步履式架桥机用MC尼龙滑轮,涉及步履式架桥机使用的滑轮的结构,包括由MC尼龙材料离心浇铸而成的滑轮本体,滑轮本体的外周径向设置大钢丝绳槽,滑轮本体的两侧分别轴向设置轮毂端面环形槽,滑轮本体的内周径向设置挡圈槽,挡圈槽设置在两个轮毂端面环形槽之间。本发明的轮毂端面有环形槽,用以安装轴承盖。本发明由于采用MC尼龙离心浇铸而成,因此质量很轻,尼龙材料不生锈,耐腐蚀,尼龙轮对钢丝绳有保护作用,尼龙轮和钢丝绳的寿命是以前六倍以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及步履式架桥机使用的滑轮的结构。
背景技术
在步履式架桥机领域,以前用的滑轮都是由铸铁件或铸钢件焊接而成,由于结构的不合理,此滑轮的缺点非常明显,近壹米直径的滑轮重量很大,滑轮组本身的重量就影响了起重量,其次是钢结构滑轮经受不了风吹日晒雨泞,易生锈,再则,钢丝绳与钢轮的摩擦很厉害,用不了多长时间,钢丝绳就断裂,安全隐患大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种重量轻、使用寿命长的步履式架桥机用MC尼龙滑轮。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:步履式架桥机用MC尼龙滑轮,包括由MC尼龙材料离心浇铸而成的滑轮本体,滑轮本体的外周径向设置大钢丝绳槽,滑轮本体的两侧分别轴向设置轮毂端面环形槽,滑轮本体的内周径向设置挡圈槽,挡圈槽设置在两个轮毂端面环形槽之间。
本发明的轮毂端面有环形槽,用以安装轴承盖。本发明由于采用MC尼龙离心浇铸而成,因此质量很轻,尼龙材料不生锈,耐腐蚀,尼龙轮对钢丝绳有保护作用,尼龙轮和钢丝绳的寿命是以前六倍以上。
