本发明涉及一种降血脂的保健食品。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们膳食中脂肪摄入量在增加,一些人群中脂肪供能已超过总能量的30%。目前我国高脂肪膳食已是高脂血症明显的危险因素。大量的调查和研究表明,高脂血症是威胁人类健康的一个重要因素,现认为调节血清脂质水平可降低冠心病发病和缺血性心脏事件(心梗、猝死、不稳定性心绞痛等)的发生率。因此,通过天然食物来调节血脂以预防高脂血症所引起的疾病,己成为当前医疗保健研究的热点之一。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种降血脂的保健食品。

本发明提供的降血脂保健食品,运用壳聚糖经分子修饰形成的产物羧甲基壳聚糖,解决了水溶性不好的问题,更好地发挥降低血脂和胆固醇,同时提高高密度脂蛋白的作用,有利于防治血管粥样硬化的发生和降低心血管疾病的风险。将一些改善“三高”的药物和活性成分合理使用,使各有效成分相辅相成、合理配伍,很好的起到了辅助降血脂、辅助降血压和辅助降血糖的保健功能,是中老年高血压、高血脂,高血糖人群的理想保健食品。
