种山药黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药700份、黄芪400份、微晶纤维素60份、黄芪提取物0.32份、云芝提取物0.32份、大豆分离蛋白6份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 0.02份、甘露醇170份、三氯蔗糖15份、微粉硅胶50份、羧甲基纤维素5份、羧甲基淀粉钠80份、硬脂酸镁6份。
一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药,除去杂质,洗净,放入0.2%的食盐水中浸泡浸泡10-20 min,在45-55℃范围内干燥后切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅内文火炒制,炒至表面焦黄,将炒制后的山药片放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度在60-90℃范围内,干燥1-3h,将干燥后的山药放入锤式粉碎机内粉碎至500-800目,粉碎机功率3kw,转1000-1500r/min,过300目筛,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料黄芪洗净,放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度40-55℃范围内,干燥0.5-1.5h,用粗粉碎机粉碎成30-50目,加乙醇提取,提取条件为乙醇浓度为60-90%,加乙醇提取1-3次,加乙醇量为黄芪质量倍的6-12倍量,每次1-2h,温度控制在70℃至沸腾,合并提取液过滤,滤液真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的黄芪浸膏,备用;

(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、黄芪提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E份、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药黄芪分散片。

Claims (5)
1.一种山药黄芪分散片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药500-700份、黄芪200-400份、微晶纤维素40-60份、黄芪提取物0.12-0.32份、云芝提取物0.12-0.32份、大豆分离蛋白4-6份、维生素C 1-2份、维生素E 0.01-0.02份、甘露醇100-170份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份、硬脂酸镁4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种山药黄芪分散片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药600份、黄芪300份、微晶纤维素50份、黄芪提取物0.22份、云芝提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份。
3.一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:

(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、黄芪提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E份、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药黄芪分散片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中取新鲜山药,除去杂质,洗净,放入0.2%的食盐水中浸泡浸泡15 min,在55℃条件下干燥后切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅内文火炒制,炒至表面焦黄,将炒制后的山药片放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度在65℃条件下,干燥2.5h,将干燥后的山药放入锤式粉碎机内粉碎至600目,粉碎机功率3kw,转1000-1500r/min,过300目筛,得到山药粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种山药黄芪分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中取原料黄芪洗净,放入电热干燥箱内干燥,温度55℃条件下干燥0.5h,用粗粉碎机粉碎成30目,加乙醇提取,提取条件为乙醇浓度为70%,加乙醇提取3次,加乙醇量为黄芪质量倍的6倍量,每次1.5h,温度控制在70℃至沸腾,合并提取液过滤,滤液真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.15的黄芪浸膏。
