Abstract

本发明公开了一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:CPVC树脂50-70、PVC树脂35-45、钙锌稳定剂2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.5-1.5、MBS树脂4-6、硬脂酸钡0.5-1、硬脂酸铅0.5-1、ACR-4011-2、抗冲改性剂ACM树脂3-5、沉淀硫酸钡8-12、活性轻钙10-15、复合填料5-10。本发明采用沉淀硫酸钡和复合填料来替代部分的活性轻钙来提高管材的耐磨性能,降低磨损,有效解决了CPVC管材因耐磨性能差出现漏水、渗水、破裂的问题,延长了管材的使用寿命。本发明CPVC管材还具有韧性好,阻燃性好,强度高,耐化学腐蚀,耐老化,耐高温,简单易加工,成本低等特点,应用前景广阔。

Description

一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材及其制备方法,属于高分子新材料技术领域。
背景技术
   氯化聚氯乙烯树脂(CPVC)是由聚氯乙烯经氯化而得到的高分子化合物,  是一种应用前景广阔的新型工程塑料。用CPVC制作的管材具有优良的耐温性、刚性、耐化学腐蚀性、阻燃性、消烟性等特点,但耐磨性能比较差,用于输送电石厂、铁矿厂等工矿企业所生产的的含有废矿渣的液体时,容易因磨损导致管道漏水、渗水、破裂等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材及其制备方法,有效解决CPVC管材因磨损而出现漏水、渗水、破裂的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
    一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,由以下重量份的原料制成:
CPVC树脂                  50-70
PVC树脂                   35-45
钙锌稳定剂                 2-3
乙撑双硬脂酰胺             0.5-1.5
MBS树脂                    4-6
硬脂酸钡                   0.5-1
硬脂酸铅                   0.5-1
ACR-401                    1-2
抗冲改性剂ACM树脂                    3-5
沉淀硫酸钡                 8-12
活性轻钙                   10-15
复合填料                   5-10。
    所述的CPVC树脂中含氯量为64-68%。
    所述的PVC树脂为SG-3型树脂。
    所述的复合填料制备方法如下:a、称取以下重量份的原料:高岭土10-15、硅灰石5-10、钾长石8-12、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、环氧大豆油5-10、纳米氮化硅3-6、云母粉4-8、玉石粉2-4、纳米硼纤维1-3、氯化镧1-2、氯化钕0.5-1、季戊四醇油酸酯 3-5;b、取高岭土、硅灰石和钾长石混合均匀,850-880℃煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温后,加入浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70-80℃,保温20-30min,然后用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,1220-1260℃煅烧0.5-1h,水淬,烘干,粉碎,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,2000-3000rpm高速研磨10-15min,烘干;c、将上述烘干后的粉末与纳米氮化硅、云母粉、玉石粉、纳米硼纤维、氯化镧、氯化钕混合均匀,再加入环氧大豆油和季戊四醇油酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌20-30min,烘干,过筛即可。
    一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)按上述配方将各原料加入高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到 110-120℃时,放入低速冷混搅拌机中冷混搅拌,当混合料温度降至35-45℃时,卸料,常温下放置10-15h,待用;
    (2)将上述混合料投入双螺杆挤出机中,在140-180℃的温度下挤出成型,螺杆转速为40-80rpm,挤出成型后冷却至常温,即得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用沉淀硫酸钡和复合填料来替代部分的活性轻钙来提高管材的耐磨性能,降低磨损,有效解决了CPVC管材因耐磨性能差出现漏水、渗水、破裂的问题,延长了管材的使用寿命。本发明CPVC管材还具有韧性好,阻燃性好,强度高,耐化学腐蚀,耐老化,耐高温,简单易加工,成本低等特点,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
    一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:
CPVC树脂                  60
PVC树脂                   40
钙锌稳定剂                 2
乙撑双硬脂酰胺             1
MBS树脂                   5
硬脂酸钡                   0.5
硬脂酸铅                   1
ACR-401                    1.5
抗冲改性剂ACM树脂                    4
沉淀硫酸钡                 10
活性轻钙                   10
复合填料                   8。
    所述的CPVC树脂中含氯量为65%。
    所述的PVC树脂为SG-3型树脂。
    所述的复合填料制备方法如下:a、称取以下重量(kg)的原料:高岭土10、硅灰石10、钾长石10、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1.5、环氧大豆油8、纳米氮化硅4、云母粉5、玉石粉3、纳米硼纤维2、氯化镧1、氯化钕1、季戊四醇油酸酯 4;b、取高岭土、硅灰石和钾长石混合均匀,880℃煅烧1h,冷却至室温后,加入浓度为10%的盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至80℃,保温30min,然后用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,1240℃煅烧0.5h,水淬,烘干,粉碎,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,2000rpm高速研磨15min,烘干;c、将上述烘干后的粉末与纳米氮化硅、云母粉、玉石粉、纳米硼纤维、氯化镧、氯化钕混合均匀,再加入环氧大豆油和季戊四醇油酸酯,1500rpm高速搅拌20min,烘干,过筛即可。
    一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)按上述配方将各原料加入高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到 115℃时,放入低速冷混搅拌机中冷混搅拌,当混合料温度降至40℃时,卸料,常温下放置15h,待用;
    (2)将上述混合料投入双螺杆挤出机中,在140-180℃的温度下挤出成型,螺杆转速为40-80rpm,挤出成型后冷却至常温,即得到成品。
经检查,该CPVC管材的主要性能如下:
拉伸强度:50.48MPa
断裂伸长率:171.6%
冲击强度:9.64 KJ/m2
弯曲强度:80.72MPa
弯曲模量:2697MPa
磨损质量(摩擦500次):1.08g。

1.一种高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
CPVC树脂                  50-70
PVC树脂                   35-45
钙锌稳定剂                 2-3
乙撑双硬脂酰胺             0.5-1.5
MBS树脂                    4-6
硬脂酸钡                   0.5-1
硬脂酸铅                   0.5-1
ACR-401                    1-2
抗冲改性剂ACM树脂         3-5
沉淀硫酸钡                 8-12
活性轻钙                   10-15
复合填料                   5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,所述的CPVC树脂中含氯量为64-68%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,所述的PVC树脂为SG-3型树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,所述的复合填料制备方法如下:a、称取以下重量份的原料:高岭土10-15、硅灰石5-10、钾长石8-12、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-2、环氧大豆油5-10、纳米氮化硅3-6、云母粉4-8、玉石粉2-4、纳米硼纤维1-3、氯化镧1-2、氯化钕0.5-1、季戊四醇油酸酯 3-5;b、取高岭土、硅灰石和钾长石混合均匀,850-880℃煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温后,加入浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70-80℃,保温20-30min,然后用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干,1220-1260℃煅烧0.5-1h,水淬,烘干,粉碎,然后加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,2000-3000rpm高速研磨10-15min,烘干;c、将上述烘干后的粉末与纳米氮化硅、云母粉、玉石粉、纳米硼纤维、氯化镧、氯化钕混合均匀,再加入环氧大豆油和季戊四醇油酸酯,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌20-30min,烘干,过筛即可。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的高耐磨氯化聚氯乙烯管材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述配方将各原料加入高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到 110-120℃时,放入低速冷混搅拌机中冷混搅拌,当混合料温度降至35-45℃时,卸料,常温下放置10-15h,待用;
(2)将上述混合料投入双螺杆挤出机中,在140-180℃的温度下挤出成型,螺杆转速为40-80rpm,挤出成型后冷却至常温,即得到成品。
