本发明公开了一种气动助力舱口盖，包括：围板，形成舱体空间；盖板，通过铰链与围板一侧顶部铰接，且盖板和围板顶部接触位置设置填料；锁紧装置，位于盖板远离铰链一侧；锁扣，位于围板远离铰链一侧，与锁紧装置匹配；拉手，位于围板远离铰链一侧，与锁扣连接；气动支撑杆，一端铰接安装在围板靠近铰链的一侧，另一端铰接安装在盖板远离铰链一端；开启定位部件，设置在盖板和围板铰接的一侧；把手限位部件，设置在把手上；压紧限位部件，设置在盖板和围板锁定连接的一端。本发明中，采用气动高强度支撑杆取代了配重块，使得产品外形更加的美观，同时也降低了制作成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种气动助力舱口盖。
背景技术
舱口盖属于船舶的具有密封、防水、防锈的设备。舱口盖不仅应保证波浪、雨水不会漫人货舱，具有良好的密封装置；同时，舱口盖还应开闭迅速，操作简便，既能确保航行安全，尽可能缩短船舶停港时间。舱口盖的型式有多种。机械化的舱口盖有滚翻式、滚移式、滚卷式和绞链式等几种。目前世界上出现了多种新型的液压舱口盖，其设计合理、结构紧凑、操作方便，使用可靠，进一步提高了装卸作业的自动化程度。
如图1和图2所示,有些舱口盖的盖板重量接近150KG，原标准中为减轻开启时难度，在盖板上添加配重块来减轻开启时的重量。所配重块重量应与盖板重量接近，同时需要的焊接要求较高。因此，现有技术使用配重不仅加工工艺要求高，且成本高，产品外形笨重。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种气动助力舱口盖，提高产品外形美观度，降低制作成本和加工工艺。
本发明提出的一种气动助力舱口盖，包括：
围板，形成舱体空间；
盖板，通过铰链与围板一侧顶部铰接，且盖板和围板顶部接触位置设置填料；
锁紧装置，位于盖板远离铰链一侧；
锁扣，位于围板远离铰链一侧，与锁紧装置匹配；
拉手，位于围板远离铰链一侧，与锁扣连接；
气动支撑杆，一端铰接安装在围板靠近铰链的一侧，另一端铰接安装在盖板远离铰链一端；
开启定位部件，设置在盖板和围板铰接的一侧；
把手限位部件，设置在把手上；
压紧限位部件，设置在盖板和围板锁定连接的一端。
优选地，在锁紧装置和铰链的转轴位置分别设置黄油嘴。
优选地，开启定位部件，设置在盖板和围板铰接的一侧。
优选地，气动支撑杆最大打开角度为97°。
本发明中，采用气动高强度支撑杆取代了配重块，使得产品外形更加的美观，同时也降低了制作成本。

具体实施方式
如图3和图4所示，图3为本发明实施例提出一种气动助力舱口盖正视图；图4为本发明实施例提出一种气动助力舱口盖俯视图。
参照图3和图4，本发明实施例提出了一种气动助力舱口盖，包括：围板2，围合形成舱体空间；盖板1，通过铰链4与围板2一侧顶部铰接，且盖板1和围板2顶部接触位置设置填料3，以进行缓冲；锁紧装置6，位于盖板1远离铰链4一侧；锁扣8，位于围板2远离铰链4一侧，与锁紧装置6匹配；拉手7，位于围板2远离铰链4一侧，与锁扣8连接；气动支撑杆9，一端铰接安装在围板2靠近铰链4的一侧，另一端铰接安装在盖板1远离铰链4一端，当气动支撑杆9伸出时，可以产生向上的顶持力，将盖板1顶起；气动伸缩支撑杆最大打开角度97°；开启定位部件20，设置在盖板1和围板2铰接的一侧，优选开启定位角度88°；把手限位部件21，设置在把手上；压紧限位部件22，设置在盖板1和围板2锁定连接的一端。本发明中，采用气动高强度支撑杆取代了配重块，使得产品外形更加的美观，同时也降低了制作成本。
在锁紧装置6和铰链4的转轴位置分别设置黄油嘴5，以加油润滑。

1.一种气动助力舱口盖，其特征在于，包括：
围板（2），形成舱体空间；
盖板（1），通过铰链（4）与围板（2）一侧顶部铰接，且盖板（1）和围板（2）顶部接触位置设置填料（3）；
锁紧装置（6），位于盖板（1）远离铰链（4）一侧；
锁扣（8），位于围板（2）远离铰链（4）一侧，与锁紧装置（6）匹配；
拉手（7），位于围板（2）远离铰链（4）一侧，与锁扣（8）连接；
气动支撑杆（9），一端铰接安装在围板（2）靠近铰链（4）的一侧，另一端铰接安装在盖板（1）远离铰链（4）一端；
开启定位部件（20），设置在盖板（1）和围板（2）铰接的一侧；
把手限位部件（21），设置在把手上；
压紧限位部件（22），设置在盖板（1）和围板（2）锁定连接的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动助力舱口盖，其特征在于，在锁紧装置（6）和铰链（4）的转轴位置分别设置黄油嘴（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动助力舱口盖，其特征在于，开启定位部件（20），设置在盖板（1）和围板（2）铰接的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气动助力舱口盖，其特征在于，气动支撑杆（9）最大打开角度为97°。
