Abstract
本发明公开了一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成:山楂15-25份、木瓜8-12份、蝮蛇8-12份、肉桂3-7份、火麻仁3-7份、栀子8-12份、葛根8-12份、茯苓8-12份、螺旋藻3-7份、薏苡仁8-12份。本发明对尿酸高引起的痛风、风湿性关节炎、高血脂等有较好的疗效,能降血脂和降血尿酸,还能提高机体免疫力,无毒副作用,可作为药品或保健食品服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品、保健食品领域,具体涉及一种降血脂、降尿酸的中药组合物。
背景技术
痛风,是嘌呤代谢紊乱致尿酸生成增多和/或尿酸排泄减少所引起的一组疾病,现代医学己经明确痛风的发病与体内嘌呤代谢障碍而使血液中尿酸浓度升高直接相关,是危害人类健康的一种严重的代谢性疾病。而痛风性关节炎是由于体内尿酸增高致使尿酸盐沉积在关节囊、滑膜、软骨、骨质或/和伴有肾脏、皮下、其他组织的尿酸盐沉积而引起组织病损及炎性反应的一种疾病,血尿酸升高是痛风性关节炎的重要特征。
目前对痛风并无特效的理想防治措施。对痛风的预防主要是限制高嘌呤食物,控制饮酒,在治疗上既要控制急性发作的关节炎,又要长期治疗高尿酸血症,预防痛风石沉积。临床常用药物分为治疗痛风性关节炎和纠正高尿酸血症两类,前者有秋水仙碱、非菌体类抗炎药、糖皮质激素,它们能快而有效地缓解疼痛,减轻炎症;后者有丙磺舒、苯澳马隆和别嘌呤醇。但这些药物均存在不同程度的毒副作用与不良反应,如:苯澳马隆可导致严重的肝损害及神经系统不良反应;别嘌呤醇是唯一在临床上使用的黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,能够通过抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制尿酸的生成,但其可致皮肤过敏、肝损伤、威胁生命的超敏变态反应综合症等毒副作用。
而随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的变化,糖、脂肪、蛋白质摄入量明显增加,痛风的发病率有逐年增高的趋势,除了侵犯骨和关节,还容易累及肾脏和心血管系统,高尿酸血症及原发性痛风与肥胖症、高脂血症、高血压病、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等疾病呈显著正相关。从临床实践来看,多数痛风病人不仅血尿酸值增高,而且血脂值也较高。在这种情况下,使用不良反应较少的保健食品、中药或中西药配合使用治疗痛风,有一定的优势。
(1)山楂,为蔷薇科植物山里红Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var.major N.E.Br.或山楂Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.的干燥成熟果实。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】酸、甘、微温;归脾、胃、肝经。【功能与主治】消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛;高脂血症。
(2)木瓜,为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai的干燥近成熟果实。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】酸,温。归肝、脾经。【功能与主治】舒筋活络,和胃化湿。用于湿痹拘挛,腰膝关节酸重疼痛,转筋挛痛,脚气水肿。
(3)蝮蛇,为蝰科动物Agkistrodon halys(pallas)除去内脏的干燥全体。收载于吉林省药品标准1977年版:【性味】甘,温。【用法与主治】祛风,镇痛,解毒,强壮,下乳。用于风湿痹痛,麻风,淋巴结,结核,疮疖,体虚,多汗,乳汁不足等。
(4)肉桂,为樟科植物肉桂Cinnamomum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】辛、甘,大热。归肾、脾、心、肝经。【功能与主治】补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,温通经脉。用于阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,虚阳上浮,眩晕目赤,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝腹痛,痛经经闭。
(5)火麻仁,为桑科植物大麻Cannabis sativa L.的干燥成熟果实。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】甘,平。归脾、胃、大肠经。【功能与主治】润肠通便。用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。
(6)栀子,为茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis的干燥成熟果实。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】苦,寒。归心、肺、三焦经。【功能与主治】泻火除烦,清热利尿,凉血解毒。用于热病心烦,湿热黄疸,淋证涩痛,血热吐衄,目赤肿痛,火毒疮疡;外治扭挫伤痛。
(7)葛根,为豆科植物野葛Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi的干燥根。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。【功能与主治】解肌退热,生津止咳,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒。用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,眩晕头痛,中风偏瘫,胸痹心痛,酒毒伤中。
(8)茯苓,为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】甘、淡,平。归肺、脾、肾经。【功能与主治】利水消肿。用于水肿,小便不利。
(9)螺旋藻,为颤藻科植物钝顶螺旋藻Spirulina platensis(Nords)Geitletr的干燥藻体。收载于云南省中药材标准2005年版:【性味与归经】甘、咸,平。归肝、脾、肾经。【功能与主治】益气养血,健脾补肾。用于病后体虚,营养不良,贫血,白细胞减少,血小板低下,高脂血症,以及肿瘤化疗、放疗引致免疫功能低下的辅助治疗药。
(10)薏苡仁,为禾本科植物薏苡Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.ma-yuen(Roman.)Stapf的干燥成熟种仁。收载于中国药典2010年版:【性味与归经】甘、淡,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。【功能与主治】利水渗湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结。用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻,湿痹拘挛,肺痈,肠痈,赘疣,癌肿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对痛风易反复发作,临床无治疗痛风的特效药,而常用治疗痛风的药物不良反应大的现状,提供一种降血脂和降血尿酸并重、治疗痛风病高尿酸伴高血脂症的中药组合物,无毒副作用,还能提高机体免疫力,可长期服用。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成:山楂15-25份、木瓜8-12份、蝮蛇8-12份、肉桂3-7份、火麻仁3-7份、栀子8-12份、葛根8-12份、茯苓8-12份、螺旋藻3-7份、薏苡仁8-12份。
以上所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,优选由以下重量份的组分组成:山楂20份、木瓜10份、蝮蛇10份、肉桂5份、火麻仁5份、栀子10份、葛根10份、茯苓10份、螺旋藻5份、薏苡仁10份。
以上所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,可制备成药品、保健食品上允许的任意剂型,如:颗粒剂、丸剂、片剂、胶囊、汤剂、煎膏剂、口服液、糖浆剂或茶饮等,优选制成片剂。
一种以上所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物制成片剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1.按照以下重量份称取组分:山楂15-25份、木瓜8-12份、蝮蛇8-12份、肉桂3-7份、火麻仁3-7份、栀子8-12份、葛根8-12份、茯苓8-12份、螺旋藻3-7份、薏苡仁8-12份;
2.取山楂、木瓜、蝮蛇、肉桂、火麻仁、栀子,加10倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.22(60℃)的清膏;
3.取葛根、茯苓、螺旋藻、薏苡仁,分别粉碎成细粉,过80目筛;
4.取步骤2清膏、步骤3细粉,加入淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糊精,混匀,制粒,干燥,整粒,压片,即得。
本发明根据传统中医药理论,结合现代中医的辩证疗法,以国家卫生部公布的药食同源目录品种为原料,组方严谨科学,具有以下三大特点:(1)排泄尿酸:方中茯苓、木瓜、葛根、火麻仁、栀子、薏苡仁组分,具有较强的利尿作用,通过增加小便量,刺激口渴而多饮水,促进尿酸排泄,增加肾脏滤除尿酸的能力,使肾脏处于洁净、年轻状态。(2)降脂活血:方中木瓜、蝮蛇、葛根、栀子、山楂、肉桂、螺旋藻,能够活血化瘀、降低血脂、补血生血,使血液粘稠度下降、消除血管壁脂肪沉积,使人气血畅通,提高人体代谢尿酸速率,改善关节组织新陈代谢,使受损害的或病变的组织迅速恢复功能,消除关节肿胀、麻木、僵直、屈伸不利等症。(3)强肾排毒:方中茯苓、葛根、肉桂、火麻仁、薏苡仁组分,可将多余的嘌呤核苷酸分解成二氧化碳和水,通过尿液排出体外,彻底清除毒素,防止尿酸再次沉积,有效预防高血压、糖尿病、尿结石、肾衰竭等由痛风引起的并发症状。本发明对尿酸高引起的痛风、风湿性关节炎、高血脂等有较好的疗效,可作为药品和保健食品长期使用,安全有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但不限制本发明的保护范围和应用范围:
一、降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物片剂的制备
实施例1
一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物制成片剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1.按照以下重量称取组分:山楂15kg、木瓜8kg、蝮蛇8kg、肉桂3kg、火麻仁3kg、栀子8kg、葛根8kg、茯苓8kg、螺旋藻3kg、薏苡仁8kg;
2.取山楂、木瓜、蝮蛇、肉桂、火麻仁、栀子,加10倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.18(60℃)的清膏;
3.取葛根、茯苓、螺旋藻、薏苡仁,分别粉碎成细粉,过80目筛;
4.取步骤2清膏、步骤3细粉,加入淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糊精,混匀,制粒,干燥,整粒,压片,即得。
实施例2
一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物制成片剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1.按照以下重量称取组分:山楂25kg、木瓜12kg、蝮蛇12kg、肉桂7kg、火麻仁7kg、栀子12kg、葛根12kg、茯苓12kg、螺旋藻7kg、薏苡仁12kg;
2.取山楂、木瓜、蝮蛇、肉桂、火麻仁、栀子,加10倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.22(60℃)的清膏;
3.取葛根、茯苓、螺旋藻、薏苡仁,分别粉碎成细粉,过80目筛;
4.取步骤2清膏、步骤3细粉,加入淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糊精,混匀,制粒,干燥,整粒,压片,即得。
实施例3
一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物制成片剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1.按照以下重量称取组分:山楂20kg、木瓜10kg、蝮蛇10kg、肉桂5kg、火麻仁5kg、栀子10kg、葛根10kg、茯苓10kg、螺旋藻5kg、薏苡仁10kg;
2.取山楂、木瓜、蝮蛇、肉桂、火麻仁、栀子,加10倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20(60℃)的清膏;
3.取葛根、茯苓、螺旋藻、薏苡仁,分别粉碎成细粉,过80目筛;
4.取步骤2清膏、步骤3细粉,加入淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糊精,混匀,制粒,干燥,整粒,压片,即得。
二、临床试验
1.病例选择标准
(1)临床表现为卒然发生拇趾、趾趾关节或足背红肿热痛,常于夜间突然发病,且体温低于38℃;
(2)血尿酸(UA)高于7.0mg/dl;
(3)总胆固醇(TC)高于5.20mmo1/L,甘油三酯(TG)高于1.70mmo1/L。
同时具备以上三项,年龄在28-70岁者。
2.治疗方案
将符合上述标准的120例痛风高尿酸伴高血脂患者按就诊顺序随机分为实施例组和对照组,每组60例。
(1)实施例组:将上述制备好的片剂实3样品,用于临床试验。口服,一次6片,一日3次。疗程:用药4周。
(2)对照组:别嘌呤醇片。第1周:每次0.05g(半片),每日3次;第2周:每次0.1g(1片),每日3次;第2-4周:每次0.2-0.3g(2-3片),每日3次。疗程:用药4周。
3.治疗结果
用药4周后,对患者的一般情况和血尿酸、血脂检测。
(1)一般情况观察
实施例组:基本无卒然发生拇趾、趾趾关节或足背红肿热痛现象,关节功能恢复良好,患者体质增强,无不良反应。
对照组:基本无卒然发生拇趾、趾趾关节或足背红肿热痛现象,关节功能恢复,但用药期间部分患者出现胃肠道反应、过敏等不良反应。
(2)检测数据比较
分别测定患者自身服药前后血尿酸值对照和血脂,详见下表:

4.小结:本发明实施例组,患者自身治疗前后血尿酸值和血脂的改变,差异均有高度显著性,说明本发明降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物能明显降低血尿酸和血脂,其降低血尿酸值效果与对照组相当,患者愈后良好,无不良反应。而对照组无降低血脂功能,且用药期间,部分患者出现不良反应。
Claims (5)
1.一种降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:山楂15-25份、木瓜8-12份、蝮蛇8-12份、肉桂3-7份、火麻仁3-7份、栀子8-12份、葛根8-12份、茯苓8-12份、螺旋藻3-7份、薏苡仁8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:山楂20份、木瓜10份、蝮蛇10份、肉桂5份、火麻仁5份、栀子10份、葛根10份、茯苓10份、螺旋藻5份、薏苡仁10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物制成颗粒剂、丸剂、片剂、胶囊、汤剂、煎膏剂、口服液、糖浆剂或茶饮。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物制成片剂。
5.一种如权利要求4所述降血脂、降尿酸中药组合物制成片剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份称取组分:山楂15-25份、木瓜8-12份、蝮蛇8-12份、肉桂3-7份、火麻仁3-7份、栀子8-12份、葛根8-12份、茯苓8-12份、螺旋藻3-7份、薏苡仁8-12份;
(2)取山楂、木瓜、蝮蛇、肉桂、火麻仁、栀子,加10倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.22(60℃)的清膏;
(3)取葛根、茯苓、螺旋藻、薏苡仁,分别粉碎成细粉,过80目筛;
(4)取步骤(2)清膏、步骤(3)细粉,加入淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糊精,混匀,制粒,干燥,整粒,压片,即得。
