本发明涉及呈固体形式且具有较高的储存稳定性和提高的加工性的氨基羧酸化物,及其在家用产品中,特别是在洗涤剂、清洁剂和护理组合物中、作为植物的微量营养肥料以及在工业方法中的用途。
氨基羧酸化物是一类非常重要的配位剂。配位剂,尤其是氨基羧酸化物目前在水参与的所有过程起着重要的作用。此时,一个中心问题是由于引入不希望的金属离子,例如作为的水的硬度形成剂的Ca2+和Mg2+,引入Ba2+和重金属离子而干扰这些过程。过程干扰的原因一方面通常在于形成碱土金属盐或重金属盐的微溶性沉淀。其后果例如为在换热器表面上形成沉积物且因此对热交换产生不利影响或者堵塞管道、阀门或喷嘴。此外,特定重金属离子如Fe3+、Mn2+或Cu2+会引发催化反应。它们可导致配制剂成分发生不希望的分解,例如在造纸的纸浆漂白期间导致过氧化氢分解或者在通用洗涤剂中导致漂白体系发生分解。为了避免这些棘手的影响,借助配位剂掩蔽金属离子被证明是最成功的。这降低了游离金属离子的浓度,从而使得例如形成微溶性沉淀或者避免催化不希望的化学反应。由于其与其他配制剂成分或加工助剂如酸、碱、氧化剂或还原剂相比具有良好的稳定性以及对热影响的良好稳定性,氨基羧酸化物见于许多非常不同的用作配位剂的领域中。
氨基羧酸化物例如用于如下应用场合中:用于软化水,尤其是锅炉供水;用于纺织品洗涤剂中以提高主去污力和次去污力(降低织物结壳和泛灰),以及避免在加热棒上沉积且用于稳定标准洗涤剂和漂白剂中的漂白体系(过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐);用于肥皂中以避免酸败和避免褪色(二者均由于痕量重金属导致);用于家用或商用酸性、中性或碱性清洁剂中,例如用于汽车清洁组合物、低温清洁剂、通用清洁剂、消毒清洁剂、奶制品清洁剂、厕所清洁剂、洗瓶组合物和洗碗机洗涤剂中;用于生产纸和纸浆如纸浆漂白、磨木浆漂白,以及在废纸回收期间脱墨;用于金属预处理中,例如清洁铁、钢、锌、锡、铝、铜、黄铜和其他金属以避免碱土金属和重金属磷酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐、皂类和阴离子表面活性剂的不溶性盐在设备零件和待清洁的表面上的沉淀;用于表面技术中,例如a)用于电镀浴中以提高浴的稳定性并优化阳极和阴极处所发生的反应,和b)用于无电流化学镀铜中;在金属加工中用于制备乳液或溶液浓缩物,如润滑剂和浸渍组合物、钻孔油、拉拔油乳液、水稀释性和水溶性金属加工助剂、液压溶液和乳液;用于纺织品整饰的处理和整饰操作中,例如织物的洗净、漂煮、漂白、染色和树脂整饰;在皮革生产中用于植物鞣制,尤其是在含铁的水的情况下;用于照相浴中,此时尤其用于络合Ca2+、Fe2+和Cu2+,例如a)用于显影剂浴中以避免导致照相层上发雾并污染显影设备的亚硫酸钙和硫酸钙沉积,和b)用于在彩色照相材料处理期间的漂白和漂白定影浴中,特别地,使用Fe3+-EDTA配合物以在一个工艺步骤中进行漂白和定影;用于美容产品中(尤其是EDTA)以掩蔽重金属离子,从而避免酸败和褪色;用于微量营养肥料(微量营养素),尤其是EDTA,其呈与农作物的重要微量元素如铁、锰、镁、铜、锌、钼或钴的配合物形式(例如用于葡萄酒、果实和啤酒花的栽培中)以延缓微量元素的供应;用于橡胶生产和加工中以保护以免重金属,尤其是微量铜和锰,这些已作为污染物存在于粗橡胶中且可额外通过添加剂如颜料引入且导致橡胶过早老化;作为氧化还原催化剂体系的成分用于生产合成橡胶如丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物中;用于冶金中,例如作为金属剥离剂,作为剥离溶液的成分以除去不成功的金属涂层(例如镍涂层)或者用于除锈和除垢浴中;作为添加剂用于印刷油墨中,例如用于平版印刷中以避免糊版和堆墨;用于水处理中以避免或除去锅炉、蒸发装置、换热器中或过滤器上的硫酸钙、碳酸钙或磷酸钙沉积物;用于烟道气涤气中,例如以EDTA螯合物形式,从而例如通过所谓的同步方法从烟道气中除去NOX和SO2;用于在火力发电厂的蒸汽发生器中以及在加热循环中除去沉积物,尤其是四氧化三铁;用于油漆,尤其是乳胶漆中;用于食品加工中;用于药品工业中;用于精细化学分离方法中例如以获得稀土元素;作为洗脱剂用于借助离子交换剂的某些分离方法中以及用于许多其他工业应用场合中。
配位剂的上述应用场合的更多细节可见于BASF的小册子“complexing agents”和“Industrial cleaners”中。
用作配位剂的氨基羧酸化物例如为下述氨基羧酸的盐:次氮基三乙酸(NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA)、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸(GLDA)、1,3-丙二胺四乙酸(PDTA)、乙二胺-N,N'-双(2-羟基苯基乙酸)(EDDHA)、羟基乙基亚氨基二乙酸(HEIDA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)、乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)、β-丙氨酸二乙酸(β-ADA)。氨基羧酸化物可作为游离氨基羧酸或者完全或部分中和而作为Li盐、作为Na盐、作为K盐、作为铵盐、作为Mg盐、作为Ca盐或者以混合盐形式,例如作为Na-Ca盐商购获得。此外,它们也以其金属螯合物形式,例如与Cu2+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Cr3+或Co2+的螯合物形式商业供应。
对氨基羧酸化物在上述应用场合中的应用而言,氨基羧酸化物作为水溶液或者以固体形式作为粉末、作为颗粒或丸粒提供。
水溶液的缺点在于其仅可以以较低的固含量制备,这提高了客户的运输成本。此外,对仓储而言,它们需要可加热的罐和相应的系统以使得其可用于相应的工业应用场合,如泵、管道和喷嘴,这导致并非微不足道的技术开支。
氨基羧酸化物的市售固体形式如粉末、颗粒或丸粒又具有如下缺点,即它们具有高吸湿性。这对其处理而言是一个极大的障碍,尤其是在具有较高湿度的气候带中。因此,通常必须提供受控的气候条件,这同样导致显著的技术开支。此外,取决于氨基羧酸化物,必须将打开的包装再次密闭封装,而这在袋或大包的情况下是不可能的。与其吸湿性无关,氨基羧酸化物以粉末形式呈现,其结果是颗粒间的高内聚力以及非常极差的流动性,这对传送和精确计量(例如在洗濯粉的生产中)造成了显著的障碍。最后,所述产品在压力的机械作用下,例如在将大包堆叠于包装的产品上期间,显示出不良的储存稳定性。
因此,本发明的目的是提供游离的、部分中和或完全中和的呈粉末、颗粒或丸粒形式的氨基羧酸,其具有良好的物理稳定性且易于由用户储存和加工。
现已发现该目的可通过在呈固体形式的氨基羧酸化物(A)中添加至少一种添加剂(B)而实现。就此而言,氨基羧酸化物(A)可以以纯净形式或者作为与一种或多种助剂(C)的混合物形式,例如作为颗粒或丸粒存在,然后可用添加剂(B)对其进行处理。
因此,本发明提供了一种混合物,其包含一种或多种氨基羧酸化物(A),选自脂肪酸盐(也称为金属皂)、纤维素、氧化镁、滑石、磷酸三钙、热解法二氧化硅和沉淀二氧化硅的添加剂(B)以及任选的(C)至少一种助剂。
此处优选以粉状、颗粒或丸粒形式存在的混合物。
就本申请而言,粉状物质具有至少1μm至至多0.1mm的粒径,颗粒状物质具有至少0.1mm至至多2mm的粒径,丸粒物质具有至少2mm至至多5mm的粒径(在每种情况下通过筛分分析测定)。
可使用的氨基羧酸化物(A)为如下氨基羧酸:乙二胺二(邻羟基苯基)乙酸(EDDHA)、乙二胺-N-(邻羟基苯基)乙酸-N'-(对羟基苯基)乙酸(EDDHA)、2-羟基乙二胺三乙酸(HEEDTA)、乙二胺二(邻羟基邻甲基苯基)乙酸(EDDHMA)、乙二胺二(邻羟基对甲基苯基)乙酸(EDDHMA)、乙二胺二(对羟基邻甲基苯基)乙酸(EDDHMA)、乙二胺二(2-羟基-4-羧基苯基)乙酸(EDDCHA)、乙二胺二(2-羧基-5-羟基苯基)乙酸(EDDCHA)、乙二胺二(5-羧基-2-羟基苯基)乙酸(EDDCHA);或者优选次氮基三乙酸(NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA)、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸(GLDA)、1,3-丙二胺四乙酸(PDTA)、乙二胺-N,N'-双(2-羟基苯基乙酸)(EDDHA)、羟基乙基亚氨基二乙酸(HEIDA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)、乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)、β-丙氨酸二乙酸(β-ADA)。
此处,氨基羧酸化物(A)可以以游离氨基羧酸或完全或部分中和作为Na盐、作为K盐、作为Ba盐、作为Li盐、作为铵盐、作为Mg盐、作为Ca盐或者以任何所需的混合盐形式,例如作为Na/Ca盐使用。此处,术语“铵盐”涵盖氨基羧酸与氨或与伯胺、仲胺或叔胺R-NH2、R1-NH-R2和NR1R2R3的盐,其中R、R1、R2、R3彼此独立地为C1-C18烷基、苄基、乙基苯基、环己基或苯基。
氨基羧酸化物(A)也可以以其金属螯合物,例如与Al3+、Cr3+、Co2+、Cu2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Mn2+、Ni2+、Sr2+、Zn2+、Sn2+的螯合物形式存在于本发明的混合物中。
合适的添加剂(B)例如为金属皂,即脂肪酸,尤其是C12-C22脂肪酸如月桂酸、棕榈酸、油酸、牛油脂肪酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸,优选与碱土金属离子,特别优选与Ca2+和Mg2+的盐;纤维素粉末;氧化镁;高岭土;滑石;磷酸三钙和二氧化硅。此处,术语“添加剂(B)”还涵盖至少两种上述物质的混合物。
优选的添加剂(B)包括金属皂,例如C12-C22脂肪酸的盐,优选C12-C22脂肪酸的Ca2+和Mg2+盐,尤其是硬脂酸Ca和硬脂酸Mg。
特别优选的添加剂(B)为热解法二氧化硅和沉淀二氧化硅。热解法二氧化硅通过在氢氧焰中高温火焰水解四氯化硅而获得。沉淀二氧化硅经由湿化学方法通过添加酸而由碱金属硅酸盐溶液获得。就此而言,热解法二氧化硅如沉淀二氧化硅那样并非结晶的,而是无定形结构的。
热解法二氧化硅的实例为级(Evonik),尤其是沉淀二氧化硅的实例为级(Evonik),尤其是 50S、和880。
在本发明的混合物中,可使用上述亲水性二氧化硅或疏水改性的二氧化硅。疏水性二氧化硅例如为以及和R972。疏水改性的沉淀二氧化硅和疏水改性的热解法二氧化硅为非常特别优选的添加剂。
疏水改性的二氧化硅可通过用后处理剂如硅烷,例如三甲基氯硅烷或二甲基二氯硅烷,或者用硅氧烷后处理二氧化硅而获得。在疏水改性的二氧化硅中,所述后处理剂通过化学键与二氧化硅连接。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,添加剂(B)选自比表面积(BET)为30-800m2/g的二氧化硅。
优选的沉淀二氧化硅的特征在于比表面积为25-800m2/g,优选为30-500m2/g,特别优选为150-450m2/g(ISO5794-1附件D面积计量方法)。疏水改性的沉淀二氧化硅具有优选为75-125m2/g的比表面积(ISO5794-1附件D面积计量方法)。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,所用沉淀二氧化硅的压实密度为50-300g/l,优选为75-200g/l,非常特别优选为90-150g/l(根据DIN ISO787/11测定)。
在沉淀二氧化硅的情况下,添加剂(B)优选具有1-200μm,优选5-150μm,特别优选6-120μm,非常特别优选8-20μm的平均直径(d50),在每种情况下根据ISO13320-1通过光散射测定。
呈热解法二氧化硅形式的添加剂(B)优选具有100-400m2/g的比表面积和1-50nm的平均直径,基于初级颗粒。所述初级颗粒可彼此交缠并形成聚集体或附聚体而存在。压实密度为约50-150g/l。在本发明的一个实施方案中,选择比表面积为100-400m2/g且平均粒径为1-50nm的疏水改性的热解法二氧化硅。
所述二氧化硅可包含极少量的金属离子如Ca2+、Mg2+、Al3+或Fe3+,即在每种情况下<6重量%,优选<5重量%,优选小于3重量%,特别优选小于2重量%,特别优选小于1.5重量%,基于具体二氧化硅的总重量且作为氧化物测定。在一个实施方案中,可存在至少0.001重量%的上述各金属离子,基于相应二氧化硅的总重量且作为氧化物测定。在其中添加剂(B)选自热解法二氧化硅的实施方案中,金属离子如Ca2+、Mg2+、Al3+或Fe3+的含量为至多0.05重量%,基于相应二氧化硅的总重量且作为氧化物测定;在沉淀二氧化硅的情况下,为至多1重量%(焙烧的物质,在1000℃下2小时)。这些并不构成所述二氧化硅的必需或合适的成分,而是作为由于生产而存在的杂质。因此,例如以Na2O测定的Na含量(ISO3262-18)<1.5重量%。结晶硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐和沸石不属于优选的添加剂(B).
优选的金属皂具有1-100μm,优选5-50μm的粒径(d50),基于初级颗粒。由于内聚力,这些可形成聚集体或附聚体。
添加剂(B)的任务是至少部分涂覆或至少部分覆盖氨基羧酸化物(A)/所述氨基羧酸化物的初级颗粒。
在一个实施方案中,所述氨基羧酸化物或氨基羧酸化物(A)可以以粉末、颗粒或丸粒形式以与至少一种固体助剂(C)的混合物存在,其中在粉末、颗粒或丸粒的情况下,此时存在的颗粒自身构成对肉眼或借助光学显微镜呈均匀的氨基羧酸化物(A)与助剂(C)的混合物,且所述助剂不同于添加剂,其不完全涂覆或者优选部分涂覆初级颗粒。然而,也可用存在的助剂(C)的层完全涂覆所述颗粒或者由氨基羧酸化物(A)构成的丸粒。此时,完全涂覆意指位于氨基羧酸化物(A)上的连续助剂(C)层,且不为优选对添加剂(B)所述那样的部分涂层。
此处,助剂(C)可为无机或有机性的,且其特征在于熔点>20℃。
无机助剂(C)可选自例如洗涤助洗剂或去污助洗剂。这些尤其包括具有式Naz[(AlO2)z(SiO2)y]·xH2O的沸石,其中z和y为至少6的整数,z与y之比为1.0-约0.5,且x为15-264的整数。这些沸石可具有结晶或无定形结构,且可为天然存在的或合成的。用于制备基于硅铝酸盐的离子交换剂的方法描述于US-3,985,669和US-4,605,509中。特别优选合成的结晶铝硅酸盐,如沸石A、沸石P(B)和沸石X。此外,也可将碱金属癸酸与氨,尤其是SiO2:Na2O比为1.6:1-3.2:1的那些,以及US-4,664,839所述的层状硅酸盐如钠层状硅酸盐,例如SKS(Clariant),膨润土如DGA(Südchemie)和高岭土用作助剂。合适的还有SiO2与Na2O之比=1:1-4:1,尤其是1.6:1-3.2:1的无定形硅酸盐,其包括例如原硅酸Na、偏硅酸Na、二硅酸二钠和三硅酸二钠,以及结晶的钠层状硅酸盐如canemite、macatite、麦羟硅钠石(magadite)、水羟硅钠石、硅钠石,尤其是δ-二硅酸盐(Clariant)。

有机助剂(C)选自C12-C22脂肪酸,优选C16-C22脂肪酸,如牛油脂肪酸、硬脂酸和山萮酸;C12-C22脂肪醇;摩尔质量(Mw)为800-35000g/mol,优选6000-35000g/mol,特别优选10000-35000g/mol的聚亚烷基二醇,例如聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、基于氧化乙烯和氧化丙烯的共聚物;由烷基封端一次或完全封端的聚亚烷基二醇,例如甲基聚丙二醇(MPEG);蜡,例如聚乙烯蜡、聚乙烯蜡氧化物、褐煤蜡、石蜡、酯蜡和聚烯烃蜡;硅酮;部分皂化的水溶性聚乙酸乙烯酯;呈游离、部分中和或完全中和形式的聚羧酸,尤其是摩尔质量为2000-100000g/mol的聚丙烯酸和丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物及其盐,此处特别优选部分中和的以Na盐存在的聚羧酸;表面活性剂,尤其是具有20-200mol氧化乙烯的C12-C22烷基乙氧基化物型非离子表面活性剂,优选具有基于每摩尔牛油脂肪醇为20-80mol氧化乙烯的牛油脂肪醇乙氧基化物;疏水性阳离子表面活性剂,如C12-C22单烷基三甲基氯化铵氯化物、二甲基硫酸盐氯化物和二-C12-C22烷基二甲铵氯化物以及二甲基硫酸盐,例如二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵,以及通过用1-3mol C12-C22脂肪酸酯化三乙醇胺或二乙醇甲基胺且随后用氯代甲烷或二甲基硫酸盐季化而获得的所谓的酯季铵化物。
特别优选的有机助剂(C)可例如选自C12-C22脂肪酸,优选硬脂酸;在室温下呈固态的聚亚烷基二醇,尤其是聚乙二醇,其摩尔质量为10000-35000g/mol;摩尔质量为4000-20000g/mol且呈部分中和形式的聚羧酸,例如和以及具有基于每摩尔牛油脂肪醇为20-80mol氧化乙烯的牛油脂肪醇乙氧基化物。当氨基羧酸化物(A)以颗粒或丸粒形式存在时,优选使用助剂(C)。然而,颗粒或丸粒也可在不使用助剂(C)下由其制备。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,氨基羧酸化物(A)与添加剂(B)的重量比总计为9:1-9999:1,优选为95:5-999:1,特别优选为97:3-998:2,非常特别优选为98:2-995:5。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明的混合物包含至多50重量%的助剂(C),基于氨基羧酸化物(A)与添加剂(B)的总和,优选5-30重量%,特别优选10-20重量%。
助剂(C)可在氨基羧酸化物(A)以均匀分布的形式包埋于其中的颗粒或丸粒内部形成连续相,或者在由氨基羧酸化物(A)构成的颗粒或丸粒上形成涂层。
如果将氨基羧酸化物与助剂(A+C)和添加剂(B)的混合物用于纺织品洗涤剂中,则此时有机助剂(C)优选为脂肪酸和聚羧酸盐。
如果将氨基羧酸化物与助剂(A+C)和添加剂(B)的混合物用于洗碗机清洁剂中,则此时有机助剂(C)特别优选为弱起泡或不起泡的物质,尤其是熔点在每种情况下为40-60℃的聚亚烷基二醇、非离子表面活性剂和蜡,以及聚羧酸盐。
由氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)构成的颗粒(A+C)可例如如下制备:
(a)在喷雾混合工艺之后制备,其中将氨基羧酸化物(A)以颗粒形式或作为丸粒引入混合机(例如,犁头混合机、环形床混合机、Schugi混合机)中并用(I)助剂(C)的熔体或(II)助剂(C)在例如有机溶剂中的溶液喷雾。该工艺获得颗粒(A+C)或丸粒(A+C),其中(A)被涂层(C)包围。然后可混入添加剂(B)。
对所述“喷雾上”工艺而言,优选使用熔点为30-100℃的助剂作为(I)熔体。这些包括有机助剂,尤其是脂肪酸如硬脂酸、聚亚烷基二醇、硅酮和非离子表面活性剂。在无机助剂(C)的情况下以及在聚羧酸及其盐的情况下,优选作为(II)溶液施加。此时,必须确保水足够快地蒸发,这是因为所述氨基羧酸化物自身为易溶于水的物质。当其为疏水性的、具有>100℃的熔程且可在惰性气体(氮气气氛)下加工时,优选助剂(C)在有机溶剂中的(II)“喷雾上”。其实例为所述的阳离子表面活性剂,其可以异丙醇制剂形式商购获得。
(b)通过压实并随后研磨并筛分而制备。为此,在第一步中,将氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)在混合机(例如犁头混合机)中均匀混合。在第二步中,借助辊压机将所述混合物(A+C)压实。然后将所述压实物粉碎/研磨并选择所需的粒度范围。就此而言合适的有齿盘式辊和/或通过式筛。筛除细材料和粗材料并返回至所述方法中。此时,将粗级分直接送至重新粉碎并将细级分添加至压实步骤。该方法获得了颗粒(压实的)(A+C),其中氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)形成均匀的联合体。这类颗粒的特征在于堆密度大于500g/l,优选大于600g/l。
(c)以喷雾造粒形式在流化床装置中制备。为此,优选将所述氨基羧酸化物和助剂(C)的水溶液喷雾至气动产生的颗粒(A+C)的初始进料的流化床上,蒸发水分并连续排出颗粒。该方法获得了颗粒(压实的)(A+C),其中氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)形成均匀的联合体。
(d)在喷雾塔中制备。为此,优选将氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)的水溶液喷雾至热空气流中,并蒸发溶剂,优选水。这获得了均匀的氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)的粉末。
(e)在用于涂覆的流化床装置中制备。为此,将助剂(C)的溶液(优选水溶液)或熔体喷雾至气动产生的呈颗粒形式或丸粒形式的氨基羧酸化物(A)的流化床上,其中(A)被(C)完全涂覆。在水溶液的“喷雾上”期间,应确保水足够快地蒸发。在熔体的“喷雾上”期间,热处理可能是有利的。这应理解为意指借助所用的气体(空气)在所述流化床中在具体助剂(C)的熔点或软化点或者更低下热处理所述固体。优选在正好低于助剂(C)的熔点或软化点的温度下进行。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,本发明的混合物既不包含硫酸盐,也不包含柠檬酸盐。这应理解为意指柠檬酸盐和硫酸盐的最高含量总计低于500ppm,基于氨基羧酸化物(A),优选总计低于50ppm。
本发明进一步提供了一种制备本发明混合物的方法。本发明混合物的制备优选通过将以粉末、颗粒或丸粒形式存在的氨基羧酸化物(A),或者由氨基羧酸化物(A)和助剂(C)构成的粉末、颗粒或丸粒状混合物与添加剂(B)混合而进行。
此时,包含氨基羧酸化物(A)的初级颗粒的粒度通常为10-2500μm,优选为20-1500μm,特别优选为50-1000μm,非常特别优选为100-700μm。
就添加剂(B)而言,“细碎的”应理解为意指平均粒径为1nm至500μm(以(d50)值计,根据ISO13320-1通过光散射测定),优选为1nm至200μm。基于沉淀二氧化硅,平均粒径优选为1-200μm,且在热解法二氧化硅的情况下优选为1nm至50nm。
此时,所述混合操作可在常规混合装置,如圆筒混合机、V形混合机、转鼓式混合机或Turbula混合机、锥形混合机(例如Nauta混合机)、犁头混合机(混合机、Eirich混合机)中进行。在一个优选实施方案中,所述混合工艺在待混合材料上施加低剪切力的混合机,如转鼓式混合机、锥形混合机和犁头混合机中进行。
优选地,将氨基羧酸化物(A)或氨基羧酸化物复合物(A+C)作为初始进料引入,然后添加添加剂(B),然后混合。为了确保温和混合,使用尽可能短的混合时间。因此,例如为了在Turbula混合机中制备100g本发明的混合物,3分钟的混合时间完全足够。
如果氨基羧酸化物(A)或氨基羧酸化物复合物(A+C)以粉末形式通过喷雾干燥制备,则此时有利地将添加剂(B)与氨基羧酸化物(A)或其复合物(A+C)的水溶液分开地直接计量加入喷雾塔中。计量添加的可能位置为喷雾干燥器的上端、经由视镜的计量添加接头或者经由热空气流计量添加。这原则上适用于喷雾造粒。
如果无法将所述添加剂计量添加至喷雾塔中,则此时可如上文所述计量添加至独立的混合装置中。
如果待混入包含氨基羧酸化物的初级颗粒(A)中的添加剂(B)并非足够细碎,因此例如仅可作为通过加热熔融的材料提供并在倾入桶中之后固化,则此时可将所述包含氨基羧酸化物(A)的初级颗粒与添加剂(B)一起研磨,在此期间同样确保各组分的充分混合。如果在添加或不添加助剂(C)下借助压实将所述氨基羧酸化物压实,从而首先获得片或团块,然后在任何情况下必须通过研磨将其转化成细碎形式,则这是特别优选的程序。对该工艺步骤而言合适的为原则上所有的研磨装置,如冲击研磨机和切割式研磨机。
包含氨基羧酸化物(A)或含氨基羧酸化物的复合物(A+C)以及添加剂(B)的本发明混合物在洗涤剂和清洁剂中的浓度基于氨基羧酸化物(A)为0.1-90重量%,优选为1-50重量%,特别优选为3-40重量%,非常特别优选为6-30重量%,尤其优选为10-25重量%。
其中可使用本发明混合物的洗涤剂和清洁剂配制剂优选为固体洗涤剂,其呈粉末、颗粒、丸粒、片剂或洗涤块(“块状肥皂”)形式。然而,此外可将其掺入液体洗涤剂、洗涤凝胶和洗涤糊中。当由于用户的长运输路途而要求所述氨基羧酸化物呈尽可能高的浓缩形式且因此不为水溶液且在运输路途上(例如船运)更好地保护该产品以免由于吸湿而结块时,这是优选的。
此外,包含本发明混合物的洗涤剂和清洁剂可包含其他常规成分。这些描述如下:
阴离子表面活性剂
合适的阴离子表面活性剂优选为烷基苯磺酸盐、链烷磺酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基羧酸盐(皂类)和烷基磷酸盐。合适的抗衡离子M为碱金属阳离子,优选钠或钾,或者1/2当量的碱土金属阳离子,例如1/2当量的钙或1/2当量的镁,或铵NH4 +和取代的铵阳离子,例如单-、二-或三-乙醇铵阳离子,以及上述阳离子的混合物。
链烯基-或烷基-苯磺酸盐可包含任选被羟基取代的直链或支化链烯基或烷基。优选具有9-25个碳原子的直链烷基,特别优选具有10-约13个碳原子。
链烷磺酸盐以仲链烷磺酸盐形式工业获得,其中磺基与烷基的仲碳原子键接。所述烷基原则上可为饱和、不饱和的支化或直链的且可任选被羟基取代。优选的仲链烷磺酸盐包含直链C9-C25烷基,优选C10-C20烷基,特别优选C13-C17烷基。
烯烃磺酸盐通过用三氧化硫磺化C8-C24,优选C14-C16α-烯烃,然后中和而获得。由于该制备方法,这些烯烃磺酸盐可包含少量羟基链烷磺酸盐和链烷二磺酸盐。
烷基酯磺酸盐衍生自例如C8-C20羧酸的直链酯,即用三氧化硫磺化的脂肪酸。所述脂肪酸由天然脂肪如牛油、椰油和棕榈油获得或者可为合成的。对洗涤剂和清洁剂应用而言,优选式(1)的化合物:
此处,R5为C8-C20烷基,优选C10-C16烷基且R6为C1-C6烷基,优选甲基、乙基或异丙基。特别优选其中R1为C10-C16烷基的甲基酯磺酸盐。M如上文所定义。
合适的烷基硫酸盐为式R7OSO3M的表面活性剂,其中R7选自C10-C24烷基,优选选自C12-C18烷基。M如上文所定义。
合适的烷基醚硫酸盐具有通式结构R8O(A)mSO3M,其中R8选自C10-C24烷基,优选C12-C18烷基。A为烷氧基单元,优选乙氧基,且m为约0.5-约6的数,优选为约1-约3,且M如上文所定义。
烷基羧酸盐通常以名称“皂类”已知。皂类可基于饱和或不饱和的,优选天然的直链C8-C18脂肪酸。
其他阴离子表面活性剂为酰基氨基羧酸的盐、酰基肌氨酸盐、脂肪酸-蛋白质缩合产物,其通过使脂肪酸氯化物与低聚肽反应而获得;烷基磺酰胺基羧酸的盐;烷基和烷芳基醚羧酸的盐;磺化的聚羧酸、烷基和链烯基甘油硫酸盐如油基甘油硫酸盐、烷基酚醚硫酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐,羟乙基磺酸盐如酰基羟乙基磺酸盐,N-酰基牛磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐的单酯(尤其是饱和和不饱和的单C12-C18烷基酯)以及磺基琥珀酸盐的二酯(尤其是饱和和不饱和的二C12-C18烷基酯)、烷基多糖的硫酸盐如烷基多苷的硫酸盐和烷基聚乙氧基羧酸盐,如式R9O(CH2CH2)kCH2COOM的那些,其中R9选自C8-C22烷基,k为选自0-10的数且M+如上所定义。
非离子表面活性剂
根据疏水性和亲水性基的类型划分成如下类别:
醇和氧化乙烯的加成产物。所述醇具有C8-C22烷基,优选C10-C18烷基,其可为直链或支化的伯或仲烷基。这些与基于摩尔醇为约1-约25mol,优选约3-约18mol的氧化乙烯缩合。
醇、氧化乙烯与其他氧化烯的加成产物。这些可根据方案R10-O-EO-AO或R10-O-AO-EO构建,其中R10可为支化或直链的伯或仲C8-C22烷基,优选C10-C18烷基,EO为氧化乙烯且AO为氧化烯,优选氧化丙烯、氧化丁烯或氧化戊烯。
聚丙二醇与氧化乙烯的加成产物。组分聚丙二醇优选具有约1500-约1800g/mol的分子量Mw。在该疏水性结构部分上加成至多约40mol氧化乙烯导致两亲性化合物。
氧化乙烯以及氧化丙烯与乙二胺的反应产物的加成产物。这些化合物的疏水性结构部分由乙二胺与氧化丙烯的反应产物构成且通常具有约2500-3000g/mol的分子量Mw。氧化乙烯以约40-约80重量%聚氧亚乙基的含量加成至该疏水性结构部分上且总分子量Mw为约5000-11000。
脂肪酸酰胺
合适的脂肪酸酰胺具有通式R11-CO-N(R12)2,其中R11为具有7-21个,优选9-17个碳原子的烷基。
两个烷基R12可相同或不同且可彼此独立地为氢、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4羟基烷基或(C2H4O)xH,其中x选自1-3。优选C8-C20酰胺,如单乙醇酰胺、二乙醇酰胺和二异丙醇酰胺。
半极性非离子表面活性剂
就本发明而言,所述非离子表面活性剂还包括水溶性的氧化胺、水溶性的氧化膦和水溶性的亚砜,其具有至少一个C8-C18烷基,优选C10-C14烷基,其赋予相关非离子表面活性剂以两亲性。优选将C10-C18烷基二甲基氧化胺和C8-C12烷氧基乙基二羟基乙基氧化胺用于洗涤剂和清洁剂中。
其他合适的非离子表面活性剂为烷基和链烯基低聚苷,以及在每种情况下在脂肪烷基中具有8-20个,优选12-18个碳原子的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯或脂肪胺聚乙二醇酯和脂肪酸N-烷基葡糖酰胺。
两性离子表面活性剂
两性和/或两性离子表面活性剂的典型实例为烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺基甜菜碱、氨基丙酸盐、氨基甘氨酸盐和两性咪唑啉化合物。特别优选N-烷基-N,N-二甲基-N-羧甲基甜菜碱以及N-(烷基酰胺基丙基)-N,N-二甲基-N-羧甲基甜菜碱,以及烷基二聚乙氧基甜菜碱,在每种情况下具有含8-22个碳原子,优选8-18个碳原子,特别优选具有约12-约18个碳原子的直链或支化烷基。
阳离子表面活性剂
阳离子表面活性剂的实例为R13N(CH3)3 +X-、R13R14N(CH3)2 +X-、R13R14R15N(CH3)+X-或R13R14R15R16N+X-型取代或未取代的直链或支化季铵盐。基团R13、R14、R15和R16可优选彼此独立地为具有8-24个碳原子,尤其是10-18的碳原子的链长的未取代烷基,具有约1-约4个碳原子的羟基烷基、苯基、C2-C18链烯基、C7-C24芳烷基、(C2H4O)xH,其中x为约1-约3,包含一个或多个酯基的烷基或者环状季铵盐。X-为合适的阴离子,例如甲基硫酸根、氯离子或1/2当量的硫酸根。
无机和/或有机助洗剂
这些助洗剂可以以约5-约80%的重量比例存在于本发明的洗涤剂和清洁剂中。无机助洗剂包括例如聚磷酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐,例如三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、玻璃状聚合偏磷酸盐、正磷酸盐、膦酸盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐)、硫酸盐和硅铝酸盐。
本发明优选硅铝酸盐助洗剂。特别优选具有式Naz[(AlO2)z(SiO2)y]·xH2O的沸石,其中z和y为至少6的整数,z与y之比为1.0-0.5,且x为15-264的整数。硅铝酸盐助洗剂可具有结晶或无定形结构,且可为天然存在的或合成制备的。用于制备硅铝酸盐助洗剂的方法描述于US-3,985,669和US-4,605,509中。特别优选合成的结晶硅铝酸盐助洗剂,如沸石A、沸石P(B)和沸石X。
硅铝酸盐助洗剂的其他实例为碱金属硅酸盐,尤其是SiO2:Na2O之比为1.6:1-3.2:1的那些,以及结晶层状硅酸盐,例如US-4,664,839中所述的结晶钠层状硅酸盐,例如(Clariant)。
重要的无机助洗剂为基于丙烯酸和马来酸的聚羧酸盐以及基于柠檬酸盐的助洗剂,如柠檬酸Na和柠檬酸的其他合适的盐。
合适的有机助洗剂(共助洗剂)包括聚羧基化合物,例如US-3,128,287和US-3,635,830所述的醚聚羧酸盐和氧基二琥珀酸盐,以及US-4,663,071所述的“TMS/TDS”助洗剂,以及醚羟基聚羧酸盐、马来酸酐与乙烯或乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物、1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸和羧甲基氧基琥珀酸,以及多羧酸如苯六甲酸、琥珀酸、氧基二琥珀酸、聚马来酸、苯-1,3,5-三甲酸、羧甲基氧基琥珀酸及其可溶性盐。
漂白剂
包含至少一种本发明混合物的本发明洗涤剂和清洁剂也可包含一种或多种漂白剂,以及漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂和合适的稳定剂。所用的漂白剂为过盐,如过硼酸盐(过硼酸盐单水合物、过硼酸盐四水合物)和过碳酸盐。过盐通常与所谓的漂白活化剂,优选四乙酰基乙二胺组合。在现有技术中,漂白活化剂通常为有机过氧酸前体,这是因为它们由于与过盐的反应而释放过酸如过乙酸。取决于所述过酸的稳定性、其聚集状态和洗涤剂形式,其可直接用于洗涤剂中。优选用于本发明中的过氧酸的实例包括过氧十二烷二酸(DPDA)、过氧琥珀酸的壬基酰胺(NAPSA)、过氧己二酸的壬基酰胺(NAPAA)和癸基二过氧琥珀酸(DDPSA)、壬酰基酰胺基己酰氧基苯磺酸和烷酰氧基苯磺酸,如壬酰氧基苯磺酸(NOBS)和月桂酰氧基苯磺酸(LOBS)。特别优选将基于过硼酸盐和/或过碳酸盐的漂白体系与漂白活化剂四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)一起用于本发明的洗涤剂和清洁剂中。
此外,本发明的洗涤剂和清洁剂包含一种或多种漂白催化剂,例如草酸锰二水合物或锰-salen配合物。
包含本发明混合物的本发明洗涤剂和清洁剂也可包含促进清洁效果、用于护理待洗涤的纺织品或影响本发明洗涤剂的使用性能的常规助剂。合适的助剂包括例如酶,尤其是蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、糖苷酶,此外还有酶稳定剂、泡沫促进剂、抑泡剂、锈蚀和/或腐蚀抑制剂、悬浮剂、染料、填料、去污聚合物、荧光增白剂、消毒剂、碱、水溶助长化合物、抗氧化剂、香料、溶剂、增溶剂、泛灰抑制剂、颜色转移抑制剂、分散剂、加工助剂、软化剂和抗静电剂。
本发明进一步提供了本发明混合物作为或用于制备微量营养素(微量营养肥料)。本发明进一步提供了包含一种或多种本发明混合物的微量营养素。
就本发明而言,微量营养素应理解为意指包含一种或多种硼、铁、锰、钴、铜、锌或钼的配合物的固体混合物。该类微量营养素适于农作物(例如在葡萄酒、水果和啤酒花的栽培中)且可以以至多5重量%的比例添加至肥料中,例如添加至Nitrophoska肥料中。
本发明进一步提供了本发明混合物在软化液体,例如水中的用途。
实施例
实施例1
制备添加有2重量%疏水改性的二氧化硅的92R的混合物。为此,将所需量的所述两种组分在转鼓式混合机的容器中温和混合3分钟。为了研究由此产生的吸水性和储存稳定性,将所述混合物在气候调节通风橱中于38℃/78%相对湿度下储存,并定期视觉评价倾倒性。为了进行对比,将不添加所述二氧化硅的储存。

实施例2
制备添加有5重量%疏水改性的二氧化硅的SG的混合物。为此,将所需量的所述两种组分在转鼓式混合机的容器中温和混合3分钟。为了研究由此产生的吸水性和储存稳定性,将所述混合物在气候调节通风橱中于35℃/65%相对湿度下储存,并定期视觉评价倾倒性。为了进行对比,将不添加所述二氧化硅的储存。

Claims (15)
1.一种混合物,其以粉状、颗粒或丸粒形式存在且包含:
(A)一种或多种氨基羧酸化物,
(B)选自脂肪酸盐、热解法二氧化硅和沉淀二氧化硅的添加剂,和任选的
(C)至少一种固体助剂;
其中氨基羧酸化物(A)与添加剂(B)的重量比总体处于9:1-9999:1范围内且所述混合物任选包含基于氨基羧酸化物(A)和添加剂(B)的总量为至多50重量%的助剂(C)。
2.根据权利要求1的混合物,其既不包含硫酸盐,也不包含柠檬酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1的混合物,其中添加剂(B)具有1nm至500μm的平均粒径。
4.根据权利要求2的混合物,其中添加剂(B)具有1nm至500μm的平均粒径。
5.根据权利要求1的混合物,其中氨基羧酸化物(A)选自NTA、EDTA、DTPA、HEDTA、MGDA、GLDA、PDTA、EDDHA、HEIDA、IDS、EDDS和β-ADA。
6.根据权利要求2的混合物,其中氨基羧酸化物(A)选自NTA、EDTA、DTPA、HEDTA、MGDA、GLDA、PDTA、EDDHA、HEIDA、IDS、EDDS和β-ADA。
7.根据权利要求3的混合物,其中氨基羧酸化物(A)选自NTA、EDTA、DTPA、HEDTA、MGDA、GLDA、PDTA、EDDHA、HEIDA、IDS、EDDS和β-ADA。
8.根据权利要求4的混合物,其中氨基羧酸化物(A)选自NTA、EDTA、DTPA、HEDTA、MGDA、GLDA、PDTA、EDDHA、HEIDA、IDS、EDDS和β-ADA。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的混合物,其中添加剂(B)选自比表面积为25-800m2/g的二氧化硅。
10.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的混合物,其中添加剂(B)选自压实密度为50-300g/l的二氧化硅。
11.根据权利要求9的混合物,其中添加剂(B)选自压实密度为50-300g/l的二氧化硅。
12.根据权利要求1-11中任一项的混合物在制备洗涤剂、清洁剂和护理组合物中的用途。
13.根据权利要求1-11中任一项的混合物在制备微量营养素中的用途。
14.根据权利要求1-11中任一项的混合物在软化液体中的用途。
15.一种洗涤剂、清洁剂或护理组合物或微量营养素,其包含根据权利要求1-11中任一项的混合物。
