本发明公开了一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM2305)35-45、丁基橡胶(CBK139)50-55、溴化丁基橡胶(BBK232)10-15、甘油三醋酸酯8-10、六偏磷酸钠3-4、纳米级高岭土25-30、二氧化硅10-15、N330炭黑34-38、硫磺1-2、羟基硬脂酸4-6、十八醇1-2、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡1-2、硬脂酸锌3-4、防老剂RD?1-2、防老剂4010NA?1-2、改性凹凸棒土12-15;本发明添加改性凹凸棒土,改善了胶料的工艺性能,使用环保型配合剂,减少其毒副作用和对环境的污染,而且耐磨性、耐油性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶复合材料加工领域,特别是一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈及其制备方法。
背景技术
电容器通常简称为电容,是电子设备中大量使用的电子元件之一,广泛应用于电路的隔直通交、耦合、旁路、滤波、调谐回路、能量转换、控制等方面。电容器由壳体、电容芯子、端盖及接线端子组成,电容器壳体内装有浸渍介质,浸渍介质一般为植物油或矿物油,电容器的密封部位均设有密封垫或密封圈,由于电容器的工作环境千差万别,有的电容器需要在恶劣的环境下工作,电容器密封垫需要耐高温、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐盐雾等有不同要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM2305)35-45、丁基橡胶(CBK139)50-55、溴化丁基橡胶(BBK232)10-15、甘油三醋酸酯8-10、六偏磷酸钠3-4、纳米级高岭土25-30、二氧化硅10-15、N330炭黑34-38、硫磺1-2、羟基硬脂酸4-6、十八醇1-2、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡1-2、硬脂酸锌3-4、防老剂RD1-2、防老剂4010NA1-2、、改性凹凸棒土12-15;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土20-25、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-4、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3、聚乙烯醇2-3、碳化硅1-2、三聚磷酸钠1-2、桂花精油1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5508-10、香菇多糖1-2、云母粉3-4、硼酸锌1-2、氧化镁2-3、花椒籽油1-2。制备方法是将凹凸棒土放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,由以下具体步骤制成:将丁基橡胶(CBK139)、溴化丁基橡胶(BBK232)、甘油三醋酸酯加入密炼机中,加热至130-150℃,混炼3-5min;然后降温至100-110℃,再加入氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM2305)、六偏磷酸钠、纳米级高岭土、二氧化硅、N330炭黑、硫磺、羟基硬脂酸,混炼6-8min,再加入十八醇、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、防老剂RD继续混炼4-6min,加入其余剩余成分混炼4-6min,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明添加改性凹凸棒土,改善了胶料的工艺性能,使用环保型配合剂,减少其毒副作用和对环境的污染;本发明耐磨性、耐油性能耗,耐腐蚀,经久耐用,应用前景广泛。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM2305)35、丁基橡胶(CBK139)50、溴化丁基橡胶(BBK232)10、甘油三醋酸酯8、六偏磷酸钠3、纳米级高岭土25、二氧化硅10、N330炭黑34、硫磺1、羟基硬脂酸4、十八醇1、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡1、硬脂酸锌3、防老剂RD1、防老剂4010NA1、改性凹凸棒土12-15;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土20、甲苯二异氰酸酯3、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2、聚乙烯醇2、碳化硅1、三聚磷酸钠1、桂花精油1、硅烷偶联剂KH5508、香菇多糖1、云母粉3、硼酸锌1、氧化镁2、花椒籽油1。制备方法是将凹凸棒土放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,由以下具体步骤制成:将丁基橡胶(CBK139)、溴化丁基橡胶(BBK232)、甘油三醋酸酯加入密炼机中,加热至130-150℃,混炼3-5min;然后降温至100-110℃,再加入氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM2305)、六偏磷酸钠、纳米级高岭土、二氧化硅、N330炭黑、硫磺、羟基硬脂酸,混炼6-8min,再加入十八醇、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、防老剂RD继续混炼4-6min,加入其余剩余成分混炼4-6min,即得本发明橡胶料。
用本发明的耐腐蚀橡胶密封圈与普通胶料物理性能对比如下表。
从表中可以看出用本发明的橡胶密封圈产品,综合性能比较好。

1.一种电容器用混炼橡胶密封圈,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶CSM230535-45、丁基橡胶CBK13950-55、溴化丁基橡胶BBK23210-15、甘油三醋酸酯8-10、六偏磷酸钠3-4、纳米级高岭土25-30、二氧化硅10-15、N330炭黑34-38、硫磺1-2、羟基硬脂酸4-6、十八醇1-2、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡1-2、硬脂酸锌3-4、防老剂RD1-2、防老剂4010NA1-2、改性凹凸棒土12-15;所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土20-25、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-4、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3、聚乙烯醇2-3、碳化硅1-2、三聚磷酸钠1-2、桂花精油1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5508-10、香菇多糖1-2、云母粉3-4、硼酸锌1-2、氧化镁2-3、花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将凹凸棒土放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
