作为一个示例,在发动机11起动期间、工作完成且设备暂停操作以怠速的情况下,在发动机11上燃烧之后剩下的剩余燃料借助于安装在返回管路12上的止回阀22停留在发动机的喷射器19侧,而不是返回到燃料箱13。相反,传统上,在发动机上剩下的剩余燃料沿返回管路返回到燃料箱。因此,为了使处于发动机暂停操作预定时间周期的状态下的发动机起动,在直到组成水分离器的手压泵操作之前,用于起动的燃料供应到发动机。
为此,在处于发动机暂停操作预定时间周期状态下的发动机起动的情况下,甚至在不操作用于起动的手压泵14的情况下,也确保了发动机11起动所需要的燃料,以使发动机的起动性能可提高。此外,因为不需要操纵手压泵14来起动发动机11,所以可防止由于压力根据手压泵的过度操纵而提高所引起的内部油泄漏和诸如手压泵14、止回阀15等的部件损坏。
工业应用性
如上所述,按照根据本发明实施例的用于挖掘机的燃料系统,在发动机的起动期间设备未操作的情况下,在发动机上使用之后剩下的剩余燃料仍保留在共轨喷射器侧,而不返回到燃料箱,以使发动机的起动性能可提高。此外,因为不需要操纵手压泵来起动发动机,所以可防止由于压力根据手压泵的过度操纵而提高所引起的内部油泄漏和诸如手压泵等的部件损坏。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于挖掘机的燃料系统,包括:
燃料箱,所述燃料箱包括燃料供应管路和返回管路,燃料沿所述燃料供应管路从所述燃料箱排出,在发动机上燃烧之后,剩余燃料沿所述返回管路返回到所述燃料箱;
水分离器,所述水分离器包括手压泵和第一过滤器,所述手压泵以连接到所述燃料供应管路的方式安装在所述燃料箱的下游侧,并构造为去除包含在引入燃料中的水,所述第一过滤器连接到所述手压泵,并构造为过滤掉所述燃料中的外来物质;
喷射泵,所述喷射泵安装在所述水分离器的下游侧,并构造为将经过所述第一过滤器和连接到所述第一过滤器的第二过滤器时被过滤掉外来物质的燃料以高压供应到喷射器,以便将过滤后的燃料喷射进发动机燃烧室中;
燃料控制单元,所述燃料控制单元连接到所述第二过滤器和所述喷射泵,并构造为通过控制所述喷射泵来控制被供应到所述喷射器的燃料量;
止回阀,所述止回阀安装在所述返回管路上,并构造为在所述发动机的起动期间设备未操作的情况下,允许在所述发动机上使用之后剩下的剩余燃料仍保留在所述喷射器侧,而不是沿所述返回管路返回到所述燃料箱,以及
压力传感器,所述压力传感器安装在所述第二过滤器与所述燃料控制单元之间的管道中,并构造为检测已经过所述第二过滤器的燃料的压力,并输出应用到所述燃料控制单元的检测信号。
