背景技术
目前市场上的凉茶、滋补养生茶甚多,也有一些清热解毒、凉血活血、滋阴补肾,祛暑消夏、止咳生津作用的凉茶,如竹叶凉茶是由甘草、竹叶、菊花、麦冬、党参等混合制成,具有清热祛火,滋阴明目,健脾去暑等功效;保健饮料金银花露主要含有金银花,矿泉水、白糖组成,具有清热解毒的功效、能消除暑热口渴、除去热疖疮毒;五叶芦根凉茶以采用鲜芦根、藿香叶、佩兰叶、枇杷叶、鲜荷叶、薄荷叶、冬瓜仁等六种天然中药制成,具有清热解暑、凉血解毒的功效。保健凉茶,以夏枯草、金银花、茵陈蒿、木棉花为原料,制成凉荼,具有清热解毒、去湿除痰、清肝火、散郁结的功效。有许多中草药可做成清热解毒、凉血活血、滋阴补肾,祛暑消夏、止咳生津的凉茶,为人们的生活增添了方便,但存在的不足之处是有的成份较复杂,有的口感不够好,携带不方便,有的只适合一些症状的人服用,未能成为大众四季皆宜的普通凉茶。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种口味独特、安全方便、具有清热解暑,健脾化湿、增强免疫力的扁豆花山药咀嚼片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种扁豆花山药咀嚼片,包括以下重量份成分:扁豆花4-8份、山药12-16份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.01-0.05份、淀粉8-12份、大豆蛋白粉4-8份、微晶纤维素1-3份、苹果纤维素0.3-0.7份、维生素C 0.01-0.03份、木糖醇0.01-0.03份、山梨醇0.01-0.03份、硬脂酸镁0.02-0.04份。
作为优选,所述一种扁豆花山药咀嚼片,包括以下重量份成分:扁豆花6份、山药14份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.03份、淀粉10份、大豆蛋白粉6份、微晶纤维素2份、苹果纤维素0.5份、维生素C 0.02份、木糖醇0.02份、山梨醇0.02份、硬脂酸镁0.03份。
一种扁豆花山药咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用新鲜扁豆花洗净,烘干在30-40℃范围内烘15-60min使其干燥,再使用粉碎机将扁豆花粉碎成120-150目细粉,过120目筛网,得到扁豆花粉末,备用;
(2)取山药去杂质,洗净,去皮,切块,取柠檬酸0.25%制成护色液,将山药浸泡在护色液中护色3-10min后,捞出稍晾,烘干在40-55℃范围内烘15-60min使其干燥,使水分含量低于10%,将其粉碎成120-150目细粉,过120目筛网,得到山药粉,备用;
(3)按重量份,取葡萄糖酸亚铁、微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸镁,并分别放入粉碎机粉碎后,再分别过100目筛过滤备用;
(4)将扁豆花粉末,山药粉、淀粉、大豆蛋白粉置于混合机中,混合搅拌20-30min,搅拌完成后再置于超微粉碎机粉碎,压缩空气压力调整为10MPa,得到颗粒度4-5μm的混合超微粉,向混合超微粉添加葡萄糖酸亚铁,并进行充分混合,得到混合粉;
 (5)向步骤(4)最终所得的混合粉中加入微晶纤维素、苹果纤维素、维生素C、木糖醇和山梨醇,制成软材颗粒,然后在35-65℃范围内烘干,再经整粒后制成颗粒,与硬脂酸镁混合,在压片机上压片;
 (6)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6min灭菌,即得扁豆花山药咀嚼片。
所述的步骤(1)中采用新鲜扁豆花洗净,烘干在35℃烘25min使其干燥,再使用粉碎机将扁豆花粉碎成150目细粉,过120目筛网。
所述的步骤(2)中所述的取山药去杂质,洗净,去皮,切块,取柠檬酸0.25%制成护色液,将山药浸泡在护色液中护色6min后,捞出稍晾,烘干在45℃烘45min使其干燥,使水分含量低于10%,将其粉碎成150目细粉,过120目筛网。
所述的咀嚼片每片为0.5g-3g。
综上所述,本发明有益效果:本发明具有清热解暑,健脾化湿,增强免疫力等功效。适用于暑天感冒、咳嗽、心烦、胸闷、头痛困重、食少倦怠等,且口感纯正。

   (6)对所得压片进行210nm紫外线照射3-6min灭菌,即得扁豆花山药咀嚼片。
